Ive been a Dewey customer for several years. Jose Barrera has been our tech. He has always gone above and beyond when he works on our home. He used a brush and removed every cobweb from the exterior, very much appreciated! Whenever ants show up in the summer months, all I have to do is call, and the problem is addressed. His supervisor, John, was also very helpful when I called the office.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from YESENIA!! As someone who has worked in customer service for years, and who is now an RN, I understand how important it is to treat your customers right and to always remain calm and professional despite how busy it can be. It was completely unprofessional for Yesenia to take out her frustrations about how “busy” she was, on my husband and I. As paying customers, we deserve much better treatment. Yes, we called a handful of times to reschedule our appointment. And yes, we did apologize for rescheduling again, but it all fell on deaf ears, as we endured Yesenia’s onslaught of attitude and rudeness. Yesenia’s job is to answer customer phone calls; if she can’t handle the stress, she, or her manager, should consider a career change. No one deserves her condescending tone, least of all, paying customers. We haven’t even had our first service yet, and we are very disappointed at how this Dewey branch has treated us as customers.

Dewey has been servicing my home for numerous of years; but I guess that doesn’t matter. Our pest control technician who serviced our home was changed and from that point the service rapidly went bad. The new technician will call the day prior to advise me that he was going to service my home the following day. As a result of my wife and I work schedule, we were unable to be at our home for the technician to service the entire property. So, he simply sprayed the front. When I called the office and requested more of an advance notice or to have the technician service my back yard my request was ignore. Therefore, I terminates their service.

We have been using Dewy Pest control for almost a year now, and what can I say we couldnt be more happy with our technician Brian and his work!!
