Love my Halloween nails!! Great service and beautiful nail work!! I do recommend this nail salon.

I Went there a few weeks ago and got a Manicure && Pedicure, The pedicure was very relaxing and nice and would rate it a solid 9! But for the manicure...I asked for a full acrylic set, I showed her what I wanted and she told me she had All the designs and stuff to do them. So first the man that was doing my nails had no gloves or mask and kept coughing from time to time, So while the man filed/blending my nail with the fake one .. he shaved my skin down !! So of course I am mad about that: So a little while later it’s time for the design not to forget my skin is bleeding 😑 she grabs STICKERS and puts it on my nail... then while putting the coating over the nail, parts of the sticker was poking out🥴 so when it finally drys it’s all lumpy with hair from the brush ... and till this day my fingers and tender and hurt really bad😞 to top it all off it was over 200$!! I will not be returning .

What a great experience!!!!! The customer service was amazing!! My daughter and I were one of the last customers to leave and they didn’t rush us or rush on doing my daughters nails! They took their time and really made sure the did an amazing Job! We were more than pleased with the outcome and will absolutely be coming back!!! Left with all smiles!!! :)

My first time here for just a pedicure. Very clean and the woman at the front who greeted me was very nice. There were a few other women getting their nails done and 2 others getting a pedicure. I had to wait about 20min, which is fine, they were all busy. A gentleman came to do my pedicure and seemed like he didnt want to, he was quick and seemed to be in a rush, hardly any massage, and then when I left I realized there were parts of my nails that were left unpainted (on the sides and near the cuticle). It was a pretty messy paint job. I went here because there were great reviews, I understand everyone has bad days, but I was disappointed in the results.

I enjoy coming here because they take very good care of me. Its the only nail place I can go to because of my sensitive nose. It doesnt have the smell of chemicals like others places. The staff is friendly and experience. I recommend everyone to go there. Oh did I mentioned it has a relaxing atmosphere as well.

Great pedicure!

Hi Linda, sorry about your experiences in our salon. I did not know anything about it. However, you should have told us to fix anything that you think wasnt done right before you leave the salon. If you would give us one more chance to serve you, I promise I would make you leave our salon with a smiling face. Ask for Tom if you come in and remind me about this.

I went here to get a pedicure and it was my first time getting one and they made me feel welcome and made sure that i was comfortable. I will definitely be coming here again.

I love this place! So clean and comfortable. They give you VIP treatment while doing excellent work, and dont rush you. Prices are reasonable. This is the only place I go to now.

Clean ...but if your like me and you get a manicure & pedicure for the relaxation this is not the place to go.

Just got home from this salon. We moved to Florida almost a year ago and I have not found (until now) a salon I liked. The salon is clean, the owner and wife are very nice! I walked in at 4:15 pm on Sunday afternoon and asked for a wax, and mani/pedi. Even though it was going to keep them late, they took me and I just had the best wax, and mani/pedi I’ve had in Florida. They know what they are doing! I live in Umatilla, Florida and even though it will take me 45 minutes to get there, I will be going back! Thank you so much Boutique Nails and Spa!

A big huge thank you to Tom (owner) & his wife I believe, for staying late on a Sunday. They closed at 5 but answered their phone at 5:45. When I asked if i could get a pink and white fill and I was 10 min away they said come on in! I have a business meeting today and my nails were way overdue for a fill- in fact two were completely off :-(.They not only happily took care of me but did an amazing job- freehanded the white which you almost never see anymore! Price was right on the money...wIll definitely be back!Thank you so much!!

Great boutique size gem of a nail salon. Very clean and professional staff that take pride in their work. Got my nails done here after having a so-so experience in Lake Mary. Definitely coming back here again.

12.1.20 updateThe last time I reviewed this establishment was 3 years ago. Since my last review, they are under new management and I will not be returning. I arrived to have a full set of acrylic nails done. When I walked in and asked if they do the glitter acrylic, I wasnt told yes or given examples of what they could do. Instead I was immediately asked to show my hands. I keep my natural nails very short and sometimes I bite them so I can understand if they are not easy to work with. I was then ushered to station number 3. The gentleman was gentle upon touching my fingers. However, that is not how it continued. While he was gluing the tips on he would squeeze the corners of my fingers so the corners of the tip would catch the glue. He wasnt using his finger for this method, he used his nails which became a little painful. I sat threw it thinking maybe it was me just being sensitive or my fingers being sensitive from nibbling on them. During this they brought me examples of the diffent styles I could choose from and chose one that was similar to rose gold. Once he glued all the tips on he asked what shape and I told him coffin shape. He looked at me a little puzzled and I got the feeling he didnt understand so I offered to show him a picture and he said No, thats ok He began shaping them and using the nail drill that all nail techs use in the field. While he was using it, he burned every single finger. I was almost in tears. I understand sometimes it might get hot here and there and you may get burned here and there. Im 38 years old and have had my nails done plenty of times. Especially while living in Arizona where my sister is a licensed nail tech. Shes even burned me a couple of times. I get it, it happens. But every single finger? I told him multiple times that he was burning me and he would apologize and continue. The burning continued and when he stopped to continue the shaping, the nail tip on my pinky was oddly shaped and it ended up breaking off. By this pont my fingers were very tender and I decided to pull my hand away and he tried to pull it back. I told him No please just stop. I think Im going to go somewhere else. I know that this bothered him and he assured me he wouldnt burn me anymore and that he would fix everything. By this time another gentlemen and woman came to the station to see what the problem was. I told them that I was taking my business elsewhere because I was being burned multiple times and that my fingers were very sore because of it. They assured me they would fix it and that one of them would take over. I refused and offered to pay whatever the cost of the product use was up to that point. The woman told me No we wont charge you, just let us fix it. I felt she was genuine but up to this point my fingers could not take anymore. I tried to offer payment again and they told me No charge. I could tell the gentleman standing next to her was upset that I was leaving and as a small business owner I understand. This review is not intended to cause harm or make anyone upset, it is simply to share my experience to help their business grow and learn from this. Due to this experience, I will not be returning.(My review 3 years ago)I love coming here.. The entire staff is friendly and they give great leg massages. They do exactly what you ask and shape your nails exactly how you ask them to.

I wanted to do Gel, took them 40 min just to prep my nails with polish still on my nails after they were done! She cut me, and I just walked out before they could do gel! didnt even offer someone else! terrible!!!

I didnt get off of work until after 5pm and called and they were kind enough to stay open until I arrived after 530pm. Thank you!
