Nailz by Jen is an absolutely amazing nail salon. The staff are extremely kind, professional and SKILLED! The owner Jen hands down is the best nail tech I have ever received services from. There is no wonder why her shop is doing so well. Nailz by Jen is the go to shop for your pampering needs. Below are three of the many times Jen has done my nails and done them well. She is also knowledgeable with the military and their nail standards. When she received news the military added additional neutral nail colors she knew the exact color that would compliment my skin. There are not enough stars I can provide to the Owner and Staffers of Nailz by Jen. Amazing jobs ladies!

I came here about a week and a half ago and I feel in love with my nails. I saw Julie, I showed her a picture of what I want and she EXACTLY that.. This is the first nail salon that has done exactly what I wanted. Nails were perfect, not too thin and not too thick. Will DEFINITELY be my new spot!!

I was super excited to try out this small shop as it’s close to home and I’ve heard good reviews about them. The customer service is great but the quality of my nails were unfortunately not. My nails were very thick, the thumbs and pinky nails were much longer than the rest and portions of my designs had air bubbles on/in them. I actually went to a new shop today to get them thinned and evened out. I wish this shop nothing busy success in their future, just not my cup of tea.

This will be lengthy but informative, I had a dip powder done yesterday with an hombre finish. The procedure was very fast and the operator very friendly, I drove down the street to go to another store look down at my nails and realized I had “tree warts” by every single nail bed. I called the salon and ask to speak to the gal that did my nails told them the situation said they looked awful and was there anything they could do, she came back saying no I would have to come back and have the dip removed and acrylics applied. I had made that call from another salon that I walked into that suggested I make that call because the original salon would probably like to make it right because that’s not the way they were supposed to look. The owner of the second salon said sit down I will fix it for you, 15 minutes later Tree warts gone nails look beautiful. I don’t want to hear about how I should’ve talk to Jenn to make it right because Jenn the owner was the one that did my nails. I had not been in a nail salon for a very long time and I felt that I was seriously taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge of nail dips and hombre finishes. Would not ever recommend.

I never have my nails done, but I did for the special occasion of My Daughters Wedding. I called, very professional in answering my questions since I didnt really know what I needed to ask to get the Gel nail polish taken off of my nails and the dip polish taken off of my Daughters nails. We got an appointment the next day. On time, clean and very knowledgeable in everything. I was on a very strict schedule a funeral and a meeting so I was worried about being late ... but both My Daughter and I had everything done and out the door as was told. I will be going back to treat my toes!! Thank you so much for such wonderful service!!!

Called the day before I needed to get my nails done and was able to get an appointment, I saw Julie and I have to say she is amazing! She did exactly what I asked for paid great attention to detail. Pricing is very reasonable I’ll definitely be making this my regular nail place!

If I could leave no stars I would. My nails look horrible, just depressingly bad. The tech did no manicuring whatsoever, just straight to applying the nail product. My nails were glued to the skin of my fingers, the polish was uneven and covered with divots. You can still see the polish I had on previously. The employees are very nice and friendly so theres the one star. Im all for supporting local businesses and I really wanted to make this my regular nail place. I normally dont even leave reviews, but I chose to leave this review so others dont lose out on their money like I have. I think more formal training would really go a long way. Really sad I lost money and will have to go somewhere else to spend more just to get my nails looking presentable.

Very disappointed, while I respect and understand the importance of time and appointments. I am willing and accept fees that may occur if appointments or missed. However what Im not okay with is someone chasing my card for fee prior to informing me before charging my card. I asked to pay for my nails for my appointment, not once was a fee mentioned during the call. My card was charged a late fee. It was not brought to my attention until after my card was charged. This makes me sad bc I really like my mail tech. This is so unfortunate bc this situation has ruined any future experiences for me.

AVOID!!!!! I was so hoping this would be a great local spot. I asked for tips and dip. They did no manicuring and went straight to glueing on tips. They were crooked and glued the tips to my skin. I ran out immediately. Instead of trying to correct the situation and do a better job the owner tried to raise her voice and intimidate me, saying I was paying for the two nails. I threw her 20$ and walked out. I would venture to say there is no one at this shop with professional training.The quality of work here is beyond lacking. I mean it’s really bad, like worst I’ve ever seen in ten years of having my nails done. I could’ve had my five year old do them and they would’ve come out better. Save your money and avoid this shop like the plague.

My nail technician, Asia, was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was patient with my ignorance of all things cosmotological, and was happy to answer my questions. The rest of the staff were very welcoming, and the salon was clean and didnt smell like chemicals. I will definitely be returning.

Jenn has been my nail tech for over 3 years and this last year in her very own salon! I just went and looked and I was her very first review on her FB page over a year ago. She is amazing... her techs are good people too and the salon is always clean and welcoming! I was so happy when she took the leap of faith to open her own salon! Anyone can tell there is an obvious smear campaign being done for some reason... for starters she doesn’t even have tanning beds, and knows ALL of her clients... very sad people don’t have better things to do with their time!GOOGLE you should do a better job supporting small businesses when things like this take place. They should not have to stress and worry about their business’ reputation based on obvious/ provable lies!!!

I came here to get my nails fixed because the other place I went to messed up the colors sooooo bad, I’m not exactly sure who did my nails but they were all so nice and they did an amazing job! I love my nails and will definitely be a regular now ❤️

The pedicure was great and I got a full set it took about 3hrs for everything she did say she didnt want me to leave unhappy but I didnt want take anymore time she tried to fix them I told her they were kinda of thick but they were just really thick and uneven still and different lengths and a little lumpy I tried to share a picture I really wanted it to work out they were great though and very nice but the quality for nails just wasnt there for me I feel like I wasted my money I just think who I got might not have been very experienced or something

If you don’t want to read my experience here is the key points.•Made me feel rushed as soon as I sat down.•Didn’t ask what shape and made every nail look different.•Sloppy unclean lines with a simple French.•Way to expensive just dip and (sloppy) French tip was 45 and that’s without a manicure or massage you get other places.•Owner asked how I like them while she was in the break room and didn’t even pop her head out, just yelled out.•Even my husband said they looked bad.•I should have said something but I am nice and didn’t want to make the PROFESSIONAL feel bad.As soon as I sat down she told me “I hope I am done with your nails before my food gets here”... now obviously my nails are going to be rushed. She started filing my nails on her own not asking me what shape I wanted or anything. I noticed/dawned on me when she was already finished with one hand. A good point is that she did take the time in helping me find the correct color that I would like. Mind you I go to a professional because I want professional quality done, I do not want to be keeping a close eye on everything they do and just trust the process. When she got to my French tip she was free handing it... all the lines are wavy and not a clean cut. I thought maybe she would come in with the brush to clean it all up. Nope. She has me look at one hand while she is finishing up with the other and before I can say anything she gets up and rings me up. (Maybe it’s because shortly before that is when her food arrived) What’s that tell the client? That she is done. She rings me up and I see 45 dollars... that is just for dip and a sloppy French not even a manicure to clean up my nail beds or that barely hand massage you get other places. The owner did ask me how I liked my nails... while she was in the break room and didn’t even pop out her head. What am I suppose to do? Yell out “she did a sloppy job on a simple French?!” I thought maybe I was just expecting to much because I am a perfectionist. Well, I had my husband look at my nails and asked him what he thought of them. He says, “they are all crooked.” :) Yep I tipped way to much and am mad at myself for being nice and not wanting to make the girl feel bad.I should not have to tell someone how to do their job and make someone take pride in their work.

I have been seeing Jenn for 5 years. I looked for a long time to find a great quality nail tech. I am so happy she has her own shop now and it can be ran with her special touch, how she would like. She strives to do her best always and to take care of her clients. Growing a business is hard work and Jenn always gives 100%.

Jennifer has always been great at her job, I went yesterday to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted for the first time. I didn’t get the ladies name who waxed them, but she did a FANTASTIC job. Will be back and already recommended to my fellow friends.

Ive been here twice and have enjoyed the experience each time. First I was with Jen and she did Amazing! Then I was with Michaela (I think thats how you spell her name) and she was honestly so much fun and makes sure the design you want is perfect. I will continue going here for sure!

I made an appointment, and had to cancel the day of due to work reasons. I was talked down too, and was treated like trash! Jen was extremely rude, and belittled me because i was “wasting” her time.also, if you got to her facebook page for Nailz by jenn, you will see just how she talks to people. note the ones who write bad reviews.

I have been coming to Jenn since i was 13, her shop is always clean, she is always on time and I love every single set of nails she has ever put on me. I always recommend her to friends when the ask about my nails!!

Jenn is the best!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.I was fortunate enough to meet Jenn well before she opened her salon. After watching me come in multiple times at the “other” salon and constantly getting repairs done and even new complete full sets (over a 3 month time frame) due to poor quality product and inconsistent work by the other technicians, she told me to make an appointment with her and that I wouldn’t be disappointed. That was over a year ago and I won’t let anyone else touch my nails. Jenn not only takes pride in her work, she treats her customers like life long friends. I highly recommend her.

Terrible experience. I made an appointment for Thursday afternoon. Sam did my nails and she did an absolute awful job. I got a full set put on. They are so thick and bulky. She did a French ombré some nails look decent and other are all white with little to no pink. Oh and like I said I MADE AN APPOINTMENT but I was rushed out so she could get to her next appointment who she told she could move up 30 mins... but she couldn’t because she didn’t have enough time to do my nails correctly. I paid 57$ and had to go to another local salon to get them fixed. I wouldn’t recommend this place they are over priced and Sam does terrible work. Very disappointed in my experience.

She’s the best! Nothing else to say! She takes pride in every customer she has and never has them waiting. I am thankful and lucky I found Jenn.

I moved away from the sanford area and I have the hardest time finding a nail artist on Jennslevel... not only did my nails look fantastic when I got them done by Jenn they also lasted a long time.

She cut me many times i was bleeding the whole time
