They have always taken great care of my vehicles. Friendly, courteous, and convenient . Great follow up (how many mechanics call or text you afterwards?). And never an issue with any of their work. 5 years, 3 cars, wont be going anywhere else.

I don’t usually post reviews but I absolutely had to on this place. It’s really hard to find a trusting auto shop and these guys immediately made me feel at ease. Way more personable and high-quality than a dealership in my opinion. They were also very transparent on price. This is my go-to auto shop from now on, that is for sure.

If you are looking for a trusted mechanic Crosby is the right place. It has been several years that I come over here to get any service for my car. They diagnosed my car quick and took care of the fix. Also the deal for oil changes is the best in town.

I took my 4Runner in for an oil change as a first time customer. Mark was very friendly & helpful. The work was done quickly and I was given suggestions on what I will need in the near future to keep my truck running at its best, being that Im very close to the 200,000 mile mark. The service he offers is honest, on time and fairly prices particularly in comparison to brand dealerships.He will give you a reasonable assessment of potential issues and will not perform repairs that are not needed.

I have only written one review in my life to date, it was very negative. I figured to offset that karma Id write a positive one.I rolled into Crosbys with grave expectations of what my old Jag was suffering from. I even diagnosed the problem for the crew. No surprise, I was wrong, but big surprise the guys didnt try to stick it to me. They diagnosed my problem as far less including the billable amount and sent me on my way.How refreshing in these times where lying, cheating and stealing seem to be more socially acceptable. I highly recommend you go to Crosbys if youre looking for honest car care.

I recently had my brakes replaced and a headlight fixed at Crosbys. Crosbys does it all! I had to have a speciality repair on my X-Terra that a regular shop couldnt do. Crosbys had no problem completing the job at the price and time quoted. I love having an auto repair shop that is professional and honest! Two thumbs up!👍👍

Customer satisfaction is first priority; immediate attention when you walk in the door, you receive a full explanation of what the issue is and, if not known, how it will be determined then a complete estimate of the cost and return date is provided. I have taken cars to Crosbys for years and they have always provided a solution I am happy with.

SUMMARY: I had some brake issue lights come on and Crosby asked for $4,500 to replace two computers on my car that worked fine. I got a second opinion the next day: the 2nd shop added 3 ounces of brake fluid and the car was fixed (no more brake issue lights). Crosby tried to RIP ME OFF for $4,500! WOW!DETAILS: Diagnostic Computer codes that came on in the car were C-1155 brake fluid switch and brake computer error. If you look in the car’s dealership repair manual - The 1st step to diagnose C-1155 is to check the brake fluid level. After that you see the brake fluid level is low, add brake fluid, reset codes, and see if the problem still exists….the 2nd shop did this and no problem existed after adding the brake fluid. But Crosby told me “the Brake computer is broken, 100% sure” and wanted to fix the car by replacing the working-fine-computer for $2,500. COMPLETE 100% RIP OFF – HE HAD TO KNOW HE WAS RIPPING ME OFF. Crosby also indicated I had broken Transmission computer due to a computer code that came up. He wanted another $2,000 to replace the transmission computer. But after resetting the codes, the error code never came back – best bet was to do just what I did – reset code and wait to see if an issue ever appears again before shelling out $2,000 for a fine-working-computer. All in All – Crosby wanted $4,500 to fix a car that needed 3 ounces of brake fluid. If you have too much money and are looking for a way to get rid of it then Crosby can help – if you want your car fixed without getting RIPPED OFF then don’t go there!

I took my car in Wednesday afternoon for its second prepaid oil change.I got a call from Mark 30 minutes later stating,we got a problem. I wont go into details now pending the final outcome of this problem.But I waited all day yesterday expecting a phone call telling me my car was ready.At 4:50 I called them and learned nothing had been done concerning this problem so for the second night I was without a vehicle . Remember I took my car in for an OIL CHANGE. So far I am not impressed but that could all change today depending on thier actions.Its one of those do the right thing and heres the opportunity so we will see.I will follow up with final outcome after I actually get my car bk.
