Thank you Juan! You helped me on such short notice. I needed three recliner couches deep cleaned within a days notice and the only guy to make it happen was Juan. He came early and managed to get them done within an hour.I bought the couches on offer up and needed to have them cleaned prior to a family get together. I have pets and I made the mistake of leaving them unattended and they left their mark all over my couches, it was terrible.He was able to deep clean my couches and pillows for a good price and literally saved the day! I have used Blue Team in past and was happy with the service. Due to COVID, I was unable to have my carpets cleaned for almost 2 years. Blue Team cleaned and sanitized the carpeting. It looks great.

The person who came to clean my carpets showed up with NO face mask and no shoe covers!!! really? that shows NO respect for costumers. The job was ok but the area rug was too wet and started smelling the next day. I tried calling and texting and nobody called me back, after insisting someone texted back with a day/time but of course.... NOBODY SHOWED UP, they already cashed their check so they can care less about their customers now. Please make yourself a favor and look for a different company.

When people are in my home doing work, I ask a lot of questions. Mike and Gary answered every question to my satisfaction and never got impatient with me. They worked efficiently and completed the work in just over the 2 hours they had predicted it would take. Clean up was thorough. I had to step out to pick up my daughter at some point and Mike was nice enough to take a picture of what he had removed from my carpets because I had expressed an interest in seeing it. They were up against 4+ years of accumulation!! I am happy with the work and would have Blue Team back again. BTW, the estimate was emailed very quickly & was very detailed and accurate. They also include a very specific fact sheet on exactly was done in my home.

Had just moved into a place with my pet and had to suddenly get the carpet cleaned due to my dog not being able to hold it in at such a young age. I called these guys and they came in a timely manner and have actually good prices. My carpets did come out clean like I just moved in again lol. Thanks guy will recommend to everyone I know for sure!!!

This company did a half-@ss job... phone quote seemed legit, then when the guy showed up there was all these hidden fees, charge extra for stairs $40, $15 extra for deodorizer, $15 extra for the carpet in between the two rooms.The guy “did” 3 rooms plus stairs in less than 1hr, that’s including setup and takedown time.My Carpet now smells (which it didn’t before) and it’s still wet, and it’s been 3 days. Starting to think the vacuum wasnt sucking anything up. Save your money and go someplace else.
