Alright for a bit they mostly do ladies not equipped to do do men, skin was still tough and rough, they do have men working, but they did my two daughters like a regular. Just a refresh start, they do understand and they do know alot. Not was very pleased for the service. You can tell, they are very persistent in cash Tips Only! Dont want anyone to get ripped off

By far best nail salon I have been to. The service was amazing, they didn’t take too long with my umbrae and my pedi, and they were super clean. It took me a little to find this gem of a place but glad and did and hopefully I can help others discover it sooner than I did. :)

Super chic place and great service. Not terribly priced either.I had my acrylics removed and switched to natural nails 💅 gelish white mani and regular nail polish on toes.

I recently went here for the first time with my mom for pedicures. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. I love the wood paneled wall behind the pedicure chairs. The staff is friendly and competent. The woman who did my pedicure was fantastic... so nice and thorough, great massage! I love the hot stone massage - so relaxing!So why only 4 stars? We made an appointment for 2pm on a Saturday. We arrived a few minutes early. I didnt get seated until after 2:30, and my mom was seated about 5 minutes after that. I dont mind waiting, but over a half hour is a bit much. Another woman came in after us, also with a 2pm appointment for a pedicure, and they seated her before us (maybe they wanted to make sure mom and I could sit next to each other), but still about 15 min late. By the time our pedicures were done, the place had slowed down a bit. So my suggestion is they be a bit more realistic when making appointments. Wed happily have made the appointments for 3:30 instead of 2. But even with the excessive wait, were willing to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe this was an unusual situation and go back. The service we received was that good.

First time at this place, very friendly staff, treated my feet like their own! Love it!!! 10-10 recommend

My first experience at Swan Nails was a great one! I’ve tried a couple of other nail salons in the area, but they were more expensive, did less, and didn’t do designs. Swan Nails was really clean, the staff was disarmingly nice and talkative, and the did a beautiful, thorough job on my nails. They offered to do a design and suggested foil, which I’ve never done before. She did a wonderful job and I love the way my nails look!Update:I’ve changed my review from 5 stars to 3 stars, unfortunately. I’ve really enjoyed this place, and they’ve always done a great job. I’m not sure what has changed other than they are now closed on Sundays. It is nearly impossible to get an appointment now! I’ve been trying to get an appointment, and apparently they are booked for the entire week. Also, I had an appointment one Saturday, showed up, and was told they were running at least half an hour late - so I had to cancel and go somewhere else that was open on Sundays. They do a great job with nails, but their scheduling is super unreliable and frustrating. They’ve lost my business many times due to not having availability.

Wonderful nail salon with the people who work here. They do an awesome job with your nails!! Recommend to come to this nail and spa salon!

It was crowded and we had to wait 30 minutes past our appointment time. They were nice and apologized for the wait.

Amazing staff and quality nails! Got me in for a same day apt. which I wasnt sure would be possible being a busy Sunday but they made it work. Im extremely excited and happy with the results and will definitely be returning. Would recommend!

I went to this place Friday October 9th and I decided to go to this mail place because I thought it had good reviews and looked like a nice place. I ended up getting a full set and a euro pedicure. However when she was doing my pedicure she ended up hurting me and cutting the inside of my skin next to my toenail and it ended up getting infected. I woke up the next morning to find it swollen and infected. I now have to go to the doctor to get antibiotics to fix it. This experience was super disappointing especially considering it had good reviews on Yelp. Idk if the file she used was clean or not. Because the files that were used on both my nails and toes looked worn down. Another issue I had was that one of my acrylic nails cracked the next day. The quality of the nails speaks for itself in the photos.....

I got a new set of acrylics there on Thursday Sep 10th for my bday weekend. I usually got to the same nail lady but she’s been booked so i thought i would try this place since it had so many good reviews. But by Saturday one of my nails already came off. Tuesday another one and today, sep 17, another one! I’ve never had my nails home oh this easily. I would not recommend for acrylics ! Idk how to post pictures or else i would sorry.Update it is Saturday sep 19 and i only have 5 nails that are on. Every other nail fell off

I’ve been coming here for about 6 months now and I absolutely love the experience and how they do my nails! It’s so hard to find a good nail salon where you get consistent quality service every time and I finally found one! All the technicians there are really good, professional and pleasant. I get an acrylic fill and a pedicure every time and it’s only $50!

Cute new place! I don’t remember my techs name but she was sweet and fast! I got a regular manicure and it was super affordable, I was a walk-in and it only was about a 15min wait. Will definitely be going back if I need a quick manicure after school again!

Love my nails!I was having a hard time deciding which color to use. The manicurist was kind and patient with me.The lady who did my pedicure was a perfectionist. Very detailed.

First time going to Swan Nails & Spa, and I loved it!!! Great and friendly staff. I will recommend to schedule an appointment. They do take walk-ins but you will wait longer since they are pretty busy.

Had a great pedicure for my sisters wedding. They were very gentle with my feet and very meticulous which I appreciated. All of the staff is very friendly and the salon is clean and smells nice!

Don’t come here at all, they have ppl not trained to do the work. Really disappointed with their service . Also they chose to who offer drinks or not! I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! If I could be giving the opt to give negative stars I will put -5

Service was ok, but certainly not the greatest. I had to do some fine tuning on my mani/pedi when I got home.

They destroyed my nails with the acrylics I went yesterday and they just said sorry and still told me to pay $10 to try and take off the acrylics when they had ruined my nails completely. This is the first and last time I would and will ever go there.

I have been going to Swan Nails for a year to have gel-dipped manicures & spa pedicures. Each staff member does an excellent job & everyone is very friendly.
