Ive been going here for 11 years and I get my nails done by Hannah. She is amazing!! I love the fact that I dont have to tell her what I want she automatically knows. Liam is awesome as well. Another thing I love is if they know something is not gonna look good theyre gonna tell you and suggest something else that will. I highly recommend them. Get there early though because they are always busy because others love them too.

So where do I start so unprofessional, literally after waiting 1 and half hours to get my lashes and eyebrows done. Someone who clearly came in after me was serviced before me. After asking Trina who was next and her stating the person who sign there name after me saying she only want eye brows waxed. I immediately left out my time is just as valuable as the next. You never have to worry about a dime of my money!

Horrible experience. There was a lady getting a pedicure done she wasnt happy with the service she asked the male technician several times to stop because she wasnt satisfied with his work. Because of the language barrier he didnt understand and continued to proceed the lady then stood up and said stop. Finally they were able to get the attention someone who understood the language to tell him to stop. Afterwards the owner says you still have to pay. The lady clearly didnt get a pedicure, but they told her she had to pay for the water used to soak her feet and it would be $11. The lady refused, and Crystal nail called the cops on her.Worse nail salon in Sanford. Bad customer service.

I love the ladies of Crystal Nail Plus - they are all welcoming and friendly to me. Taryn does my nails and eyebrows and she does such a good job! I dont even have to fill in my eyebrows anymore. She is great with nail art, designs, stiletto and coffin shaped nails. I recommend her 100%!

I go to get eyebrows and lashes done, and Trina does them and she does a marvelous job. No I am not paid to give you my experience there either. I dont get my nails done there because Trinas sister n law is rude and pick and choose whose nails she wants to do, if they are long.I had another experience there with a elderly woman doing my pedicure I get an acrylic overlay on my big toe and she placed a toe nail on top of the overlay and it looked a mess.

Its my wedding day and I have literally been sitting here since 10am. It is now 1pm and all I need done is my lashes. Trina decides she wants to wax people thats just walking in before the ones thats been waiting forever to get their lashes done. Thats very unprofessional of her. I would give no stars but it wouldnt give me that option.

I sick and tired of trying new spots and they take the shortcuts to doing nails! I’m a license nail tech and never in my life have I had my acrylic ripped off then they get mad when I’m telling them to remove it properly! This is not professional or how you remove acrylics from any customer!!!!!! Then I tell you to remove the whole acrylic and you wanna halfway take off my acrylic and tell me I’m wrong umm no why do I still have a tip on my toe!!! I’m so done with salons second time I tried to give a salon a chance and once again they do whatever is easy and quick to make money I will never step foot back in here again after the horrible service I received today!!!!!

I went here a year ago. Place hasn’t changed. Staff is still rude and all I wanted was to take my acrylics off and they charged me $65?! What kind of disgusting business is this. Everyone doing nails in there looks like they need a shower

Awful. Wish I even knew how well they did nails. I went in at 3:45 and put my name on the list. I walked out at 5:15 because they kept putting people ahead of me. Ive never seen anything like it. I am looking for a good place to go and this surely wont be it.

My daughter came in to get her gel nails removed. They didnt even know how to do it properly shes been in there over an hour and he still doesnt have them off! Every other place would have them off. Theyre very outdated on gel nail remover procedures. I came in there to get a pedicure they could even do my feetfproperly because they dont have the razers to shave my feet. they use those big things with the holes in them and I cant use that. My feet are extremely sensitive and I feel every little bit of pain. The lady says they outlawed the razers. But everyone has them and uses them for me because they know that I cant do the pain. They are very outdated, are undertrained, and they need to provide what the customers want.

They were very rude talking in Chinese about some of the clients nails. They didnt cleAn around the cuticle like they are supposed to and did a messy paint job and ugly designs. The worst nail salon place Ive ever been to. Never again! I went cause some reviews were good about Trina but no she is not what people say I think they pay people to put good reviews. Dont go

No thank you...0 for professionalism.I walked into today, Friday 6/3/16, to see about 8-9 people waiting in chairs. No one even looked up...at least not one that worked there. I ask excuse me, what is your wait time?. A man looked up and said may I help you? Then looked back at his phone. I asked for Trina and he pointed to a woman a few feet from me. She looked up and I asked her about the wait time. She asked for eyelash?. I replied no for a fill and a pedicure. She replied oh no I dont do fill on weekends only lashes. You have to come on a weekday if you want a fill. 😐😐😐Nevermind!!!
