It was nice to have someone explain all the coverage and help me figure out what was most important for me. All of my interactions with the people there have been positive. Christie in the service department is probably one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of talking with. I highly recommend Jared Spencer State Farm!

🚨I LOVE THIS AGENCY‼️ Seriously, they have always been the most kind and helpful people. Oh and don’t get me started on my agent Jake, he really goes above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of, and that all of your needs are met! I actually left State Farm for a few months and it was the worst decision ever, the customer service alone at the other provider was enough to jump ship for me . I must say Ive been with State farm for 5 years and I must I absolute love this insurance company from Nash to Michelle to now Jake the only 3 agents that ive dealt with since coming to this company..Jake may not always call me back in 5 minutes after Ive left a meassage but he does call me back by the end of the day..If I run into any probelems dealing with my insurancee plan Jake will help me out...I really appreciate & very GRATEFUL for Jake at Jared Spencer statefarm. I do not have enough good things to say about Jared Spencer Insurance and staff. After doing some research and calling around for auto and renters insurance it was Nash at Jared Spencer who stood out above the others due to her knowledge and excellent customer service. By nature insurance is one of those things you hope you never have to utilize but you pay for it month after month just in case. If you find yourself in some unfortunate situation needing to make a claim (like myself recently), you want people like these folks in your corner. Nash could not have been more helpful and supportive to me as a customer. My questions and concerns have always been addressed in a timely and professional manner. I will continue to be a loyal customer and recommend Jared Spencer and team to those looking for a topnotch insurance agent.
