After having experienced many difficulties at my previous Storage Facility, signing up for a new unit at Mini U Storage was like a breath of fresh air. I was greeted in the office by Joan, one of the two owner/operater at this facility, and quickly realized I had made the right choice. Joan was so very courteous and friendly that she immediately set me at ease, making the entire sign up process totally painless. She struck my as one of those rare business professionals who have so much experience and skill at customer service, that I almost felt I was talking with an old friend and not some stranger behind the counter. And on top of that they are now offering the first months rent free, so I felt the entire experience was win-win. Thanks Joan and all the Mini U Storage staff, you guys are doing a great job.

Rented a unit for a remodel and needed a place to store some boxes. The rental process was easy and fast thanks to Michael and Joan. I was shown the unit and then went to the office to process paperwork. Efficient and friendly customer service with smile. They know their job and are good with answering questions for a first time renter.

It was a easy sign and go, real nice people and honest when a mistake had transpired, I recommend mini u storage in santa Ana for your storage needs.

I don’t recommend this place to anyone else, people living there at night, no way to go in with truck to put in your things, we rent the storage in the afternoon and by the time we go to put in our stuff it have a lock wish she ask us if we have lock we told her yes we have our own lock she never told us they were going to put a lock by night there was no way to put our things in storage cause it was lock it was a waste of time and money . Someone told us to be careful cause 10 storages where open and stolenPlace is very bad specially at nightThe office lady she recognized she made a mistake not to told us about the lock but she didn’t refund us the deposit money the very next day when we cancel for the storage so very bad experience so NO DON’T RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE AT ALL

Great service, first time renter of a storage unit and they really made the whole process seamless. I am definitely recommending this place to my friends, it’s local and the prices are fair. Thank you again guys for making it an easy experience!

Overall this spot is ok its not in the best area there is no external lighting so accessing your unit at night could be an issues if you dont bring a light. The best thing about this location would have to be the staff they are pleasant easy to deal with

MR. & Mrs.Norris the Super Duo, are the live in Managers..The other Lady Super Duo is the all time generous Connie and young Heather(tattoo lady😎)Ive been a repeat and ongoing customer for long periods of time. Its definitely not the newest storage place but very easy to access because of the location and their gate hours.Place is always very clean. The staff is definitley doing a great job in keeping us happy and feeling welcome.There is a MAJOR decrease in the lingering zombies on the property, that credit will be given to the great staff, being attentive to their location and recognizing their tenants

OMG the people you have working here are the most awesome of all. I always see them smiling and greeting everyone pleasantly. The security and comfort level is the highest I have seen in many storage facilities. Keep up the great job!

I would take your business elsewhere. Spoke to one woman AND the manager & got COMPLETELY belittled in the conversation. I was merely trying to explain why they were going to lose my business & the tone of voice the manager Kay used was crazy unprofessional & unnecessary.SOME companies APPRECIATE when a customer explains why they want to take their business elsewhere cause 1. They rarely see things from a customers point of view 2. they MIGHT rather match a price to keep you as a regular customer &/or 3. They may not even realize theres a problem.There are PLENTY of storage companies close by other than this one. Others with waaaaay cheaper prices too.Im bummed they ruined my business cause I wouldve been a REALLY long term customer.
