I always ask my nail Tech to surprise me with their work. I show them what kind of nails I love in pictures that I have and this girl didnt have any imagination. The girl that did my pedicure was very talkative and super nice. When Im about to pay, the girl that did my nails started counting the stones she had put on my nails...they charge you by each stones! Lost 98$ and Im NOT happy!!! Will not be going to them again, and will NOT recommend! So disappointed . The jell pedicure never turned jell !

I am so proud of Erica and her Lavish Nails Crew! Business is booming and it’s easy to tell why! I’ve been rocking with Erica since it was just her at her little desk in the front of Colleen’s. Her work is impeccable! And she has hired ladies who do have similar talent, Erica also teaches her crew to ensure that they are up to her standards. I usually go every 4-6 so Amanda can slay my nails, her quality work truly lasts! There’s no lifting, no chipping, stones usually stay in place (depends on what all I’ve been doing with my hands). The atmosphere is light, friendly, and welcoming. There’s always laughter, and everyone is fun to be around. I highly recommend that you make your appointment and enjoy the experience and quality work!

UNPROFESSIONAL LASH TECH! If you want a lash tech that will take your money but not show up for work and cancel on you, here is the place! Ignores you when you ask for a refund since it was on her end the appointment was cancelled. So unprofessional and there is better out there, don’t waste your time.

In addition to great nails the overall experience was a treat. Ell is extremely personable and I felt at ease with her immediately. I went to get my nails done for my birthday at another nail salon and they were awful I mean I cried they were so bad. So I decided I would look around and see if I could find anyone that could help me out. I called Lavish nails because they are super close to my job and because they had great reviews. Now these girls are so BUSY I mean Busyyyyy. But I did not know that at the time of my call so i called anyway and when they answered I told them what was going on and they had me send photos and all to see what they were working with. After about 10 min they called me back and they said Lesley (One of the techs) will stay for you come in when you can. OK THESE GIRLS DONT HAVE TIME FOR WALK - INS but they said they were not going to let me walk around looking the way I did. I WILL NOT GO TO ANOTHER SALON. They are so professional, Friendly, The atmosphere is chill, and over all they are SO TALENTED. These techs are life!!!!!

This is my third time coming up from the St.Cloud area, and having my appointment cancelled or moved to another day last min. This last time was the breaking point .Called prior to the appointment to get help on which service to book since it was not listed, and you would think they would say the nail tech that was available according to their site was not in .. nope.Arrived at the salon, but because of the “COVID rules” we have to wait in our vehicles until appointment time. I arrive everywhere I go early and I got there 45 min early and was in my car OUTSIDE THE SALON ! .. I walked in for my APPOINTMENT, and was told that she called everyone and left voicemails or spoke to the people and told them Jakayla was not coming in . THIS IS ABSOLUTE BS! After telling her I drive from where I did, and I was outside for 45 min and have not received a call... she did the bare minimum of looking through her phone at options (knowing she didn’t have anything else to say but sorry(as always) .. Waste of time even considering them smh ! Just blown that I called them WAYYY ahead of my scheduled appointment to get the help, so why wait till last minute when you knew she was not coming . ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL ... smh

The ladies in this salon are very meticulous and precise in the variations of nail expertise. The quality of their work is highly regarded in the central Florida area. I’ve experienced my nails lasting longer than the average nail salons offers in this area. Trust me, I’ve been to quite a few. So, be ready for your hands to be pampered and uniquely designed while engaging in laughter and rocking to all types of genres of music.

I absolutely love this place! Today will be my 3rd time going. My nails last about 6 weeks minimum. I’ve been as long as 8 weeks. My nails never lift or break off! The quality of their products is amazing! The very first time I went I didn’t have an appointment. I was able to walk in, be greeted and sit at the nail tech station. The shop is super clean and well organized. I’ll still be willing to wait if I had to. Lavish nail bar is the place to be! #HappyCustomer

The first time I went I loved it my nails were amazing. Even though, it seems like a lot of gossip goes around in that business so much whispering between the employees. But my nails still came out amazing.Then I went back a second time and omg that was a mistake my nails came out looking like chicklets so thick, and my husband got a pedicure the worst he has ever gotten. The girl was all over the place dropping everything she even almost slipped because she spilled some water. Definitely was the last time I’ll be there.

Loved my nail tech she was awesome anything I asked her for she did, didnt care to much for my pedicure, her nails were long and seemed to stop her from giving me a good pedicure and definitely seemed like she was not into it at all and just wanted to hurry up and be done . Although the services that were offered for the pedicures were impressive, I got the jelly pedi and I loved it made my feet very soft!!! I will return just will make sure i do not use the same person agian !!!!

I walked in Lavish Nails on Tuesday, being the 1st time ever being there. I had no appointment but Erica was on it, and had me sitting with Leslie in about 2 minutes. Leslie did an awesome job on my nails! I had the tips done in a coral color with a matching hand painted flower on each ring finger! They came out beautiful!! I then had a pedi with Bree. I loved my pedi! Bree did a great job. I have to say the girls that work here all treat you like a friend not just another customer. I will drive the 20 minutes to Lavish Nails everytime now! Thanks ladies for treating me as a friend and not just another customer!

The only reason I’m giving them a star is because google doesn’t let you put zero...... I am absolutely bewildered. First off, let me start by saying as a new business your reviews are literally your life line. If you get bad reviews people will think twice about visiting your establishment.So this is my first time visiting this nail place because I had actually heard really good things about them and I’ve seen their work on Instagram and it was very good. So I went online to their website Wednesday morning and made an appointment for 5:15pm on Friday. I walked into my appointment ON TIME let me say. I walked in at 5:15pm!!!! So one of the girls greeted me very politely and asked who I was there for. I told her I had a 5:15pm appointment with Deyanira. She said “okay no problem she’s finishing up with a client do you mind waiting a little?” I said sure that’s fine. It’s understandable that most of the time there’s usually an appointment before yours and sometimes the technician is wrapping up when you walk in okay, cool. I’m not sure what everyone’s definition of “wait a little” is but mine is around 5-15 min, 20 tops if their running behind.So someone pleaseeeeeeee explain to me why these people had me waiting from 5:15pm to 5:50pm!!?!??? I was so mad you have no idea. After having me wait for 40min the girl that greeted me finally went over to the technician and asked her how much longer. Y’all...... tell me why the technician said probably another 25 to 30 minutes..... I just about lost my mind. You mean to tell me you had me waiting for 40min and you want me to wait for another 30?!?!?? I was so shocked I couldn’t even speak. Let me tell y’all what exactly that meant. It meant for you to have already spent 40min on her nails and not be done you started her nails MOMENTS before I walked in for my appointment. Now tell me why if you KNOW you have an appointment with a client at 5:15 why on earth would you accept ANOTHER client anytime before 5pm knowing how long it takes to do a full set on someone. And what made it worse was the entire time I was sitting there patiently waiting the technician did not communicate with me at all in terms of the time frame!!!!!! So you had me sitting there knowing you were no where close to done and smiled in face and didn’t tell me at all.By this time I’m sure the look on my face said it all. The girl who greeted me who I’m assuming is the manager by now walked over to me and said very calmly “ oh I’m so sorry she said she’s gonna be about another 30min. I’m sorry, usually we calll clients and let them know if the technician is running late and I’m sorry I’m not sure if you want to wait that long.” ..... I honestly wanted to cuss out everyone in that shop. But I didn’t, i politely got up and said no I’m okay and left. Wanna know why? Because me telling everyone off would of accomplishped nothing. Because I’m still walking out an unhappy, unsatisfiesd, mad customer. AND the technician didn’t even apologize to me or say anything to me on my way out!!!!The level of unprofessionalism was ridiculous. I understand you’re a new business but that was absolutely unacceptable. I will not encourage ANYONE to go to Lavish Nail bar because you may just end up waiting for hours for something as simple as a full set.
