Hands down the best place to get a great workout in Sanford. Steve the owner really cares to get you into the best shape of your life.The whole staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable! They will definitely get you to your goals and beyond!

I went for a free trial session last night and was very surprised by the friendliness and professionalism of not only the coach, but also the others working out there. Right away it felt like a community of supportive people. I have to admit I was very intimidated by the notion of me stepping inside a CrossFit. I wasnt intimidated at all and I found a wide range of ages there, both men and women. I did find it hard to find so Im going to attach a photo I took last night showing where it is at. Their door is right beside and to the left of Liberty Tax Service.Edit: Im in my second week there. This is very good for me. Highly recommended.Update: I wanted to update the photo since the recent move. Ive been going off and on for about two years now. Steve and the other coaches are great.

Coaches are great and very attentive

This is a place I call home! The coaches empower you to achieve your goals and supports your struggles. Ive been working out here for over a year and I could not invisible myself going to another box or local gym.

I didnt like the gym

Steve and his fellow coaches are top notch. Steves knowledge and experience in S&C is hard to match. If you spent anytime with him youd immediately realize how passionate he is about S&C and more importantly the people around him.

CrossFit gym in Lake Mary with very nice ownership and trainers. Pretty good equipment and facility, which is fairly small. It is a bit difficult to find if you dont know where youre going. It is in the Harbor Freight shopping center, but there is no sign other than on the door.

Great community/family atmosphere. Coaches pay close attention to form/technique and scale to everyones level. We work hard, laugh a lot and support each other We LOVE it here!!

The owner takes great care to make sure youre doing the movements correctly and effectively. This is not true of other Orlando area crossfit gyms
