I honesty never take time to post reviews, but this gym does not deserve the negative stars it has. Ive been a member since January and have always had great experiences. The place is always clean and spotless, ac always kicking and the staff has showed me how to turn on the music for when I go in at 3 am. I enjoy the fact that its 24 hour, enjoy the wide variety of workouts available. (Boxing equipment, strength training equipment, multiple free weight racks.) And have found the staff friendly in the few interactions Ive had. Although small, This place is a gem and deserves the good review.

Just looking to help others live a healthy life style via fitness and positive reinforcement, I would ask anyone that has an issue with us here at the gym to simply stop by and have a conversation with me. I would love to help you in any way I can that way maybe I can remedy the situation that is troubling you! Not sure what the fuss is! Ive always had a positive experience at the Sanford gym. Ive taken classes from a few of the trainers and have been very happy with the experience. Furthermore, I prefer the smaller gyms over the larger more commercialized gyms. I dont need brand new equipment to be successful in my workout!! Im going there to work out hard and sweat like crazy. Its the people and the environment Ive enjoyed there. I suggest you experience it for yourself before listening to others. Besides, everyone is different and has different needs. You decide! :)

As a member of this gym, I myself am offended by the blatantly false accusations being posted recently. Ive had other trainers at other gyms and Jesse is absolutely the best Ive had - top notch. Everyone has always been welcoming when I come in the door, and several always call me by name, including the owner. The staff are incredibly motivational. I have never had a negative experience here. Please dont listen to these negative reviews. If you cant quite shake the bad reviews, just give them a try! There is no contact!!! Come join the rest of us who truly know the real gym!

I dont know what those others are saying (fake... Just look at those names..😂😂) I am a 50yrs young and let myself go a bit in the last 10 years. I tried other gyms but just didnt have that one on one or friendly personality with a little push to keep me motivated😀 in 6 weeks ( maybe a bit more but who is counting) I have lost weight and really toned up💪 the staff really care about you and your struggle and goals. I am a current employee of Trainers Edge & I would like to briefly explain the 72 hour attack on the reputation of our gym via fake accounts from people whove NEVER belonged to our facilty.We have maintained a 5 star average for the last 2 years and will to continue to provide our members with the best gym and fitness experience possible.

I have had nothing but great experiences when coming to this gym. The staff here have been amazing! Working out has become a passion of mine due to the fantastic support i have received from my trainer Mahaila!

A year ago I hated working out, I was very negative, very lazy, and lacked motivation and confidence. But, once I joined The Trainers Edge that all changed. The Trainers Edge family has given me the confidence and motivation to become a healthier me. The staff are always there to help you. Thanks to the Trainers Edge family Ive been able loose 15 pounds and maintain a healthy me.Every time I go to the gym I feel like Im at home. Everyone motivates and encourages each other. Whereas, other gyms I felt out of place and constantly being judge all the time.The Trainers Edge dont see you as a number, they see you as a person. The staff take the time to get to know you. Youre never a stranger but instead youre family to The Trainers Edge. Youll never get this experience at other gyms like LA Fitness or Planet Fitness.

Ive been working out at this gym for awhile. Helpful staff and good equipment. Now if I can just motivate myself to go more often 🤦‍♂️

I Absolutely love this gym! From the time I came in I was greeted by the owner. He sat me down and asked me what were my wants and needs to get out of a gym. I shared with him I just had my third child and was looking for a trainer and gym access. He talk to me and teach me things about the body and nutrition all of this in first meeting him! I ddnt feel like just another check for the gym. He paired me with a AMAZING trainer Ty. The facility is very clean and everyone wipes down equipment after using as well as places mats and weights back before leaving. The equipment is nice, the staff is friendly and I havent been more happy. This is an amazing gym very family orientated. Bestie part with having young children I usually need early classes they offer early personal training classes and 24/7 access. I feel very safe at the facilities and strongly recommend it for women whom are needed to work out at very late times and or very early times.

This place is a joke. The employees are rude and immature and when I asked to speak to management..no one is there. The place is dirty and equipment is broken. Glad I was there one month because I never would pay for this gym. Heard it was the best gym around, not anymore,I will keep looking. They are cheap to turn on the air condition so it smells horrible. Dont go here.!

I was never into working out consistently until I made the decision to join this gym! I love the environment and I’ll continue to come back.

Walked in to attempt getting a membership during a fitness class, there were no employees willing to sign me up. Equipment seems dirty and from what I’ve noticed, all the positive reviews are fake. As well as the Facebook reviews. I would not recommend this gym to anyone.

Many of the positive reviews are fake and I will explain exactly why. This place is owned by Makisa Investments, which is registered under Suzanne Burgesses. Of course Suzanne burgesses and mahalia burgesses (an employee) would give themselves a 5 star.. as well as rob pond.. twice?

Love this gym - great equipment, really nice staff and awesome environment.

Your new staff is more worried about their biceps than customer service(Steve, Jessie). Not friendly(mahalia, owners daughter leaving biased reviews), had one push me off my equipment(mahalia) they keep taking the floor and giving it to people who are doing classes. If you don’t buy their classes, you won’t be treated the same, the customer service is utter trash (mahalia, Jessie) and two employees can be seen cuddling in the room(mahalia, Jessie). Make a new room for people with classes and get new staff or retrain them for proper customer service. I do not recommend this gym. Check recent Facebook reviews for more real reviews.

I am a member of the gym and I note that there are cowards using fake accounts to damage the reputation of the gym and its staff. It is an amazing gym and has always been a awesome family gym.

Dont waste your money, nothing new about their training technics. Equipment is old, dirty and dated, staff have no interest

Smelly Gym, Smelly staff, Bad atmosphere, don’t recommend

Choose another gym. If you’re serious about shaving some weight off, then look around for other gyms because this isn’t the place to go. They’re not inviting people.
