Nails look great! I walked in for a quick 15-min manicure and I got a masterpiece lol. Will be coming again!

I stopped at this place cause it was next door where I had to pick up my glasses. Thought I would save my self the drive to Altamonte Springs, I shouldve just taken that drive. First of all, their pedicures are over rated. The lady doing my pedicure kept talking about me with the lady next to her. Waiting to get my eyebrows done there were two employees talking about customers. They lack professionalism. First and last time. I would not recommend this place.

Kevin is the best hidden treasure at Koi. Precision is what makes him quick and efficient, I went to seven nail salons and he was able to fix everything.I will be getting dip on my nails and gel on my feet on three weeks for a wedding. Thank you Kevin.

Koi has been my go to salon for years. Always clean, nicely decorated, w professional staff. Nice massage chairs & a menu w many options, incld a new CBD pedi treatment. Prices are in line w other area salons. Convenient location in Target plaza.

My daughters and I enjoy our time getting our nails and pedicures done here. We all go to see the same amazing lady, Kelly.

Not worth 40 dollars, my nails were to short and bulky after mentioning it to her like 10 times she said they looked fine ..the tech was rough, cut my Cuticles and made me bleed …not coming here again

My pedicure was nice nothing spectacular. After I paid with my card a male worker talked about me when he thought I wasnt watching. He laughed to the receptionist saying, She didnt even tip as I was grabbing cash out my wallet to tip. He wasnt even the one you did the work. The receptionist joined in with this shocked look on her face. I heard them, put my cash back in my purse and walked out. The entitlement he had. they already nickel and dime you and try to get you to add services the whole time youre there you cant even relax and get what you came for. Skip this place

The salon is beautiful. My pedicure was just ok, the chair was very comfortable and my toes looked nice. They dont offer any complimentary beverages or anything, which a lot of salons do for pedicures. The staff I interacted with wasnt the friendliest. When my pedicurist asked me which one I wanted, and I told her, she kept asking me if I wanted to upgrade to the next best one. I declined several times and she kept going over the options as if I didnt already answer her, I didnt appreciate that. The foot/leg massage was very rushed and she barely used any pressure, it just felt like she was rubbing her hands on my legs.I would still go back for a pedicure in the future because I enjoyed the salon and how my toes looked, but if they offered some beverages during pedicures, were a little friendlier, and less pushy about the services I would change my review to 5 stars

Love my nails! I’ve been going to Koi for a long time now and I’ve always had a great experience! I had to share my manicure this time because I love it so much! My natural nails are finally growing and I wanted gel polish to protect them a little.Hue did an amazing job! Exactly what I wanted! Thank you for your excellent.

Always busy, but the techs there all do a wonderful job, no matter if you are getting a manicure, pedicure or the full treatment.Pedicure chairs are comfortable and have full massage.Make an appointment and you wont be disappointed!

I have been coming here for almost 3 years! Yes a dip is about $45.00 but it always looks amazing and is worth every penny! I have had friends who have tried other places but are so upset with the quality... Once I brought them here, they have decided this is there go to place too!!! The front staff is always so nice and the facility is always clean!

I stopped in this morning needing a fill with gel polish. I didn’t have an appt and had never been before. I was on a time restraint because I had to go to work. I am picky with my nails, and Ann did them for me and they look amazing! Everyone was friendly and polite, they knew I had to get to work and got them done quickly without any lack of attention. I appreciate the friendly service in a clean atmosphere and will be back for sure! Thank you!!

I normally love coming here and am happy with results. today I had a nail tech that cut my cuticles too short, causing 3 of them to bleed non stop and hurt a lot. Although, I love the color, the painting doesn’t really look professional to me, it looks like what I could have done myself at home for cheaper. I paid $75 including $10 tip for this.. I won’t be coming back Koi 😢update to how terrible my cuticles look a week later.was offered to have it redone, i wanted to wait until my cuticles were done healing first because it hurt a lot. but I don’t trust them with my nails anymore.

Got my nails done for 4th of July, the day after one nail chipped, 5 days later one broke literally in half and then 2 days ago another nail broke the corner off. I don’t usually go to koi but I won’t go back. The nail salon I usually go to I could keep them for 2 months and nothing would happen

Super quick service and I never have to wait long when I arrive for my appointments. I always get what I asked for and they don’t try and up-sell me on extra services.

Normally, I love going but today was different. My nails were cut shorter than usual and several customers were there without a mask. Medical condition exempts them from wearing a mask, they claim. Okay... this returns me back into my shell.

Such a waste of money not even the nail Polish was put on properly I told them to place a sticker on the nail not even the entire sticker stick on and underneath my nails I have to fix Is it because theres product From the acrylics and even nail Polish on my skin I dont recommend it

By far the worst mani/pedi that I’ve ever had. It was rushed, unclean, and not even 3 days later and it’s chipping already (gel manicure). I don’t think I’ll be coming back. So disappointed

Took Granddaughter for spa day. Both employees were friendly. Unfortunately child’s polish on two nails slipped off in a single whole piece found on the floor ! the same evening. My French manicure chipped completely on two fingers while sleeping. Counting tips to both employees I paid $72 for nail services that lasted less than one day. Perhaps the polish was expired or old? I will not return

Only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because of how nice the employees are. I paid $71(not including tip) for a gel manicure & gel pedicure for it to start peeling off a day later. I called and they fixed it for free and then that night they began peeling again. Will not be returning

Wouldn’t even make this place a last resort. went for a full set and literally had to ask the nail tech to fix several nails because they were noticeably crooked and they still looked a mess (view photos)The acrylic was way too thick and nails didn’t even last a week. Luckily I got these nails for a special occasion and needed them to last for a few days. And that’s all the time I received, a few days.

I had been here before and they had done a good job so when it was time for a fill-in of course I went back. However, this time was terrible. The tech was nice but my nails came out terrible. The shape is wrong and the polish isn’t smooth, it’s all lumpy and bumpy. Very dissatisfied.

I’ve been here a few times, it’s super close to my job and i’ve heard good things about koi. the first few times i went they were excellent. but today was a little disappointing. i talked to a total of four nail techs. knowing they were busy, i was okay with it. everyone was super nice like always.i originally asked a gel full set. one of the ladies recommended me to get a dip full set for the same price and i agreed. i walked out with a gel full set which is okay, i originally asked for it and i know it would’ve taken longer for the dip. the guy who did my nails barely spoke to me, at the end he complimented the color but that’s about it. my nails are completely different shapes especially my pinky nails. while my nails were getting their final coat, my original nail tech walked away and let another tech finish. she also didn’t say a word but thank you at the end. she kept looking at my nails super weird but knowing they were past closing time i hurried out. upon further inspection, my nails could’ve been better. i paid a total of $80 for my full set and my pedicure. i tipped generously because after all it is a service i needed and am very grateful i got. i wish they just could’ve been a little more meticulous is all. they look nice from afar but the closer you get the more you notice the faults.

Im really glad I came here! It was a great atmosphere, lots of things to watch on the TV screens as youre getting your mani/pedi done. Everyone was very professional but also friendly and relaxed. They didnt rush but took their time to make sure things were done properly. I got an acrylic fill in and pedicure done, way better than the place I went to before. Definitely will come back for my next fill in!

Today I went to koi nails and spa and had a worker named hein and she was absolutely amazing, she was sooo polite and kind and my nails came out wonderful, I recommend goin to her she was terrific in my opinion .

My girlfriend took me here for my first pedicure. It was very relaxing, and the staff were very friendly.

Before I went there I called them and they told me $25 for acrylics when the nail technician finished he charged me $30 just for regular acrylics and no design. I believe it’s because I’m young and they thought they could rip me off. Besides that there’s a lot of leftover polish on the side of my nails and one of my nails has a dent in it and they were not painted well overall.

Well I normally love this place, I had to come on here and change my rating because, I had gel manicure and pedicure done on June 3rd and by June 5th my finger nails had already started to come off. I have recently started back to work, so I called on June 14, because all of my polish is now gone on both my hands and feet, I was told that there was nothing that could be done and they only guarantee their Gel polish for 1 week. $85 dollars down the drain. I will not be returning unfortunately, I really did like coming here.

I received a gift card for Christmas to Koi and decided to give them a try.. they did not disappoint! Heiu did my nails and he was absolutely wonderful. He was quick, yet careful and I am so happy with how they turned out. They definitely have a new regular here!

I left my old Mani because they never had time for me. If youre in the know you know who they are kind, of like a casino? I followed one of their nail techs to koi over a year ago and have not regretted it. Clean huge oh, and if they have no time they will make an appointment for you You dont have to sit around in the bar area and wait for an undisclosed amount of time. They always do a great job and are always so friendly and welcoming

I came in for a pedicure. The women who did my feet rushed through and ignored me telling her how I wanted it rounded. Then when she messed up on the polish and I told her nothing. She rushed me out of her chair. I told the receptionist up front and told her to look at the mess on my feet. The receptionist only comment was “I’ll tell the owner.” I have been here repeated times and this was very disappointing service. Time for a new nail salon ....

Nails are usually great! But sanitary wise I would advise against going here. As someone who has been through cosmetology school and understands the proper sanitary procedure as well as disease risks, im definitely going to pass. During my eye brow wax, i had a different girl than usual wax them (they looked great by the way) but she used the same stencils into the wax. Even if its at the highest temperature it will not kill off certain diseases which can easily be transmitted during waxing procedures. Im most likely going to Ulta next door, they always perform the service correctly and SAFELY. When playing with diseases like Aids, im not taking risks.

Than is the only person I will go to for my nails. I tried 2 other techs and the last one resulted in my having to cut all my nails off and start over with tips smh. But Than is great. The atmosphere is very relaxing and majority of the people are very kind

The best nail techs there is Sophie shes does an excellent job and shes very professional. Ive been following her for years I recommend her with my eyes closed. Koi is also a nice and clean place .

Showed a picture of the nails I wanted, the guy couldn’t do it so I told him to stop so I can pick someone else out and he said hold on and proceed to do the rest of my nails, they looked nothing like the picture and when I showed the front desk girls they were shocked and got their manager for me. The manager said my nails looked exactly like the picture when they clearly didn’t and only gave me $7 off because “I wasted the nail techs time” will never go here again.

David was awesome! The entire staff was friendly and I did not have to wait. David asked me what I wanted and did exactly that. I got the SNS dip French and it had lasted 2 weeks and still looks brand new. I use my hands a lot so usually my nails look bad quickly. The dip is so much thinner than the other place I went to!! And David even took the time to fully clean the old dip powder off before starting again. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend Koi!

My favorite nail spa. And everyone else’s too! Not uncommon for every station to be full so I recommend calling for a reservation just to be safe and they can usually accommodate you with a few hours notice except on a Friday night, I recommend booking a day before to be safe. Super clean, super staff. I highly recommend!

Love this place for a good pedicure!

Definitely the worst manicure I have ever received. The technician cut my cuticles way too short and made both my thumbs bleed. The skin is cut off my left thumb and it was bleeding the entire time he was trying to do my nails. The skin around my nails is super irritated and now Im trying to prevent the cuts from being infected. Will not be going back.

I started going to this salon May of 2016 and never had a problem. Last time i went for a fill, i was unhappy with my nails as I felt like the tech did not do all the steps I normally see when I get acrylic reapplied. I didn’t think much of it because I’m not a professional so what do I know. They even felt different and I just didn’t feel super confident using them like I normally would, because I was scared they were going to break.Anyway, about 2.5-3 weeks later, I went back to get them filled again and they were too busy and said their next opening would be an hour. I had to go to work by then so I went to a salon down the road. When the tech at the other store took off the polish on my left thumb, there was a green spot. This immediately freaked me out because this had never happened to me and I never saw anything like it. Come to find out it’s a bacteria??? Considering I don’t ever dig around in dirt or soak my hands in dirty water, I’m concluding that this came from improperly applying the products to nails and not thoroughly cleaning before reapplication. OR another great possibility is her tools were not properly sanitized. Never going back to this salon.

Kim was wonderful—she worked out every ache and pain and renewed my skin with the tropical pedicure. This place is clean, tastefully decorated and the staff are wonderful! They remembered me after my second visit and the guy that works the reception desk is friendly, warm, and professional. I would give this place 20 stars if I could :)

Koi nail spa is the only place I go to get my nails done however, i went in to get my nails done on my birthday, very poor/ messy job done. Cuticles were not cut, technician added nail designs I had asked not to add and nails were left messy and dirty underneath that you could see through the clear acrylic nails requested. Definitely not worth my $80 + tip. Will not be recommending to anyone else in the future and considering finding a new place to get my nails done. Very disappointed.I came in on December 2 and my tech that day I believe his name was Kevin.

Moved to lake Mary area and spent months looking for a nail salon/ nail tech. Koi is one of the cleanest/nicest salons in the area. Suu, is my favorite nail tech I have ever had. She is amazing!! She deals with my indecisiveness, and she always pays great attention to detail. Not only is she the best at nails, she’s wonderful to talk to.

Unfortunately, for the staff, the management is HORRIBLE. Rarely will I never go back to a business after being loyal to them for YEARS, but the male manager is a complete liar and raised his voice and was laughing at me after he told me my pedicure was free not once, but twice and then told me he would never say that and trying to make it seem like I was being cheap and only looking for something for free. He still tried to charge me full price for the pedicure and other items I was getting after again saying he was taking it off, just so he could get his money. If you want shady and sneaky business, this is the place to go. I didnt even feel comfortable giving them my credit card. I went and got cash for the items I received, minus the pedicure, and made sure to tip the staff.

I went there 2/3/17, and the place is nice. The pedicure I received was great. I also had got a full set, coffin shaped nails. I was fine with it and then I noticed that my nails almost looked square and not coffin. The acrylic started lifting on Tuesday. The tips of my nails are not straight. Some of my nails dont have the natural curve, some nails are done like theyre growing outward. I didnt even ask for my nails to be polished. I will be calling them tomorrow.

This was my first visit to Koi. Lynn did my nails (polish on toes and gel on fingers) and all I can tell you is that my nails are exquisite. I have never had such perfection - each nail has the exact same shape, the polish was expertly applied, (even coats, no streaks despite iridescence in the polish, no polish on the cuticles, even margins) and NO DREMEL to remove old gel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive been rotating salons for a while trying to find the perfect fit - I think Ive found it.
