I went for a set of nails earlier this week and now I have a pretty painful infection in my cuticle. The girl who did my nails cut my skin with the electric nail filer, and it normally wouldnt have been a big deal, as I have gotten nicks in my skin before while doing my nails, but this has now become an oozing infection. Everyone that works here is super nice, especially the owner/manager, but this isnt the cleanest salon Ive been to. I had to go back again the next day so that they could fix my nails, and I didnt see them disinfect, use new tools, or even clean the workspace after each customer each time.

The place is really super! Completely satisfied with my visit today. The lady who did my nails took her time to make sure every detail was taken care of. My nails now look fantastic just how I like it but she managed to get the job done in a timely manner. Techs are very nice and pretty vocal so I did not have any problem explaining how I like my nails done. The place is very clean and organized. They use good modern and sterilized equipment for every use. Very reasonable price.

The best nail salon in the area!!! I came in today with my friends for Deluxe Pedicure and they took us in as soon as we walked in. They greeted and welcomed us with great care and smiling faces. Honestly, we really loved the way our nails came out. So fabulous. The salon itself was clean and the employees were very polite. The price was surprisingly cheap for such a great customer services and amazing works. I will definitely keep coming back here. Thumbs up!!!

Its my first time trying here but for sure its going to be the first of many ! My experience with this place is really great. Came in for a  spa pedicure and the lady took care of me very well. She took her time to make sure everything is right, did not rush through steps. They use good quality products and beautiful colors. My feet now feel really great and my nails look fantastic. Staff is very professional. Its very easy to communicate with them. Place is clean and well organized. Reasonable price. I could just ramble on and on like this, pretty much nothing I could complain about. Highly recommended !!!

DO NOT GO HERE! I went in today to treat myself after finals and not only did they not work on my cuticles, they didnt check if my nail sizes matched. When I brought up a weird indent on my thumb nail, the nail technician told me, You cant see it from the front. When filing down my nails, he did it unevenly and without care, so now my nail beds are sore and sensitive from all the aggressive filing.

Kim, the owner, is super sweet & friendly! Her place is very welcoming & relaxing! I havent had my nails done in over 2 years and when i did the last it was by her at her salon. I love my nails. Price is well worth it!! Solar pink & white with glitter tips $40.

These ladies are sooo sweet, and try to get you a good price especially if you’re a student! They did both my nails and toes in less than an hour and they came out so nice. They aren’t very busy so if you’re looking for a local salon to go to on the regular this is the perfect place!

This place is terrible do not go there!!! I went to simply get my full set removed that I have had in for a while now. The lady continued to rip them off, after I asked her to please let them soak . Two of my nails are so badly ripped, I have to wait to get another full set :(

I really wanted to like it here but I wont be returning. The man who did my nails was so sweet, but he should not be a nail tech. He messed up every single nail and had to go back in and fix each one. They still dont look good, they look like I did them myself. You could tell he was just not skilled at doing nails, which is fine, but he shouldnt be working there. I wont return simply out of fear he will be my nail tech again. Otherwise, the place is nice,

Tried to go because I had heard good things about the work but was disappointed when the door was not even open. They claim to open at 10am, I tried to go at 10:30am. No one was there. Kind of a put off. Most likely wont be back. Went across the street to iSpa nails. They did a wonderful job. And were open on time. I suggest going to them over this place.

This salon have some excellent service. The manicure I went in to get turned out so perfect. The Polish I picked out looked incredible on my nails.

Go in and ask for Ms. Kim. She is really good and they feel so like your real nails. They are also super sweet there.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!! The nail tech was super sweet but horrible! He didn’t listen to me when I asked to file them down and they were uneven/super thick. I had to spend another $45 else where the same day just to fix the monstrosity! Save your money and go somewhere else!

Very reasonable priced. The girls in the salon were polite, helpful, and thorough. They use good quality polish, OPI . Fabulous pedicure. I was really impressed, especially because I was referred by name, which doesnt happen to me often. Generally, i couldnt be more satisfied.

This place is awesome. Ive been going here for years and they are very reasonably priced. Be sure the get the stamp card for discounts. You can also get discounts with family :) Nails always last long and do not chip.

I really dont know how this place had so many good reviews. .. I guess the people here are super nice and friendly. However, I went in to get a full set of solar nails done, the lady started working on me without washing her hands or cleaning any of her brushes (they were covered in dust) She started working on my nails but was very distracted. in the middle of working on my nails she got up to go to the bathroom, to get a dink and to cash out another client. I asked for a coffin shape and she chopped the corners of the acrylics with a nail clipper as fast as she could. they were extremely missed shaped and uneven... when I told her one of them was too narrow at the top she told me that was what a coffin shape was.. mind you it was too pointy. also, she applied the gel way too far from my nail beds and missed huge chunks on the sides,. I had to ask her to fix at least 6 of them.... after she was done I was tired of telling her what to do so I just let her finish so I could get out of there. my nails look terrible. they are not coffin shaped at all, super thick and just got them on Saturday and already (Monday) they look like I got them done a week ago... as soon as I can I am going to get them fixed somewhere else. dont waste your $40+ in this place

WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! First, she didnt even take care of my cuticles or do any prep work. She didnt wash her hands or clean her station. She just went into work. She had already did a few fingers before I realized she wasnt doing the French fade I asked for. She responded by saying a regular French manicure was better. The only reason I didnt leave was because she discounted my price. My almond shape was totally disfigured and sloppy and WAY to thick. My nails started hurting when I got home because of the thickness. I took them off that night and got my nails done some place else.

I love Supernail Salon, I would give them 5 stars for their great services and prices! However, half of the time that I come during business hours, no one is there and the door is locked! I have started going elsewhere because Ive experienced this problem so many times.

I have fungus under my nail from when I took them off!! Please don’t let the mothers son do your nails!! He messed up the shape on them too!! Also the guy kept burning me with the electric nail file. You would think they would Sanitize their tools. Will never be going there again!!

Rushed nails and nails do not fit to my own. One nail cracked and all uneven and they cut them off with scissors, who does that.....very disappointed!!!!

Pros: Staff was friendly and caring. They made sure my daughter and I were comfortable. Store was clean and well organized. My daughter had a well seasoned tech who did a FABULOUS job on her Mani/pedi Cons: Store opens at 10:00 on Saturday and the staff travel from Austin so this caused a delay of 20 min because they were caught in traffic; so my 10:00 appointment turned into 10:30. Also, I was not as fortunate as my daughter, I ordered the deluxe pedi & the tech I had did not seem to know how to give a hot stone massage, didnt seem as if she had any training at all since the tech doing my daughters nails kept giving her instructions . I also ordered a shellac polish as well & the tech that took off the old polish did not buff my nails real well and left the nails looking less than smooth,so the polish looked lumpy. Additionally, the nails were flimsy when she was done, I believe this happened because the tech used a power drill on my natural nails and filed them too thin. All in all it was relaxing and we were treated very well only wish my nails had turned out as great as my daughters.

HORRIBLE! I️ don’t think they even own a pair of nail clippers, I️ got shellac on my real nails, the lady didn’t even cut my nails, I️ had one nail super long and the next one to the nub. They were also super sloppy, there is shellac all over my fingers and with shellac once you try and rip it off it can rip off polish on your actual nail since they’re connected. I️ also got a pedicure, the lady didn’t even use the thing to get the dead skin off my feet, she scrubbed them for like 2 seconds and then that was it. My feet still have dead skin all over them.DONT GO THERE

The best place Ive ever had my nails done... I have never been cut and I get her undivided personal attention ... Call ahead and you are good to go!!! Only regret is I didnt find it sooner.

The woman who did my nails got up in the middle of it to start a pedicure for two old men.. after pulling off their socks and putting their feet in the water she returned to finish my nails without washing her hands. Gross. All her brushes were extremely dirty and I felt uncomfortable the whole time because they place seemed very unsanitary. Never going back.

Today I went into the salon wanting a pedi and a full set and I walked out in shock by the disrespectful service I received. Upon walking in with no greeting I was asked by the owner what service I was seeking and I told him a pedi and full set. After my response as I quote him (the manager) responded we dont have time and this was the end of our conversation with no explanation. Although this place has a good reputation of doing a wonderful job on nails, I believe the service should be just as adequate. And for a ower to act in such manner it really upset me.Xoxo

My friend and I had an appointment and 45 minutes after our appointment time, they still hadnt started on my friends nails. After $45+ for a refill, one nail tried to come off the next day and a week later multiple nails started to come lose. So after a week and a half later, I went to a different salon and when they took my fake nails off, my nails were GREEN. I got a fungus because Supernal didnt properly do my nails and werent clean. DO NOT GO HERE. Waste of time and money

I wont be going back..the environment was nice but the gentleman that did my nails did a horrible job shaping them.
