The pedicure was ok - very weak massage. What was in such poor taste was that they charged $5.00 for a normal blue mask (I left mine in the car). For two $50 pedicures (should be $35) to charge an outrageous five bucks for a blue mask every store hands out for free is just poor business

I came for a massage on a trip, not sure what to expect, and ended up one of the best massages Ive ever had. And Ive had alot of massages due to chronic pain, and every one is a little different, but Madelyn was magic for me. It was the perfect treatment of pain relief & relaxation. Its rare to find I only wish I could see her regularly. I loved the ambiance of the spa room as well, very soothing. Would definitely visit again if/when I return to SB.

I booked a spa package for myself and a friend who were coming to town for a girls trip. This was an amazing way to start vacation at the beach and I only wish we didnt live 1/2 way across the country so we could come back. The massage was the BEST Ive ever had, the facial left my face so soft, and the mani pedi was perfect. All the staff we encountered was very friendly and made the whole experience so relaxing. They all work so well together to move you through the different services. We were offered tea or water several times. The products used were all high quality and left us feeling pampered. If I ever visit the area again I will be sure to go back!

I have to start off by giving a virtual high five to Bridgette. I understand how difficult it is during these unprecedented times to coordinate customers wishes while still complying with COVID safety and business guidelines. Bridgette has gone above and beyond to create an environment that unique, friendly, warm and inviting.The past 6 months have been extremely stressful for me. So I was excited to book anything at this spa. I love that they use only organic products and the environment is beyond relaxing. I have to mention that the interior decor is beautiful and lends to that zen feeling I was looking for.Now let me move onto Annette. If I could pocket her and take her every where I go, I totally would. She is a zen master! From the moment you meet her there is a calmness that draws you in. Her tone and soothing and her hands are magical. I got a hot stone massage and I have to say it was the best I have ever had. She was able to work out so much of the stress my body was carrying that I am hoping to go out there at least every other month.I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. Ive had many massages and can honestly say that for me, this was on a whole new level.I cant wait to come back and hope to bring a few of my girlfriends next time!

Got a mani pedi...great service girl was very friendly. For a spa expected at least a fre water. Environment was great.

I paid for myself and four of my bridesmaids to get manicures/pedicures at Le Reve for my wedding this past September totaled at about $480. The appointment itself was enjoyable. It was not until a day later that I asked my bridesmaids if they too noticed that their manicure was subpar and they said yes, they are terrible.I ended up having to go back into the spa the day of my wedding to get the mani’s fixed. Unfortunately, the same lady (Marcie) who originally botched our mani’s was there waiting and she blamed the poorly done job on the nail polish. So to save time (because it was my wedding day) and because we knew she wouldn’t do a good job only myself, my sister in law and another bridesmaid got our nails redone.This is where the real pain begins. The day after the wedding I flew back to Sydney with my husband, but I found time to email the manager Bridgette about receiving a refund for our trouble. Over the next two weeks I called and still received no response. Finally, I got a hold of her. We talked on the phone and while I begged her for a refund she insisted that it was an industry standard not to give refunds and that because we came in again the problem was fixed; furthermore she accused me of lying about the quality of manicure we received. At the end of the conversation she confirmed that she wouldn’t give me any of my money back because she could tell I was going to leave a negative review.I got these manicures to pamper my ladies and because I had another wedding in Sydney when we got back so I hoped to have my nails looking nice for that too..I have attached pictures to show that I was not exaggerating about the quality of manicure.Moral of the story: Bridgette was uncouth and mishandled situation and Marcie gave us bad manicures.

Le Reve Organic Spa & Boutique is by far the best facial treatment I have ever had. The Esthetician is so down to earth and very knowledgeable about skin care. Also they gave great tips on how to enhance my skin. The spa was very clean and professional. I will definitely be going back.

I flew to Santa Barbara to celebrate the wedding of my best friend. As a treat for her bridesmaids the bride took us to this spa to get pampered. The location is beautiful and the lady who did our pedicure was such an amazing person. I would have given lower stars if it wasnt for her.Our manicures were a hot mess to put it mildly. I chose a dark mauve nail polish to match my bridesmaid dress and my nails turned out looking like a chunky brownie. The brides nail polish immediately began lifting and chipping on the edges and the other bridesmaids had similar issues. as well and bubbling and unfinished nail edges.We ended up having to come back the day of the wedding but didnt have enough time for everyone to get them done so we had to do triage and get the worst of them in first, especially the brides nails. The lady who did our manicure blamed bad nail polish. The ladies who had time to get them redone even chose different colors when they were told this and had the exact same problems afterwards.The nail technicians bring their own supplies of nail polish. Most of us used the nail polish from the lady who did our pedicure and let me tell you I had issues getting my pedicure polish OFF after several weeks. It WASNT a nail polish issue. I can be generous and say it was, but if that was the case, why would you bring in bad products to use on your clients?The bride, understandably, asked for a refund due to the repeated issues. Not even a full refund, just a refund for the bad manicures and she was refused. Management severely mishandled this situation, accused the bride of lying and discounted her complaints because Youre going to leave a bad review anyway.If they would have handled this properly, given us a new nail tech, done good job or at the very least, refund the bride her money for a job that was done poorly there wouldnt have been a complaint but a praise for going above and beyond for their customers.

Thoroughly enjoyed my hot stone massage. This cozy urban spa was better than I expected. The amenities are right on for the price point and the staff is so nice. I will definitely be going back!

This is a great day spa and affordable (an hour massage runs $104). Their products are a wide range so you arent breaking the bank if you decide to splurge on something post-facial. Their massage therapists and aestheticians are warm, kind. and very open to feedback before, during, after your treatment.Recently worked with Amie for a 60min massage and we were able to discuss pain and tension points for a session that alleviated weeks of built up muscle stiffness.

I get my brows done here by Emily and I had my first facial ever with Sterling. They’re both amazing!! The experience is so welcoming and relaxing, it feels like you’re in a dream (no pun intended). Everything about Le Reve is lovely I can’t wait for my next treatment!

It was a beautiful, open space with wonderful people! I held my sisters bachelorette spa day there. They had champagne, tea, and some treats for us. They were more than accommodating with timing and everything. On top of that, we had some emergencies and uncertainty, but they made sure everything worked out for us. It was one of the highlights of the trip. I would recommend and will go to again when I am in the area!

I have been going to this spa for two years now and I absolutely love it! The staff is always warm and welcoming. I have gotten facials, a body treatment and regular sunless tans. If you follow the instructions listed on the menu on how to take care of the tan you will leave there looking evenly sunkissed and it lasts 2 weeks! I get all of my organic skin care essentials from the spa. my favorite is of course the stone crop gel wash! I would recommend anyone who wants a soothing, relaxing and results oriented approach to beauty to try Le Reve!

The atmosphere is calm and warming. It’s downtown in a great location hidden off state street, so it’s convenient yet quiet. I had some waxing done and it was efficient and professional. I have recommended le reve to multiple friends and they have enjoyed their treatments as well!

Great message and facial. I had a little waxing done as well. Im fair, red cheeks, and super reactive skin. They did it so smoothly, I didnt break out AND it didnt hurt. YEAH!!! I will sooo be back!♡♡♡Addendum: I just recently was down south and had a pedicure done. Bummer I picked the wrong color :( But my feet still look amazing. Im going back next month and am going to try the Blueberry Body Wrap. Plus if I have enough gumption I may try the eye lash extensions...well see.

9/19/2014Lovely!!! Love, love, loved this charming place!I was immediately greeted by a receptionist and offered my choice of tea or water while I checked in. I was then showed to the sitting room where I awaited my service.I was then greeted warmly by my massage therapist who asked me what body concerns I had if any so that she may address them in service. I had the most wonderful service.I had scheduled a manicure and pedicure following my massage. I was shown to the manicure and pedicure room to see my nail technician. She was so sweet and explained that all of the polish lines they offered were missing the four toxic chemicals which I was aware of already having looked into this business prior to booking with them, but was happy to see their employees promote the principals of healthier living in any case. She also provided the best leg and foot scrub/massage I have ever had reassuring that I would definitely be back.If all of this wasnt good enough, upon leaving I was checked out by the manager who asked how I enjoyed my services. I raved about her staff which she stated is always nice to hear but assured me that she would pass along my appreciation her team.While in the boutique I mentioned some skin concerns I had. It turns out she is a chemist and had formerly worked with skin care in the industry. She went into a little of the science behind two skins care lines they carry and then suggested a few items that she believed would work for my skin care needs. She even sent me with a few samples of those products so that I may try them before purchasing. She also provided me her name and email for any future product questions that I may have whether it is a product of their spas or not! She was a fountain of information and I would recommend anyone with skin care product questions to take advantage of her expertise of having worked with SkinCare in the chemistry field.This spa went so far above and beyond my expectations. Even if this place didnt have the adorable design and atmosphere it does I would return. The staff, the service, and the products are unbeatable and it was such a treat have stumbled upon such a great place!

Would give it a negative rating if allowed. Made reservations a weeks in advance. Confirmation made a week in advance. On the day of, called to reconfirm and was essentially told to piss off. And to try to appease me they said they wont charge me. How very generous of them!

I Had a VERY bad experience at this spa. I had a waxing done that did damage,. I walked out. The manager called to apologize and offered me a free treatment in the future as I have been going there such a long time. I later went to get this treatment and was told they never promised any such thing. I have gone to this spa for years,it use to be good, however the new owner is terrible, all of the experienced talented staff have left form poor treatment and now the new staff is not very capable. Worse the management does not stand behind their work or promices.Stay away! There are many excellent spas in Santa Barbara. Choose another.

Le Reve organic spa was absolutely luxurious with friendly staff and amazing products I was very pleased with my services. When I received my mani pedi by Marci she left my nails sparkling clean and polished perfectly and she is very relaxing company.❤️ I will be doing this lovely service very often🙌🏻
