Tammy D came through for us in a huge way. We had an unfortunate water heater vendor cause water to flow from our attic into our house. It was the worst feeling. If your insurance is paying, then you need not worry about hiring them for water and mold remediation. While I felt the actual on-site crew were honest and communicative, discussions with their sales person and billing department often led to miscommunicated where they contradicted themselves with charges, resulting in me reluctantly overpaying in the end.

My a/c unit flooded and caused damage to my flooring. I called Servpro to see if they could come take a look. They didnt think they could get me in that day but made an effort and Tammy was able to squeeze me in between her previous appointments and came over almost right away. I hired Servpro San Marcos for a residential carpet clean. I had a year old, huge coffee stain on carpets and a 3 year old, hard, maple syrup stain on thick carpets with pad. Both came completely out. The pretreatment, rotary scrubbing and extraction was done in every inch. They even moved furniture around and blocked it up on pads to dry before leaving. They also set up commercial fans during the process to help it dry faster. They were very polite and knowledgeable and explained step by step what they did. They called in advance to let me know they were on their way. From the office staff to the techs -all were great communicators and professional. I’m surprisingly satisfied to say the least!

ServePro of San Marcos responded to an emergency water damage job that happened from a suprise leak during a storm. Tammy Dorsett, the ServePro representative was there quickly and took excellent care of the whole problem. She already had the insurance claims numbers with her and all I had to do was open the door. ServePro and Ms. Dorsett took care of everything from that point forward. They cleaned up the water, took out the wet insulation and drywall, and then dried the whole doctors office. The dehumidifiers took care of a large space in much less time than I expected. The total bill was below what we thought it would be for the huge mess as well . We called SERVPRO to help us eliminate the smell of cigarette smoke from our home, clean the carpets and dryer vent. From the beginning everyone we spoke to and worked with was professional and knowledgeable and cared about what we wanted. Tammy came to our house to discuss our needs and explain everything they could do to help us. Aidan and Leroy did the work on our home. They cleaned all the vents, and air ducts, dryer vent, and performed an ozone treatment. They explained everything they did and were very patient with questions we had as they worked. Ive had ServPro San Marcos out to my office building for different services. Im always impressed with them. Most recently they came for a carpet clean and the process was seamless. Scheduling over the phone with Sandra was very easy. Tammy came out the next business day for an estimate and was very quick. Then the following day Rick & Derrick came out to provide the actual service. They did a very good job and even paid extra attention to some spots we had in the carpet without being asked. I had a small house fire and used ServPro to remove and clean most contents and the interior of my house of soot. They arrived at lightning speed and placed air movers to clean and clear the air in my house and scrub as much soot from the walls and ceiling as possible. Tammy Dorsett (with ServPro) coordinated with my insurance adjuster during the initial walk thru to help determine what was either destroyed or possibly able to be cleaned back to pre fire condition. They worked together to determine what was salvageable and what could be cleaned. The most impressive part was when my contents were returned was how clean and professionally packed they were. Each box was clearly labeled and the contents wrapped such as they would not have broken even if dropped from 10 feet! Multiple layers of paper and then bubble wrap after that, around each and every item! There were a couple of issues but Tammy was already aware of them due her due diligence and managing the situation. The end result was that Tammy and ServPro provided excellent services above and beyond what one would expect out of such an event like this. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing the services they provide.

I recently had smoke damage to my home and hired Servpro from San Marcos. I was very reluctant after a family member shared their experience with a Servpro location around the Houston area and wasnt pleased with the results. But, my mom had used the San Marcos location before and they had done an outstanding job so we hired them for my house. From the get go, Servpro was very knowledgeable and professional and made us feel very comfortable with the entire cleaning process. They worked for about a week at my house and did an outstanding job. There was a small hick up with our bill once the work was finished but they got it corrected right away and were very nice about it. Throughout the entire project, they were easy to work with and helpful when something was needed. I would highly recommend this location.

Thanksgiving holiday weekend and unexpected toilet caused flood, yet calling in the middle of the night, Servpro was ready to spring into action. The crew that arrived were quick, efficient, courteous and compassionate to my overwhelmed state. I know the owners of this Servpro that service our area and they are well respected in the community. Never thought I would need their services, but I am grateful for it firsthand. They came daily for nearly a week, to monitor the fans and dehumidifiers for the moisture status. Our office recently had a major water leak that happened after hours on a Thursday night. SERVPRO was on site within an hour of our phone call and worked with our staff over the weekend to get everything cleaned up and ready for doors to open on time the next Monday morning.
