Being an anti bug and critter person, Dallas Pest Control has kept the inside, outside and garage portion of our house pest free for the past 1.5 years since we moved here. We’ve been using Dallas for a few years and I’m extremely happy with their services. They’re knowledgeable, professional, and provide exceptional service when addressing any of our needs. We noticed quite a bit of black widows years ago and we were concerned because we have kids. Nick came out and assessed the situation and we haven’t seen any since. We’ve maintained the service over the years and they recently came out to assess our property because we found rat droppings in the backyard. Very confident they will solve this problem as well. Nothing but good things to say about their services.

I had a rodent problem and had them come out to see what could be done. They laid traps and bait boxes. It got better, but there were still signs of an infestation. I had them return to discus options. The said they could rodent proof my home. And I asked them to do it. I havent seen a rodent inside since. I do get an occasional visit in the garage. I have them service my home monthly. The guys are great, very friendly and helpful.

I called Nick because I ran over a rat that had gotten the poison from one of the traps we have set out for them. I had left a message to Nick at 7:45 AM, Nick had returned my call before 8:30 AM and was out to my property by 8:45 AM. Nick called my back and sent me a plan of exactly what he will do, when he will do it, how long it will take and how much it will cost. On the day of the job Nick sent out Ben and Robert and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to come out and tackle this job. These two guys know so much and are so knowledgeable, efficient and honest hard working individuals. The job took them from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM to finish. It was freezing outside and started to rain towards the end but those guys only worked harder to make sure my house and my family were well taken of. Nick, Ben and Robert, thank you so much for making me feel that my worries were important to you and taking care of my house was just like taking care your own. They were amazing ! They came even though they were swamped because the back of my house was covered in weird red bugs, and I had ants coming into my house from every room and every crack and corner! They not only got rid of them and sealed up the cracks, they helped me clean the mess up! I highly recommend them!
