I would rate this -0 stars!!! I’ve been to many nail salon but this would have to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. I asked for pedi which took an hour to complete. The lady cut my nails way too short and uneven but that’s not even the worst part when removing my cuticles SHE CUT ME AND DIDNT EVEN SAY ANYTHING SHE PROCEEDED DOING MY NAILS now it looks like it’s getting infected! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!

French tips chiped about a week later on my pedicure. Lady was a little rough, but nothing too crazy. Beautiful work tho. Might go again because its in a convenient location.

I would not recommend this nail salon because I went in and asked for matte acrylic nails and 2 clear acrylic nails one on each hand. On the clear nail I asked for a snake which in the image I showed them was just a squiggly line.(the image I chose was purposely easy to do b/c I’ve done it before but I wanted it on acrylic) I’ve done this myself many times in the past and when Jim said he didn’t know how to do that I was a bit confused but he said one of the ladies do it. During the process of filing my nails, a young lady began filing and glueing the nails down and stopped to help someone else so after 25 minutes Jim comes over. Jim saw two nails weren’t put on the right way so he ripped it off as if my nails didn’t have feeling. He proceeds to file all my nails again !!! and glue new ones. In the process of putting on acrylic, each nail started to sting and burn like underneath. Once it got to my right thumb the pain was unbearable, the pain went through my thumb and I took my hand away thinking i had a cut but no. My guess is that because they filed my bare nails 4 times it could be that they are thin. !!!!! Moving onto after the acrylic he used the same fluffy brush to clean any powder off your hands he uses that to sweep the acrylic powder off the table and into the trash which he touched barehand and didn’t bother washing his hands or using hand sanitizer. At that point I should’ve said something but he continued to shape my nails with a nail file using so much unnecessary force and I know because he cut on 3 different fingers. I kept moving my hand as an acknowledgment of it hurting so he started going light. At the end one of the ladies does the snake and it did not come out! It looks like a kid did it but I said that it was fine bc I wanted to leave and she took so long on the other nail and I was so close to saying that if she could just put a dot and leave it but after 10 !!! Times taking it off and starting over she did it and it looks worse than the other nail itself. !!! I’ve gotten acrylic nails before and I’ve never had my nails physically hurt leaving or the day after. Never have I gotten this same acrylic nails and it hurt like this !!!!!!!!!! My cuticles have never been left like this and I e never before had acrylic on my finger tips!!! The clear nails has air bubbles and it’s way thicker than the rest and one of them, the end is slanted not straight (I asked for coffin) the tip should be straight flat but I look like /

I loved my experience! I was greeted right as I walked in. That was so awesome. My gal was super sweet and funny. She is a perfectionist. I got shellac manicure and the price was super reasonable. Ive spent way more so the prices definitely were awesome. The massage at the end definitely was amazing. Ive never had a hand massage last that long at other salons or feel that great. I definitely be coming back.

It was my first experience there and I really enjoyed the people and the quality of my pedicure. It is a small, comfy, very homey shop.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND...The lady who did my acrylic nails did not do them right I couldn’t really see clearly inside how my nails came out. When I stepped out into the light I was able to see bubbles and white dots on my clear coat that’s was put on top of my French acrylic nails. I thought French tip acrylic was simple. I had to walk back and have them checked out and the same lady who did them try to fix it but she made them worse! Also she hurt me and made me bleed on three fingernails 😕I will never go back!! I am very disappointed!! I thought I’d wait a week before I wrote a review to see how long my nails would last and I am very disappointed nails look like if I’ve gone weeks without refill and look horrible. Definitely Lost a customer for sure.

Really professional people at this shop.

I had a birthday to attend. The nail technician recommend a French with some glitter separating the two colors. I am glad I did! Everyone loved my nails and asked where I got them done.

Bad service one of the ladys cut her skin, other one its no fear the ladys talking in her language, for me that is respectful, because whos knows they are talking about some of the customers.

I called to make an appointment for two persons and I was set at 4:00 we get there and they said they dont have time why would you even scheduled us if u dont have time with the worst attitude ever and we didnt even heard a sorry you should give a better customer service and dont make people waist time DEFINITELY I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIST YOUR TIME

They did a rushed and crummy job. My gel nails were sloppy and there was excess gel around my nails. When I went to leave, they charged me $10 more than I was quoted on the phone. They were nice, but overall it was a bad experience.

This place rocks! Every chance I get to come to Santa Barbara I make sure to stop here for a mani & pedi. They are efficient, meticulous, clean and give me the level of service I expect. I am a pain in the butt perfectionist and I have never had issues with this place. The polish also lasts 3-4 weeks! Kelly & Jimmy does a fantastic job everytime and fun to talk to.Services offered:-Spa manis & pedis-Full service waxing-Shellac gels-Massage-Parafin hands/feet treatmentsThey accept credit cards!!
