Hello: 😊I have to share! 🥳🏋🏼‍♀️Last year I was diagnosed with a multi-system, whole body condition (Hypermobility Ehlers Danlos plus several other dx) that has caused my entire body to change its shape and form. Not only is the condition extremely painful, it’s heart breaking to watch a once toned body turn into complete jello. 🥴I had enough of letting my condition(s) get the best of me. The only thing that was keeping me from being the best me was the fear of a crowded gym full of Instagram posters. I dreaded signing up anywhere. 😬Today is Father’s Day and our wedding anniversary 👰🏼 💒 🤵🏻🥰. I asked my hubby to take a drive with me 🚗 so I could get the name of a little gym I pass every day. 🏋🏼‍♀️Surprisingly, 🥰 we were greeted when peeking into the windows and Chris welcomed us into the secured 🔒 gym. He didn’t try to give us a tied down sales pitch or lure us into a contract 📝 . He answered my questions and told me exactly what I needed to hear. 👱🏻‍♀️❤️He made us feel at home 🏡and comfortable. I asked for the membership paperwork to review and returned to our car. 🚗We were so impressed with 🌟Chris 🌟and the very clean 🧼 gym that we decided to fill out the application in the car and return back inside. Local gym with a great staff who are committed to good health. This place is always clean and has more than enough equipment which you may not expect for a smaller gym. The showers are also clean and readily available most of the time. I’m accustomed to other gyms that become filthy rather quickly but cleanliness appears to be a priority here. The personal training is also outstanding. The only thing missing is yoga for me but not enough people signed up to support having an instructor on a regular basis. Thank you very much for being so welcoming.

I really enjoy the staff here. Everyone is friendly and ready with a pleasant and quick hello. Prices are fair. There are a few pieces of equipment I wish they had, but can make do with whats offered.Usually never too busy. One downside is that if you go shortly after school lets out, you get a lot of high school kids. But Ive never had issue with them.I recommend. Small gym that gives the personal touch.

This gym is near me in Sanford on state road 46. So, it is right on the border of Lake Mary, FL. Mike Farrell is my trainer and he is awesome. Honestly, the whole staff is great. Everyone is super positive no matter where you are at with your fitness goals. Starting out is tough and having a great people like Elite Fitness has really helps keep you motivated.The equipment is pretty nice. Theyve got TRX, the fancy racing bicycles, and several group workouts. The women seem to like these. Elite Fitness always seems to get a good turnout. I see men and women of all ages. In fact, the vast majority of the people that work out here are pretty cool too. Place has got plenty of members but Ive never felt like it was too crowded to work on the things I wanted.

A very well equipped gym with a relaxed and friendly staff. Not as large as plant fitness, but has all you need. Also has TRX resistant band classes. Price competitive with other gyms and excepts the silver seeker program. Provides sweat towel, a great touch.

I really love this gym. Chris and Marlon treat you like family and it’s a nice clean facility. Great parking and equipment. They offer great classes and training programs. I would for sure recommend them.

Comfortable here, Great Jungle Gym with all the free weights you need to get transformed. People there are there to do work, but they are nice and will help out
