I always come here to get my dip powder! The owner is always very accommodating even when it’s busy. Vinny and Mary are the best at dip manicures! They both take their time and I always get great results. First pic is green glitter dip over my natural nails and second/third is their glow in the dark dip on my natural nails.

I just moved from Chicago to Florida and I had to search for a nail place after trying a few, The Nail Spa is amazing. The staff is friendly and you always get greeted at the door. Such great energy every time I go! Definitely recommended!

The staff is amazing right from the start. Over the phone and when we walked in we were greeted by the same person. He is very nice. My daughter and I both had our nails done by Mary. She did amazing on our nails but what I loved most was watching her with my daughter. She talked to her and took her time. I didnt catch the guys mame that did our pedicures but he was amazing as well. He took his time and was very detailed. Awesome staff and loved our nails!

I came in without an appointment. As soon as I walked in, a guy greeted us and we had to get santized and our temperature checked. I waited around 20 minutes, but that’s my fault for not booking an appointment.I got acrylic long nails for only $35 they came out great!!

Mary is absolutely amazing! Every other week when I come in, she immediately asks how I’m doing and what inspo pic I have. She’s very personable and consistent!

Amazing group of people. The manager is always friendly remembers me. Ollie is the sweetest and does such a professional job. All the pedicurists are great. Clean and sanitary. Anyone who says otherwise are just looking for something to complain about. This team does everything to make sure leave satisfied.

They are all the best. John, Mary, Vinny & Leann are my go to but they are all awesome. :-)

My friends, every one of the women in my family and I, have been going to Nailz Spa for more than 14 years. We have never once had a single problem that wasnt completely resolved in the most prompt and professional manner. They do incredible eyebrows as well! As for the negative reviews.. Im sorry Nailz Spa, that you are subjected to dealing with the non-tipping Sanfords finest. Trust me ladies... they arent sad to see you go ;)

I had acrylic nails done here. I wanted to get my nails air brushed but they dont have demos of what they can do. As far as my nails. The tech didnt talk much at all. He did cover the nails enough that they wont pop off cleaning. Thats perfect. One nail is crooked so refill time Ill need them to fix it. My 1st color choice didnt look right so he allowed me to change it. Nice clean salon. Ill return to get my fill in and to get my crooked nail fixed.

The staff is very good but when it comes to men getting a manicure and pedicure they are in a rush and its expensive. I dont want nail polish and no shinny stuff just cut my nails on my hands and feet and the message is nice . The price is to make up for the fact Im not getting all that acrylic and stuff.

Been going to this nail salon for 2 years now and I love them! Mary and David are excellent and very sweet! I use to work at a bank which caused me to a lot of typing and deal with using my hands quite a lot. I love stiletto nails and was at first discouraged to try them since getting it done at other salons, they would always break within a week from the work I was doing. But I have to say when I got them done here they didnt break and were as sharp as needles :) Excellent quality and good pricing, I will continue to go back time after time!

I tried this place since it was up the road from my job and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. I got a regular pedicure and the nail tech took her time and took really good care of my feet. The staff was so nice and they know alot of their customers by name. They offered me refreshments and took really great care of me. I will definitely be coming back!

I went to this establishment after months with braces to correct ingrown toenails so I opted for the deluxe on New Years Eve. The Deluxe was to include a massage and after a long time without self care of a pedicure I thought why not. The gentleman started massage me and it was extremely painful I mentioned that he was to ruff but he continued when I got home my legs were tender to touch and red when I woke up the following day I saw bruising in numerous spots so I went back to the shop to inquire why they charged me $70 for a $35 dollar service and also showed John the marks left in my legs his response was to put cream on it and he has never heard that before and refused to refund me the additional money they charged my card. He did not even offer me an apology. Thank God I used my PayPal because I have to dispute to get the money back. Do NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT

Good place for nails, manicures and pedicures. Reasonably priced, could use a much better ventilation system or change filters.

I went here after reading the reviews and was so glad I did. They greeted me immediately and my appointment only took 30 minutes. I had pink and white acrylics with gel top coat done. Its been a while since I had my nails done but my appointments usually lasted an hour or more at other places. Not only was Mary quick, but she was precise. You can tell she is a master at her craft. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely go back. They were very clean and busy . you could tell by conversations going on that many of the clients were regulars which is always a good sign.

I came here last night after a botched nail job at another salon. That I went to out of a time and convenience issue. My mistake!! However I came in and confessed and was ready to spend money to fix my nails, I had a Christmas party / my own birthday the next day. I was told by the guy who holds down the sign in book that, Mary could help me. Mary was not thrilled at all but she was busy, and agreed to help. I needed a shape change, and possible acrylic change. I showed a picture, but left with something completly DIFFRENT! Mary changed the shape, I thought she was going to set my nails on fire with the file as she was filing to save her life. Then she pushed me over to the grouchy salon dinosaur, to do a french manicure. Which was not exactly what I wanted! But i had already been placed on display for.everyone in the building, so I went with it. She pulls out what appeared to be the first bottle of white polish known to man and proceeds to.do a French manicure, with no sides?? I politely, and quietly ask if I can change, as I dont.like it., and she throws a tantrum, and starts talking about me in another language!? The front desk guy gets involved and gets a different polish for me, which I would have liked to select as I was the one paying for a service!! I went with it just to get out of there. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I had money to spend to get the look I wanted! If they.had only listened, and stopped rushing. They would have a generous life long customer! Apparently they dont get it!!

One of the best places to have your nails and toes done in Sanford. They provide the full spa treatment for their clients.

Ive been going here since I moved to Sanford 8 years ago. The owner ( man ) always friendly but maybe it was on off day. I was rushed to pick out a color (never even given a chance to look at polish station. The sat down... clearly Im unhappy about it. I go to put my feet in and its cold. I tell the lady and doesnt seem to care or do anything about it. Im paying for a service... obviously want it right of course. When the lady then rushed me for the number I told her I dont see the color Im looking for. She said just pick number. Im sorry if your having a bad we all have them but Im not going to sit there and feel like that. I will simply go else where.

Went into get my eyebrows done. They told me to go wait in the room. After waiting 15 minutes, I thought they had forgotten about me. Finally a lady comes in, she barely touches my eyebrows, applies only a tiny bit of wax, then says theyre done. She hands me the mirror and walks out, she doesnt even ask if Iike what she did! My eyebrows look almost exactly the same. I was scared to ask the lady to please take off more because she wasnt very friendly. I asked the guy at the front desk if she could please trim them or something. He sends me back to the room. I wait another 10mins. She comes back in and somehow managed to make them crooked this time! Then she tells the guy at front desk to charge me $9! The price on their service menu says $8. They treat their customers like trash.

Literally the rudest people ever! Mary is absolutely and truly the rudest person I have ever come in contact with! This is the second time that I have had big issues with these people, this is twice now that she herself has told me to either deal with the mistake they made on my nails or get out and go find the person who did The Nailz in the picture! And on top of that both times she still made me pay! The picture Im posting, on the right is what I asked for and Mary said most definitely she could do that and she had all the colors! On the left is what I walked out with unfinished and had to go to a second nail salon and pay double to get them fixed. I will never go here ever again!

And both my girls were cut by the person doing them. I also cant believe the comments that the owner is leaving to people that werent happy. The problem might start there because you need to respect your clients!

Went here about three weeks ago and my tech really messed my nails up while putting on clear matte coat, I had to repaint.

Ive been going here for bout a year now.and my last time i went.they had a young lady.under 18.doing my nails.i told her to do 3layers.and she didnt.i have brought and recommended people to go there.but not anymore.they need to hire ppl that know what they are doing.and know how to listen to there customers??? Oh and less then two weeks ago.amd i have lost 3 nails now.NOT A GOOD PLACE TO RECOMMEND.

NAILZ SPA did a super great job and only $30. I went to this supposedly fancy nail spa Bellagio and they did an ugly job and charged $50 for ugly thick bulgy nail. THE NAILZ SPA IS THE BEST ALL THE WAY AROUND

I spent $95 in 3 weeks due to the horrible service offered at this salon, my nails would pop off 2 days after a full set of gel nails, 2 days of me doing almost nothing . Marry was the nail tech, smh omg her attitude and service were equally horrible omg its like she didnt have a brain, everyone there seemed ghetto and ignorant. I actually tried to help her, help me, help her too many times, smh but Mary failed ( on purpose I feel like). This place is trash and hopefully they will be closing very soon. This place was a complete waste of my time and effort. Dont waste your time and money.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! They don’t massage your hands while doing your manicure, cannot shape your toes correctly AT ALL! Everything was horrible. The guy at the front wasn’t trying to hear me out at all. If I could rate no stars I would.

Ive been going to the Nailz Spa in Lake mary for a few months. I was referred by my co worker. I really like them at first. My last visit there, they put me with a new tech named Michael. He was extremely slow and very nervous. He shook the whole time and It was very obvious he was inexperienced. He also was sick and coughed everywhere. It was disgusting. Then he took so long to do a full set that I walked out without a second coat or top coat. I paid and called to speak to the owner. David answered the phone and refused to let me speak to the owner. He also didnt listen to a word I was saying and spoke over me. He started getting loud and told me its my problem I ran out of time! I will never go back. That was horrible customer service and they dont deserve those awards on their wall. They also start a full set at $25, which is more than most places!! Two weeks before this experience, my co worker who referred me had a terrible experience as well. She got the gel polish and david left bubbles in her nails and did not fix it!!! Needless to say they just lost two regular customers. Please dont give this business your money!!!!!!!!!!!! Look at how unprofessional the owner is!! Lol proves my point.Response from the owner 4 years agoIf $25.00 for a full set is too much money for you then try Walmart, we had thousands of clients that love our salon, you wont be missed .

IM NEW IN THIS AREA. ALL I WANT TO FIND IS A GOOD NAIL PLACE. I CAME IN ASKING FOR THE BEST... I HAVE LITTLE BUBBLES IN ALL MY NAILS. SHE DID NOT FILE RIGHT BECAUSE ITS LUMPY ON THE SIDE OF MY NAIL BEDS. I LIKE THE NATURE LOOK AND THE LADY DIDNT ASK ME IF I WANT PINK OR CLEAR ACRYLIC, SHE JUST LAYS PINK ACRYLIC. OKAY SO I LEFT IT. THEN I GUESS SHE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO DO THE SHAPE I WANTED, SO SHE ASKED THE GUY NEXT TO HER TO DO THE SHAPE.. I GOT SO HAPPY CAUSE THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE THIS GUY WAS BRAGGING TO HIS I GUESS REGULAR ON HOW GOOD HE IS AND HE DOING SOME NAIL THING IN SOME STATE. AND THEY ONLY CHOOSE THE BEST... BLAHHH.. SO I WAS LIKE YAYY.. NOTT.. WHY NAILS A NOT EVEN SHAPED RIGHT..THEY ARE ALL DIFFERENT AND HE DIDNT EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO REALLY LOOK AND DO IT CORRECT... SOME ART WORK.. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE A TIP AND GAVE A TWO STAR IS THE GUY IN THE FRONT. HE WAS GREATING. HE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE.. AND EVEN CHECKED MY NAILS WHEN THEY WERE SOAKING.. AND THEY SERVE WINE WHILE YOU GET YOUR FEET DONE..HOW CHIC.. OTHER THAN THAT I DONT KNOW IF I EVEN WANT TO GO BACK..SMFHHH...

They did an absolutely terrible job. Used way to little acrylic so the edges cracked the same day. They were in such a hurry it feels more like its about the money and the quality suffers. Do not go if you want nice nails.
