Miguel and his team did an exceptional job in my home. They were courteous, respectful gentlemen and they made the experience of having strangers in our house for 4 days so easy. As I was moving out of Carlsbad, my work taking me further up north, I had a condominium that was ran by a property management team. I lived there for 3 years without any troubles; the last month that I lived there I had all sorts of issues to deal with. During the holiday seasons I had a small kitchen fire while making Christmas dinner. It wasnt what I would call an emergency but rather a small incident. After Christmas came and went I called my property manager the moment I could, he gave me the number to our local Servpro to handle my insurance; I spoke with a pleasant person on the phone, and despite it being right in the middle of the holiday season they were still able to come to my home and give me a preliminary estimate. I was in a bind! I had a commitment to my work and needed my home ready to be put up for the market and sold within just one months time. Edens crew came out after I signed my paperwork and had my policy cover the claim, which they take care of. The process took longer than I had hoped for but to be fair they kept it in the same price range and explained all the dollar amounts and why they were adjusted. I would recommend servpro to anyone. I was able to show my house and have an accepted offer by the end of January. Thanks guys for getting me out of a tight place.

Had a leak in an upstairs pipe of my business that put water into the ceiling and walls of the downstairs bathroom. Insurance recommended these guys and its no wonder why. Were on site checking the whole place out in 20 minutes, and had a plan and equipment drying the bathroom in an hour. I was able to keep customers happy and the whole ordeal was over fast. Thanks guys!

Estimated 5-7 day job took over 6 weeks with little explanation. Ending bill was more than 3x the original quote. Workers didnt show up when expected, citing several different reasons. Each individual reason was fine, but after the first 5 late or missed days. Failed the first mold inspection stating if we had used our testing service we would have passed. Almost no incoming communication. I had to call over and over to get status and understand what was happening. One of the owners was difficult to deal with and very rude several times during this process. At the end she demanded payment no fewer than 4 times during a 9am Saturday call. I had received the bill less than 30 days prior and hadnt finished reviewing the charges (again 3x what the original quote was). She threatened me with a lien on my house before breakfast.In summary: failed inspection, work took longer for reasons I had to pull out of them, attendance was inconsistent and ownership is unpleasant.Would NOT recommend.

One day, without notice or warning, my water heater broke. It was located in the garage on the wall on the other side of the bathroom. Since it the water heater tank was located in the garage, I did not think of damage. But I was wrong. When the Servepro people came to assess the situation, I was impressed with the new technology instruments they used. I also was surprised that their courteous behavior lasted the whole time Servepro was in my house and on the phone.They gave me a written assessment following the verbal. I did not believe what they found. The water had damaged the lower part of the wall not only around the water heater but also it propagated into the adjoining bathroom walls. They showed me the damage and I agreed to let them repair the damage. They patiently and completely dried out the damaged area. They brought in professional plumbers and the wall repair and restored all to its original state.I’m writing this review not only to tell you that Servepro Carlsbad, N. Vista / San Marcos and Escondido, all run by the same folks, did an excellent five star job but also to warn you, as I was warned or more, I was “educated” on the risks of water damage to your health. They are professional representatives in every aspect that gave me excellent service in their response time and the restoration. I was more than satisfied with their services.

They are the number 1 when it comes to getting stuff done! Talk about a fire !! The smell of the smoke literally penetrates everything. They were able to make my home look and smell brand new. Please dont ever leave a stove on, you might get more than you bargained for :(

I woke up in the middle of the night to my kitchen on fire! After everything was said and done I called Servpro Carlsbad the next day, they came out directly and gave me a quote on what it would cost. Although I hated going through this, they were there to help me through the most wildest moment of my life!

Five stars for this company! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a very positive experience out of a very negative situation, my elderly father had sadly passed away in his home while nobody was around, and live-in nurse was on a one week vacation. My father had cirrhosis of the liver and wasnt expected to live long, however, I didnt expect to deal with his death in this way. This situation was heightened by emotions of course, but Servpro Carlsbad took care of all of the detailsI I simply couldnt. When he was discovered there was biological material left behind… And because Servpro Carlsbad offers this service of biohazard cleanup I called them to get an on-site quote. To be truthful there is no limit to what I would spend to make sure the home I grew up in was tastefully cleaned after my fathers passing. I did a walk-through with the technician the day the service was supposed to be completed, I wasnt quite sure what to expect but I was amazed at how thorough the job was. I love my father and miss him dearly, the last thing that I would want to have in my memory of him would be anything less than what was already there. You know those unforeseen things that people tell you, you should save up for? You know, emergencies. Things you never really think are going to happen? Wellllll… It finally happened! So, yesterday was my day off which means lots of errands and house cleaning. I folded laundry, vacuumed, did dishes, loaded and started the dishwasher. I headed out to the grocery store and a few other stops before I got back home. Got home and realized our dishwasher had leaked all over the kitchen and into the dining and family room. We have expensive rugs in both the dining and family room which were soaked. Cabinets were already soaking up the water that sat atop our tile on the kitchen floor. I immediately called our insurance agent who recommended we call Servpro of Carlsbad. They came out immediately, explained the entire process to me, contacted my insurance company, extracted water, etc. I know nothing about insurance or water damage—as I think most people don’t--which is why I am so grateful for everyone’s help in getting me through this irritating and untimely matter. It’s not over yet but it’s looking like my rugs can and will be saved (my mom will be happy about that…they were a gift from her!). Of course, no one wants something like this to happen… but if it does, you definitely want to feel like you have people on your side—and that’s Servpro of Carlsbad! I highly recommend their services.
