David the driver who came to pick up my car was very professional and quick.. Also he kinda looks like Jackie Chan!!!! And very reasonably priced..

I grew up with Johnny Silva but you know each other since elementary school actually towing company friendly courteous reasonable prices I recommend silver towing

They stole my 2001 Yukon in Curtner and Cannoas Garden in the light rail parking lot. I made a police report and the sheriff recover it and said if I could pick it up in 30 mins and I said no because the sheriff was talking to fast. So the towed it and they charge me $415 for two days and the Cadillac converter was stolen and they stole my brand new tires I just bought for $750.

I got a flat tire on NB 101/880 yesterday and Johnny came out and got me back on the road right away. He was so nice and made sure he put my safety first before he changed the tire for me. I would definitely recommend Silva Brothers Towing. They have rescued me on several occasions and are the only tow company I call anymore. PS - Give Johnny a raise!

Dispatch quotes me 60$, her name was Tish. the tow truck driver gets to my location he takes care of me no problem. Takes me to to the location no problem. When I get to the location he tells me that its $150. Blindsided and confused by the price especially it being $90 higher. When I called in to dispatch to try to dispute the charge and ask why its $90 higher than what they quoted me. They said they couldnt do anything about it and that the driver made up the price. I had the driver right in front of me and he said he doesnt make the price and I saw a text message from the dispatch telling them what to charge me. Overall very sketchy experience dont recommend anybody!

Very rude driver. Cant believe someone like that is employed with your company. Never have I seen a driver try to pick a fight with surrounding business employees.This happened today on S Winchester next to the RV Cloud Business. Poor ladies that had to deal with this guy. You better seriously consider who you have out here representing your company.

Had Silva tow come out and tow my dodge and the driver Johnny was very professional and definitely knows what hes doing hes kind hearted and quick and put my safety first he definitely knows the Definition of Customer service I will not have my family or friends use any other tow company the price was very reasonable for 130 in the morning! 5 stars all the way this guy needs a raise!

The tow got to me fast, driver was helpful, lil pricey though. Cost me 175 to tow 5 miles

They have excellent customer service support and the tow truck driver Johnny was excellent. He asked if there was any special instructions for my car that he needs to know for the drop off. He did the job and his ETA was on point. I will definitely recommend and use them again.

If you get Johnny you scored. Not only is this guy good at what he does, his positive and outgoing demeanor and attitude really helped destress my situation after my solo vehicle accident. He took a risk and got my car into the driveway at my house as needed/requested. Very complicated maneuver and he was more than willing, and knocked it out! He was very helpful and knowledgable and if I ever need a tow service again, Ill be giving him a call for sure.

The tow truck came much earlier than the estimated arrival time. The driver, Johnny, was a sweetheart, courteous, thoughtful, respectful, friendly, and efficient. Its stressful and distressing when your car breaks down and you have to call for a tow, and Silva Bros got us home safely and quickly.

My daughter had a problem with her car and it needed to be towed to the dealership. After being on hold a couple of times they agreed to tow the car for $250. Not knowing the area but it is San Jose, I agreed and they did the job. Unfortunately, I was informed after the fact from the University to the dealership was only 12 miles !!!!!!! The dealer gave me another company for future reference. I feel they took advantage of someone not from the area. Let this be a lesson to all San Jose students you will get taken advantage of from Silva Bros. Towing.

Very tremendous service very fast and on time I had two flat tires on my 04 Trail Blazer and if you know Trail Blazers that’s insane weight the driver Johnny came in less then 20 mins from when I called them and he change both tires in 10 mins great customer service I highly recommend this tow company

Fast, fast, fast the driver johnny was johnny on the spot, respectful, careful and friendly and the price was right as well.

The driver for one of these tow trucks was extremely rude and said he “will raise the rates”. For starters i am a security guard i asked him not to park on our property because we are not public parking and he was also blocking a exit many cars almost crashed into the truck or hit someone else due to his ignorance. The license plate is 69042G1 he was parked for over a hour on 5/17/18.
