So I switched over to State Farm a few months ago and I’ll tell you it has been the best move. I got in contact with crystal and from the start she has been the best I have ever dealt with. Not only did she save me a bunch of money when I switched over and she made it so easy to switch all my cars, trucks and all the toys. And I am the type that is always buying something new, but I like to get that quote first so I send her a text and with in 10 mins I get a response which is super great as I am impulse buyer. But all in all because of how easy she makes insuring everything I’ll definitely stay with her and State Farm.

In all honesty I had never considered State Farm. I got a quote to earn some freebies in a game I was playing. Never thought anything about it until out of the blue, I received a phone call, text message and an email from Brittani. Out of curiosity she went ahead with a quote which was still more than I was paying at that time. I tell her Im all set and she asks if she may contact me again in a few months to check rates again. The end of November rolls around and Brittani is making contact again. Go through the process and just so happens that the price will be less than what Im paying. Yes!!! Then life happens and I wasnt able to get back in contact for a month or so. January 15th I finally get the chance to call back and Brittani was not in. Meg Ryan was on the line and offered to help. Not only were the rates still lower I was able to get higher coverage amounts, pretty sweet renters and an umbrella policy with coverage up to 1million and still the rate was cheaper than I was currently paying for 2 vehicles with liability only through progressive. Bottom line is, I have never had a more pleasant experience shopping for insurance than dealing with Meg and Brittani. Very thorough, patient and they really lay out all the options you have. After Covid hit and working remote for 6 months, I was looking to switch insurance companies as my current one didnt offer discounts as my driving milage was cut by 90%. These folks are truly there to help you out. I have to file an SR22 due to driving without insurance and they were able to get me affordable rates, about $70 less than through A***tate. Super helpful with any questions you may have. They’re right on top of everything. Would recommend 100%!
