First I got cut when they were taking off my old tips. Then proceeded to put my cut finger in acetone and then used nail glue to glue my cut together. All I asked for was a dip French manicure, Kevin then proceeded to just put white tips on my nails and put who knows what on top of them. Didn’t ask what shape I wanted and his station had ants crawling all over it. I will not be going back. But the lady who did my friends nails turned out great so if you do go get anyone but Kevin.

Used to go here a lot and didn’t realize how over priced everything was until I went to a new place and spent half of what I usually spend here. They said they have a rewards program but I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here and have never received any rewards. My mom came to get her nails done here and spent $120 for mani and pedi to come out with her nails looking worse then when we came to get them done. As soon as leaving we did return to get them fixed but the staff was not pleasant nor apologized. I won’t be going here anymore.

I came in with a friend asking for a soak off to remove a set that I had. When I got sat down Kevin grabbed a nail tip and essentially sliced the nails off my finger tips leaving my nails damaged and even ripping parts of my nails off. Because of his “method” the soft part of my nails is now exposed and caused my nails to bleed. During the surface I told him that this method hurt but he proceeded. My friend actually received a soak off treatment unlike me and we are paying the same price.

I have come in several times with my boyfriend to get nail services and every time it has been 10/10. Betty and Trina are wonderful nail technicians, they do a very thorough job and always make me feel so comfortable and relaxed. And my nails always look wonderful after! I can not recommended this place enough!

Vinny always does a great job! He’s got 20 years of experience in nails and great techniques you can’t really find anywhere else.Today, I just walked right in, was immediately seated, and left within 30minutes. They’re quick, but they do take the time to really perfect each nail. So happy to find a place in Sanmo!This was $ 50 not including a tip, and y’all better tip these people well!! They earn itfor sure.

My first time in was great! I suggest making an appointment. They get very busy. I walked in, but they still accepted me. Vinny was my nail tech and I will be going back in a couple of weeks. Vinny offered me complimentary wine! You heard me right! They offer complimentary red or white wine. My experience there was lovely! Never have I had wine while getting my nails done. Vinny is awesome and outgoing. Ask for him.

I went there for my birthday never have I ever paid 135.00 dollars to get my nails and toes done. And now its only been 10 days and my nails look horrible and my thumb nail just came off. Would not recommend going definitely will never return. Ive had a mani pedi before and only spent like 75 and lasted over 3 weeks. So upset thought they would at least last for 3 weeks 🤬🤬🤬😡😡👎👎👎

This is the best nail salon that I have tried in San Marcos, and I have tried quite a few! They did a nice, thorough job on my manicure and pedicure. Ive been waiting to write this review to see how long it lasted, and I was pleasantly surprised. They used the ph balancing solution, which I know makes a big difference in the adherence of the gel to the nail. My French gel nails lasted for a whole month! It was perfect for a wedding that I had recently.I liked the pedicure as well! Felt very pampered. I didnt really like the color because the lady who I think was the owner said the color that I originally picked was too light. I trusted her judgment, but ended up with a color I didnt quite love. Overall though I was satisfied with the service and quality!

The owner is knowledgeable and sweet. Mark your prices and what you’re willing to pay before you arrive and you won’t be disappointed by the price. They did a great job on my feet.

We were regular customers. My sister 15 and I 19 went in for 2 pedicures she got a full set I got my nails painted. We chose one of the cheapest pedicures being 40-45 that we could get what they don’t tell you is that it’s 20 extra for polish. While getting our nails done they were rushed. the nail tech was huffing and puffing. i had to tell him to go back and fix the shape of my nails as they were filed terribly and quick. my sisters nails were all different shapes and sizes she didn’t even try to have him fix them. after all our total came out to $285 and on our receipt we were charged for things we did not have done. taking this as were young and they think were clueless. we called for a refund which was given, later to find out they took it back. a week later my nails are chipping already.

Went in for mani-pedi. There was a variety of spa treatments from which to choose. Luscious. I left well pampered.

I am here to tell you Mrs. Betty is an amazing person with such a beautiful heart. One who made you feel very comfortable and like family. I come here to have my dip nails removed and then get new dip. The first time I came here was when they first opened and wow. It was spotless and beautiful and my nails were gorgeous. But now I come every 3-4 weeks and it’s always dirty, there’s never anyone at the front desk. The front desk staff they do have isnt very attentive or helpful. My nails are still always gorgeous. Tonight, I was the last one in, came in at almost 7. They close at 7:30 and I felt rude but I work late and I often have my daughter so I make it in when I can. Tonight, I wasn’t as pleased as usual. The tips of my nails are a weird shape, like he filed too much in the middle. I could tell he was rushing. He asked me to take my own dip off during the soak which I guess I thought was weird because for a $45 service + $10 tip, I’m paying someone to do it. I love the work that’s done. And who knows, maybe my issues are because I’m typically the last appointment.

Although short staffed and appt only, they are extremely friendly and kind. They did an amazing job on my mom and my nails.

Be did my nails he was so awesome and kind. This was my first time getting my nails done here and I’ll definitely be back for my next set. He did both my manicure and pedicure so fast. I love how he took the time between each step to make sure my coffin shape was nice and sharp put double coats of all the gels. I have sensitive cuticles and he didn’t hurt mine. I love my nails and toes highly recommend trying out this place and they do a rewards system. The place is beautiful decorated and the workers are so friendly and they’ll talk to you.

I came here right before my vacation out of the country and I have been dealing with the worst ingrown toenail EVER. I have been in so much pain and can barely walk and put weight on it. I will not be back. Also, they offer gel polish to make it last longer but don’t tell you that it’s a $20 up charge until you go to pay and notice it yourself. That’s not cool. $100 for a pedicure is ridiculous.

I normally dont post but I was quite upset with the turnout. Although the lady that did my pedicure was nice, she did not do that good of a job and insisted I pick a different color then what I originally wanted. I got cilac and 2 days later two or them are already off. My nails were cut to short and arent filed correctly. This place is also over priced in my eyes and I noticed the scrubber she had just used on me she went to use it on another customer. Although the place looks nice I wouldnt recommend going here and I dont plan on returning anytime in the future.

I am not finished with my pedicure yet and it is already the best pedicure I have ever had. My nail tech is very experienced and immediately identified that I have a couple of problem toes when I walked in so she chose to take care of me herself. She took her time and explained to me what she was doing as she went. I was here visiting my daughter and will definitely make this a recurring appointment every time I come.

This place deserved no star whatsoever from me I went with my mom to get our nails done and we walked out VERY DISAPPOINTED! the nails were not shaped right the colors were blotchy bumps on our nails my moms nails were SUPER thick we called back stating we didn’t like them they told us to go back in. When we went in they were mad because they had to work on our nails AGAIN which is very unprofessional if they did everything right we wouldn’t have went back to begin with even after they worked on our nails the second time they were still bad! Vinny reshaped my nails with a nail filer and took all my gel polish off the sides of my nails the man working on my moms nails left even more bumps then what he did and didn’t polish the sides of her nails. The nails were very pricey $65 for a full set I got white gel polish and glitter pink polish on my ring finger my mom was trying to get a fill but the guy who did her nails stated she needed a whole new set so he took her nails off and gave her a full set for $75 her nails were thick she had bumps everywhere they were super long and boxed shaped after she asked for coffin shape we had the nails for a week and they are lifting up and getting caught in our hair I will NEVER go back here again the disappointment I had makes me not wanna go to any nail salon again this place will NEVER get my money ever again. xoxo Kayla and Melinda

Went it with a friend and got the one above a basic pedi. Not worth the $70 at all. Guys didn’t seem to know what they were doing, my girl and I got the same pedi but they didn’t use same products on us??? Was rushed and even after 3 coats shellac still wasn’t good enough. Also there was roaches

I spent $108 including an $18 tip only to have the French mani start peeling off the same day. My pedi seemed ok until I put on shoes and discovered they should have been trimmed. It was a stocky man Who did my nails. He kept diluting the white polish so it shouldn’t have been a surprise that it did not last very long. I was in town from California for a wedding so this was a big disappointment. I will never go there again

I don’t leave reviews but my experience at Flawless Nail Spa was absolutely phenomenal. I received the Advanced Pedicure by Mike and he was so great that I plan on making a monthly visit at least. All of the staff were kind and friendly. The facility was very clean and so super cute. I highly recommend you check this place out! Services were pricey but absolutely worth it for me!

Got a 45$ pedi such a waste of money I literally could have went and got a cheaper pedi for the same time and service .My polish looked like my eight year old painted my toes plus when he filed my toes nails they were all uneven. I hate spending money on bad service. This is why I don’t try new places 🙄

My friends and i came here on a friday night for girls night. Betty did my pedicure and she was fabulous!! She was hilarious Nd treated me like a princess and even called me one!!

I usually have wonderful experiences here, but the last 2 times Ive gotten the man who works at station #1. He didnt do the full massage time on the pedicure and completely botched my acrylic fill BOTH times. Theres streaks on the nails and none are shaped the same. Really disappointing because everyone else has been so amazing.

Given a low rating because my first time I went there the man cut me with the drill and kept continuing to work on my nails. When I asked if I could was my hands he ignore me. Other than that, the nails came out beautifully!Edit:Originally gave them three starts, but lowered down to one. They are extremely rough and unsanitary. The three times I’ve been there, they’ve cut me with the drill or nail file and didn’t do anything about it. They didn’t even let me wash my hands. The employees also don’t wash their hands, even during a global pandemic. Also they’re super overpriced. Will not be returning here.

I can’t believe this place is still open. I had the worst manicure here. Bleeding cuticles. The hand and arm massage was torture. The nail polish was clumpy. The man didn’t know how to paint a nail. When I dared to complain the man who did my manicure raised his voice at me and demanded I pay. I reported them but then Covid happened and I dropped it. Don’t go here, whatever you do.

I had much thought about making the switch to another nail salon for some time because I’m naturally a loyal client. My usual place has been spa nails for the last 7 years but here in the last year it just went down hill. It lacks customer service and workers who can pay attention to detail. So after bad service and a couple unsatisfied pedicures, I needed a change. I thought Id try this place with my 8 year old and instantly the warmth was from the entrance. The staff was friendly and attentive. My 8 year old was beyond pleased with her pedi and the softball design nails she went with. Betty was so gentle on my eyebrows and friendly in conversation to get to know her client, while getting my pedicure done. Steve was so awesome to have as a nail tech, he was full of humor and made the time go by with out the dead silence. He did a great job on my nails and all I can say is that they will have more customers for sure, and all because I’ll tell anyone and everyone about them! From one professional to another, thank you for loving what you do and remembering that your customer is of utmost importance always!

I am frankly shocked at how drastic the reviews are going from yelp to google but I have to say the 1star reviews are more inline with the service I received at this establishment. Absolutely the worst nail service I have ever received. I have attached photos for reference. I decided to try this nail salon because my usual was closed and desperately needed to get them redone. I walked in and was pleased with how nice it looked. I was seated with a gentleman and spent over 2 hours in this place! I am very particular about the shape of my nails and am vocal about it if I do not like how they are looking to avoid wasting the nail techs and my time. I asked for coffin shape and noticed he was giving me more of an almond shape so I asked him to redo them this is now an hour into the service as he was taking forever to put the acrylic on my nails because he would often get up while doing my service to tend to new customers. They should really invest in hiring a receptionist.Now to the prices I do not mind spending money on a good service but this place is grossly overpriced for the mediocre service they give! Do not waste your time or money here ladies!!

Rushed through my pedicure, tried charging me an extra $20 for shellac and if you know anything about shellac, it’s only $10 to buy a whole bottle. They are completely over priced and did a bad job on my feet. Barley even scrubbed the bottoms of them.

Betty did a really good job on my pedicure. They turned out really nice and the atmosphere was really welcoming. I did, however, feel like they pressured me into doing the most expensive pedicure option possible as well as the more expensive polish option. Overall, I thought the place was pretty good but because of the pressuring I would give it 3 stars.

Over priced for what you get. I’m highly disappointed with the outcome of my nails. He didn’t go all the way down to the bottom of my nails so it looks like I’ve had them on for a week or 2 already. I got a Pastel pink color and in spots you can still see the under coating. For $55 I just expected more. I didn’t ask for a design or anything. These were just plain painted nails.

Went there for the first time got a full SNS/DIP set. Nails looked good until they dried I noticed there were some smudge marks where the tech touched to check if they were dried which brings me to my next issue, service felt rushed no greet & thanks. I don’t care for conversation but a greet and a thanks goes a long way (still tipped). Nails started cracking and chipping three days later which is the worse and we all know this!..

My fiancé and I went in this morning for pedicures. We are getting married on Saturday and had the best relaxing experience. Betty, the owner, is so knowledgeable and kind. She even redid my toes with shellac so they would stay for my honeymoon. So pleased with how everything turned out. We will be back!!! I have also been twice to see chloe for my dip nails and she does a fabulous job! I highly recommend!

Lovely looking place. I just wanted to find a new spot for pedicures. The paint job is pretty bad. My toe was bleeding from the guy cutting my cuticles to hard. Also the guy was rushing big time and was being rough with my feet in general. Will not be going back!

Nail salon techs reek of cigarettes. I recently went there and prior to walking in I noticed people smoking. Then once I got thru the door I noticed the smell had followed as soon as the door shut. So I waited and one of them came in and sat me down and I thought they would have the decency to wash their hands before doing my nails after smoking and they didn’t. I will never return to this place and out of respect to the other businesses and myself they should at least smoke in the back where they can’t be seen
