I called last week for a quote and appointment for a dryer vent cleaning. My info. was given at time of call- note I live in San Marcos. An appointment was made for today 8/31/21 in a window of time of 10 am - noon. No one called or came by and it was past noon. First off, it took 4 calls before someone finally answered the phone. Secondly, the lady who answered told me that I did have an appointment today with that window of time. She explained she would call the technician and see why no one showed up. A few minutes later, she calls back and leaves a message stating that they dont service the area I live in. I live off Craddock and Bishop street AND I gave the customer service rep my address during the initial call. Why wasnt this caught earlier and how do you service San Marcos but not service the area I live in? Your website gives a business address of 350 N. Guadalupe St- thats 2.7 miles from my home! What a joke of a business!
