AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Do you need a truck rental? Do you have somewhere to be? Do you have people all lined up to help you? Do you have a schedule to keep? RUN AWAY from Penske! I reserved a truck 5 days in advance that had a hydraulic lift gate (moving something heavy). My husband shows up and NOBODY was there. It was lunch time. He waited 45 minutes for this employee to get back from his lunch break only to tell him he didn’t have the truck we reserved. So he told my husband he’ll call around to see if anyone else has one. Oops someone calls the Penske office. So now my husband is waiting 20 minutes for this lame employee to schedule SOMEONE ELSES reservation for 4 days later. Ok finally he’s off the phone… we need a truck, we have people waiting for us. Oops, another phone call to Penske. 10 minutes later, he’s off the phone. He FINALLY finds a truck with a hydraulic lift gate that’s an additional 30 minutes further away than where we are going.I love Seinfeld. Great show. But living a Seinfeld episode is extremely annoying.RUN AWAY FROM PENSKE! DON’T LOOK BACK! Just run. Run Forrest, Run!

Great prices and one way! But they told us we could drop the truck off anytime on Monday, but then the other Penske location called us and said we were supposed to drop it off early in the morning.. But in the end, it all worked out great!

After the end, you need to pay more money, No one solves the problem. not good 👎

Andrew the front desk Manger was super helpful!!! He immediately went to my truck in his nice clothes and checked out the problem bending down touching the floor...I highly respect him for being assertive and concerned!!! Well let me try and understand this I am here at Penske 2000 Wilshire Blvd. in Santa Ana I am having an emergency the kid inside that is working now and the office opens the door and says he’ll be back in 20 minutes he is at lunch I told him it was an emergency that I need to hurry and rent a truck that if he would be so kind and put his lunch on hold and rent me a truck and he replied like I said I’ll be back after lunch very very disappointed at this location and I’ve always been a Penske customer . they close at 3 o’clock. They should have another person 😡

Ironing our some issues I had from moving my stuff and car from Huntington Beach ca to Tampa Florida a retired army soldier who now works for penske has put in some serious effort to make things right and I’m impressed by penske after speaking with this man 👍👍

I will when I have one, normally i only write a comment when theres something wrong but if nothing is wrong just the stars are good for me

I called the Santa Ana Penske office to reserve a truck. Was told that because it was late in the month the day rate was a bit higher - $49.99 instead of the advertised $29.99. When I balked the fellow I was talking to started to negotiate - No thank you. I went to U-Haul and their rate was exactly as advertised, didnt fluctuate with the time of the month, and I didnt feel like my time was being wasted.
