Great service! Weve been using them for 18 months now. They come by quarterly, spray and inspect the exterior. They use ingredients that dont bother our cats or our toddler. We needed their service urgently when we were first moving into our home. They were able to come over the next day and weve established an easy maintenance ever since. Highly recommend!!

When we 1st moved to Val Verde, although the home was clean and freshly remodeled, it has TONS of earnings, ants and spiders. Not the owners fault, its just the area is wildlife. I was using poisons, but it made the house smell and us sick. I ran into No Bugs at a community fair and spoke to them.No Bugs came out. They use all organic (I was skeptical) and ALL those pesky insects disappeared!! The product they use leaves a pleasant scent. I have been with No Bugs ever since. Its a huge plus they are very affordable.The staff is amazing, friendly and professional. Everyone is very knowledgeable and what I like, its family owned and operated. They treat you like their own family.

The first year living in our home it was a uphill battle trying to keep the bugs away or out of our home. We were constantly cleaning webs, or dealing with little creatures getting in our home. If I had to estimate on products we tried it would be hundreds of $$$. But after reading about how harmful all those chemicals are I felt lost. I did research and came across No Bugs I loved everything I read about this company, so I immediately made an appointment. I was called by the owner and he went over every little aspect of the service and the product that is used. He let me know when they come out they will explore around the house and clean up any webs, look for points of entry for bugs and that they would educate me in how to help prevent bugs from getting in. Long story short I have had them for a year now, and absolutely love the service. If for some reason we notice bugs or spiders I can call them and they will either be out that same day or the next day to spray around the home. The smell is very pleasant and you can feel right away that your home is a natural repellent of any bugs! I also take advantage of the bate traps for the mice and rats that are in the area, and sense we have had that we have not seen 1 not even anymore droppings!Thank you all for the hard honest work you put in to making sure my family and I can sleep at night knowing we are in fact alone in our home :)

Our company has been on service with No Bugs Pest Control for the past 3 years. We are very pleased with their service. Great communication and prompt service! If we ever had a bug issue, Matt was quick to respond with a solution. We love that No Bugs uses Natural products, essential oils, rosemary and mint! We highly recommend No Bugs Pest Control!

We have used No Bugs since we moved here 3 years ago. They are always so nice in person and on the phone; they send reminders the day before and Matt will sometimes call just to make sure my pups are in. I love the fact that what they use is safe for my kids and animals and it really works! Definitely recommend them!

We have seen a difference since starting our service with No Bugs. We didnt have a huge problem but we would see little spiders constantly and its been really rare since hiring them. They were helpful in explaining everything to us. It also gives me peace of mind knowing they use natural products. They come quarterly, send me a reminder the day before and they just do what they have to do without me having to worry about anything. Friendly staff as well!

The previous owners to our home used No Bugs, so we kept the service. Weve been nothing but happy with our quarterly bug spray, and rat abatement. Matt is so polite and helpful! We had some roof patching initially to keep any pests from entering the attic and a year later we are still rodent free! Glad to have an effective bug deterrent that is also pet and child safe!

We have been using No Bugs for many years and could not be more satisfied. They are prompt and efficient. Their chemicals do not smell bad; they actually smell nice. Because of them, we do not have any bugs in our house or any rats outside. If we ever have a special need, such as removing two wasps nests, they come immediately to take care of the problem. The office staff and exterminators are all very pleasant. Also, Tyler helped his customers get disinfectant at the beginning of the pandemic when there were shortages. I highly recommend them!

No Bugs did my house for more than a year, service was fine, I liked them a lot actually. But then I got a $453.60 bill one month, called asked why it was so high, usually I paid about $108 per service. The gal I spoke with was very rude and said, well clearly you dont pay your bills. Then they added a 40% collection fee and sent me immediately to collections.Her handwritten letter is below.Im not all that upset, but just disappointed. I am happy to pay the bill, but figured Id warn others that they get very aggressive and nasty about their collections. Maybe be a little kinder to people?

I’ve used them now for several years and have been so happy with the results. Prior to this previous companies always had to deal with some bugs and had to do some spraying myself. Since they’ve use their natural as well as blended chemicals we haven’t seen any ants or insects around our house whatsoever it’s wonderful please try them out you won’t be disappointed

I highly recommend No Bugs! We had a huge problem with earwigs, silverfish, ants and black widows. No Bugs took care of it all. The treatment that they use smells good without a harsh chemical/poison smell. What I really like is that their treatment doesnt harm birds, bunnies, squirrels, etc.

My yard was the lovely home to red ants, black widows, ginormous brown spiders, wasps and other miscellaneous creepy-crawlers. I had to thoroughly inspect patio furniture before using it. It was horrible. In comes No Bugs with their natural products, friendly and highly professional service and ..... I’m happy to report my home and yard have remained creepy-crawler free for the last year. Not a single sighting! I highly recommend them!

Such wonderful and courteous service. These guys are so quick to respond to any concerns or questions you have and always willing to help. Ive been with them for several years and never had any bug problems (thank goodness! because I cant deal with insects/spiders/ants/etc.). You always know what day they will come to spray since they notify you in advance and because they use all organic sprays I never have to worry about my kids playing outside. I work from home and can see the thoroughness of their spraying along the house and on the plants. I highly recommend them if youre looking for top notch service.

Unfortunately I dont think my review of this business could be scathing enough. I would not recommend this business. I would recommend that if you are a current patron of this business that you cancel your service immediately. But in all likelihood you are going to need to cancel or put a hold on your credit card first because the way NoBugs conducts business, Im sure they will try to charge you for cancelling a contract. Want an easier way to get out of your contract? Keep reading.We contracted with NoBugs around FEB2018 and for the most part we have been pleased with their service and the support experience.Then, come OCT/NOV 2018 we contacted them to come to treat for roaches as their contract clearly states that roaches are covered at no additional c[a]ost.At this time, we were quoted a price of $350, even though this service is supposed to be covered at no additional c[a]ost.We pointed this out to NoBugs but he only retorted with the same quote and went into a rant about how specific types of roaches are covered but others are not, etc. and so forth.We again pointed out that their contract only states that roaches are covered but does not mention specific types, as they are attempting to use this to weasel out of their contract.This was then raised to Tyler, the owner, who ignored our email for 2 weeks, acting in bad faith and causing punitive damages. I then had to initiate contact 2 weeks later and Tyler only replied with the quote stands.TLDR; In short, NoBugs refuses to abide by their own contract and punishes its clients for requesting services covered under their contract.If you have had a similar experience with NoBugs, I strongly recommend that you file a complaint about them with the CA Structural Pest Control Board.Im sure Tyler will have a smart-alec remark for this review, similar to as hes had for all the critical reviews below so here is my challenge for anyone who has, or is considering leaving this business a positive review:* Enter into a contract with NoBugs that looks similar to the one shown above* Call NoBugs and tell them that you have german cocharoaches and that they need to come out and treat for them accordingly, per the terms of the contract* See what price you are quoted or how quickly your contract is cancelledI sincerely hope that this company goes out of business and Tyler goes and flips burgers somewhere to try to learn some integrity and humility.Thanks.
