DO NOT use this insurance. I was under the understanding that I had $0 deductible for comprehensive and they told me I have $500 for it. What you’re told isn’t what is ac there. Really take a look at your policy.

End of May 2021 I called in to remove 1 truck, remove 2 drivers so policy had to be rewritten. This is June 24, 2021 still haven’t heard anything. Have called twice. Talked to Jamie during last call about a week or so ago. Jamie said that I would know premium in a few days. Have not heard anything. Haven’t known for 24 days if I have insurance or not. Disgusted.

I would agree with most of the previous reviews. Lindsey was my agent and she was very responsible doing her job. Finally, no other insurance company could match her quote/coverage in my property.

Their rates were the most fair and competitive in the market. They are very responsive to emails and phonecalls. Its easy to set up the online monthly payment system. I did everything over the phone or through email and did not have to visit the office.

Horrible customer service. Terrible follow up. Mistakes made to policy. Please check into Progressive or Farmers before coming to this agency. Its not worth the problems you will encounter here.

I was with Progressive for car insurance for nearly 15 years when they randomly increased my rates nearly $200 more per month and did little to negotiate it down. I’ve been with Allstate not even a year and their customer service has far surpassed anything I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been able to save so much more money. Switching to Allstate was easily one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself and my family.

Agent is professional, but Allstate premium cant come CLOSE to what I pay for GEICO auto insurance, which includes better coverages.

Very professional and knowledgeable. And they return phone calls / emails so you can actually get something done with one contact. I use them for auto and homeowners insurance. I saved a ton with the homeowners and got a better provider as a bonus.
