If I could leave no stars I would. I will not go back to the nail salon ever again. The man that sits at #7 was very unprofessional and messed my nails up. First of all the power was not what I wanted and my nails was too thick, some was short and long, was too wide and three of my nails was Not shared right. When I told him I didn’t like it he got a attitude. DO NOT COME HERE RUN FAR AWAY. Had to come to Houston on my trip to get my nails fixed.

Went there on July 2, 2021 to get a fill in and pedicure for my birthday. Had to go see a doctor on Tuesday July 6, 2021 to be told that I have a fungal infection in all of my toes.My feet and toes have been swollen, itching, red and burning for days.. My family and I will NEVER return there.

Worst nail service Ive ever received. Nail tech cut me, proceeded to work on my nails, without offering a bandaid until the very end. I asked him to throw away the bloody nail file and clipper and he got upset, but he did. Left me with a big cut, I took pictures when I got home as proof.

I’ve had 100’s of pedicures in my lifetime but this was by far one of the best and most relaxing. Henry did a fantastic job,spent his time on each nail. I’ve been going to another salon for years and they were closed today and I couldn’t wait and they’ve now lost a customer. The work Henry did was far better and more detailed then anywhere else I have been in Sanford. Nail time 2 was also $15 less then the other place which I gladly tipped Henry with.

Pricing is much higher than any nail salon I’ve frequented. Pricing does not match quality work. Needed a repair on one nail a day afterwards. Although, it took a while, they repaired at no cost. Top coat on repaired nail isn’t great. Edit: another nail has chipped today on 9/19 after having them done on 9/17. Poor quality, take your hard earned money elsewhere! I paid $115 for mani/deluxe pedi which was weak btw. Gel polish on toes and powder dip on fingers. Toenails are holding up but fingernails are not!

The lady who did my nails kept trying to tell me what would look good & not look good. After I specifically told her what I wanted done. I got acrylic set with gel painted tips & wanted the tips a bit thicker. She was also on her phone (face time) back & forth while doing my nails. A lady 2 seats away from me came in to get hers taken off & re-done... the man doing hers ended up cutting her finger bad enough, for her to bleed for 5 min. She waited to see if itd stop, but decided to just leave & said she would wait to come back ... pretty sure she wont go back. Felt so bad for her. I also paid to get my eyebrows waxed & ended up getting my money back for that because they wouldnt make the time to do them for me. It was my 1st & LAST time going there!!

Nice place the owners (I think they are the owners) husband and wife..husband did my pedicure AIPER DE DUPER WELL my nails however I like but I would have loved them if I had gotten the shape I wanted and if the half nail wasnt so far up the nail bed. Overall good experience

So I got my nails done by this male with black hair tht got the scar on his chest, he was very disrespectful and rough with me.I only got a full set with gel polish and he charged me 40$, and he didn’t even file my nails evenly, I didn’t get my nails any longer because he was gonna charge me more.🔴I WOULD NOT COME HERE ITS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY @ ALL🔴

A fill cost as much as a full set... My husband has spent so much money in this place for them to continue to rip me and our daughters off... the guy that does nails in there to sucks at any fixing or painting... we will NEVER come back to this place again!!!

I went to get my eyebrows done by the short lady w/ the limp on MONDAY, today is thursday i wake up and my eyelashes is off. I called and said something and asked could i get my lashes done over w/ no cost it hasnt even been a full WEEK & my eyelashes is literally OFF, onto my pillow.

I got off work at 6:30 i work in Raleigh and live in Raleigh and I came here because I love the way they do my nails!! But after tonight they will never get my business I called before i drove all the way down here the signed was off when I got here and I called in there and they told me to come in and when they seen the length of my nails nobody wanted to do them now this is there work. And there sign say they close at 8pm

They not changing out gloves...spraying some sort of spray on gloves and arching eyebrows. What is going on...Lee County is a hotspot and this is possibly a contributor. NEVER AGAIN.

I was getting my nails done, nothing special just regular nail polish and I had a hang nail, the man doing my nails took the tool and ripped it right off! It hurt

Waited for 55 minutes for a pedicure and no service. Young lady walked in and waited only 10-15 minutes and was asked to come to the pedicure bowl.

They have just gotten rude. I walkin 4 ppl free and i just want a pedicure. Another customer walks in get help immediately. So i ask how long us the wait. Kim ask me to come back and make a appointment when i didnt ask for her. Anybody could of did it.Last time i was there Herny was disrespectful tried to give a second chance. Been going there since i was 14 with my mom Im 25++. Never again will you see me i would of gave 0 stars if i could. All mobey should be same or respect i thought.Aso they put alcohol in they old finger nail polish thats been there for years unless you get gel nails

This was the worst experience I have ever had!!! Just to get a gel color change, I asked the nail tech. Not to file my nails and she starting filing them. I told her I wanted them to look like they were already showed her and she still processed to keep filing my nail to they were almost go. My nails!! no fake ones, mine that I have grown out for weeks. They were all uneven and I still told her and she just didnt care enough to do what was asked of her the first time!!! So pissed that you cant even listen to a customer who is paying for a service to be rendered. Got up and walked out with them not even asking why. I would not waste my time or money here. Very displeased and will never go back.

Charged for 2 full pedicures for my 7 year old and I. She didn’t get a massage, just a polish change and I barely got a massage. I even called them out on it and they stuck with their price. Such a rip off. Will never go back.Update: I also have an infected to nail from the pedicure. So not only was it a crappy overpriced pedicure but I may l lose a toenail as a results. 😡😡

Nail time 2 is not good. Their not clean!I go there only to get my eye brows waxed. I dont get nails done because of the type of work I do. But my complaint is that the bed you lay on to get eye brows waxed is a nasty mess, I have to ask the lady every time I go can she change the pillow case I mean ppl are not all clean. Now to top this off I just recently went there and got my brows done and when I left my brows felt irritated so I get home I dont see nothing, I go to bed and when I wake up in the morning I have blisters on my eye brows yuck! The wax didnt feel hot. Im thinking maybe there wax is old and also the scissiors and other supplies she used are probably not sanitized, when she should be using all new supplies for each and everyone client! I am mad and I am going to find out who I need to call to get this place inspected when it comes to the eye brow process. BEWARE!

I had the most horrible experience ever at this nail salon!! The lady that has a limp did my nails and toenails on Monday April 15, 2019. She had an attitude and didnt even speak to me when she did my toes she would just point at my foot and then was jerking my legs and pulling on them. My nails look horrible the help polish is allready just peeling off and she filed one of my nails to short it hurts very bad. She didnt take all the polish off of my toes she just painted over it.. So I just had a very bad experience and I am for sure NEVER going back there EVER!!!!

While I didnt get a fungal infection with my pedicure, the guy who did it took off layers of my nail and was so forceful and painful. Not only that but they charged me an arm and a leg to get shellac nails and for a design. They also took off half of my eyebrow when I got them waxed. It was so painful!!! Do not go here.

The best nail salon in town..I have been going there for 12 years and have always gotten great service..Kim has been doing my nails the entire time and Linda does my pedicures and they both do the best work ever..I actually stopped going to Greensboro to come back here and when Kim could do my nails the exact way my nail tech did in Greensboro I was sold..

I am a regular at the nail palace and was in a rush to get my nails done for prom. Nail palace was packed so I had to go somewhere else. I ended up here and am so disappointed. I got no massage with my pedicure, my toe was cut, and I got no base coat. Next, I got my full set. I made it clear that I did NOT want gel polish. I was hounded and hounded and hounded for it and I still would not give in. The last time he asked I said no once again and he responded “oops I already put it on”. Then I was asked about a design, I said no. He continued to ask me and I was very aggravated. Poor customer service. Won’t be back.

🔴DO NOT GO TO NAILS TIME 2🔴 I went in there today (Theres nobody there on a Friday) and I told them I want a full set... Sat there 15 mins Then a Older WHITE woman walked in & said she wanted the same thing & sat next to me... Tell me WHY they told her to go sit at Seat 7...(She had NO APPOINTMENT) So I started to walk out & they asked me where I was Going... I told them I did not feel comfortable spending my 💰 on their business since I was overlooked & I no longer feel welcomed & that is probably why their sales are plumbing!! This is what I ger for rushing ... Shouldve went to my bays @ Nail Palace

Butchered my eyebrow. Only one, the other is perfectly fine. But my nails and toe polish turned out nicely.

Awful experience!!! Not even one star. -5 stars. The young lady that did my pedicure burned the top of my foot with the skin removing gel. There was a huge red spot on the top of my foot and I was in so much pain, I did not allow her to finish my pedicure. The skin was removed from the top of my foot. The owner was so rude and still made me pay when I said she burned the top of my foot. I could not believe it. I left and went to ugent care and received treatment for 2 degree burns. The owner will be receiving my bill from the ugent care. Not the way you handle customers.

FYI never go to NAIL TIME 2 in Sanford. (Near subway on Horner, across from the old Hams building) I got a pedicure and my toe became severely infected. The infection is still not getting better and if its not better in one week they will have to cut my toe nail off!!!!! And the owner said he didnt care!! Please share with anyone that gets pedicures or their nails done there, I dont want this to happen to anyone else!!!

Ask for almond shape. Horrible filing nice people though my first time. I thought my nails were ok get home. They file all wrong and sideways. Look like a kid file my nails want worth $30 for a fullset. Dont think ill be back for my nails but they do awesome eyebrows.

Although my nails look pretty, when i got my pedicure the guy told me i had ingrown toenails and took off half my nails on both sides on BOTH feet when thats justbhow my nails grow. My acrylic nails were sloppy put on and the normal cleansing procedure was not followed. The man who did my nails was very rude and all he wanted was for me to spend more money he did not care what i wanted. Very very disappointed and very very sore.

Terrible... the salon overall is OK UNTIL they decided to stick me with some UNQUALIFIED woman who Im PRETTY sure DOES NOT have a license to practice in the salon. Firstly, she did my pedicure and she didnt know the process of the UV lamp; so my toes did not dry all the way and SHE WIPED THE GEL POLISH RIGHT OFF! She spent about 1 hr 45 mins doing and REDOING my toes. it was so frustrating. Then she didnt know how to fill my nails in so she passed me off to the owner, after he was done he sent me BACK TO HER and once again she had NO KNOWLEDGE of the UV lamp so SHE SMEARED THEM, another hour and a half... and not to mention how sloppy she painted my nails! THIS RESULTED IN ME HAVING TO COME BACK TWO TIMES TO GET MY NAILS FIXED BEFORE THE GEL FINALLY PEELED COMPLETELY OFF. A TOTAL WASTE OF MY 50.00. YES, THATS RIGHT THEY STILL MADE ME PAY FULL PRICE AFTER PUTTING ME WITH AN UNDER QUALIFIED TECH.. i used to go to them every 2-4 weeks faithfully but i will never be a customer of theres again all because they want to put a family member on...if you happen to go here DO NOT LET THEM PUT YOU WITH THE WOMAN WITH THE GRAY TEETH AND RED HAIR! YOU WILL BE SO DISAPPOINTED.

I will never come back again this place is over priced the lady asked me did I want a deluxe pedicure I told her no just a regular one but I got charged 50.00 for a regular pedicure and eyebrow waxing and the service wasnt all that great!!

2 pedicures and I walked out with a bleeding foot. Final cost 79 dollars... was told gel polish is 20 but it surely is not posted anywhere that price. First and last time ever in this place!
