Our fridge completely stopped working this morning. After many failed attempts at self-repair, we called Hertz Appliances after finding them on Google. They arrived in two hours- which is unbelievable. Russell helped us, and it was clear he was very knowledgeable in working with appliances. Our fridge is in perfect condition now. The customer service, quality of work, and price is superb. We will not hesitate to call them from now on.

Lucie and Russell are awesome! We had a problem with our LG refrigerator on a Saturday and after trying to call 4-5 other companies, I found Hertz Appliance Repair through yelp. Unfortunately, none of the other companies were able to come until Monday or Tuesday and it was hard for us to manage without a refrigerator until then. Lucie immediately answered my call and arranged for a technician to come over on a Sunday morning! She was also clear upfront about the service charge (the lowest that a company had quoted for me among the 4-5 I had called). Russell was at our home within the specified time window and was very professional, polite and most importantly knew his job. He diagnosed the problem, explained what he was going to do and gave us a quote for the price. He had the part in his van and within 15 minutes he fixed our refrigerator. He also gave us a 6 months guarantee on parts and labor. Russell also cleaned the refrigerator coils and patiently answered questions we had on whether and how we could prevent the problem in the future, what brands hed recommend for different appliances should we have to purchase something. I was very pleased with how fast Hertz was able to come to my home. The repairman was polite and respectful. An estimate was given and parts were ordered and two days later (a holiday weekend help up parts) he was back to put my Maytag back in order. I searched around a bit to compare prices and they were very reasonable. I looked at a YouTube video on the repair and it was so far over my head and required special tools and made be appreciate this guys skill.I have recommended Hertz Appliance repairs to my friends and will continue to do so.

Very pleased with recent warranty work. Refrigerator issue was quickly diagnosed and inexpensive fixed. The technician Russell also advised how to use warranty to get any major issues fixed. Great experience overall!

Russell showed up to address a really really bad noise with our double oven. He spent time listening, doing some testing and then identified a solution to fix. He was polite, knowledgeable and very polite. Although I do not expect / want to have to call for other appliance repairs - Russell is at the top of the list when / if I do. I was very pleased with the service....he even sends a text when on his way so you can be alert and do not miss the door bell.

It can be overwhelming to try a find a good appliance repair person, especially one who will give you a fair price up front. I was very fortunate to find Hertz (Russell): I choose him because he gave me the full price beforehand-- I didnt want to hassle with someone who gave me a cheap price to come out but ended up charging a fortune after he diagnosed the problem. Our refrigerator was leaking water from the bottom freezer drawer onto our hardwood floor. Russell responded within an hour of us calling Hertz Appliance Repair and fixed the problem quickly. My 20 year old refrigerator was not getting cold enough, so I called Hertz on Thurs. a.m., 12/13 to request a repairman. Within an hour or so, Derrick arrived and diagnosed the problem as a worn out compressor. He left to purchase the part that he needed, returned shortly, and by noon he had installed the new part, returned food to the refrigerator, handed me a reasonable bill, and departed.Derrick was excellent, and I highly recommend Hertz for appliance repairs.

A few months ago, our washer had a serious drainage problem. When I called Hertz appliance Repair, the clerk was able to immediately aim at a worker who happened to be in our neighborhood fixing another clients washer. The worker could show up and figure out the problem quickly and charge reasonably. We like it.

Our dryer stopped drying last night so we called Hertz this morning. Russell was able to get to the house today and on time with a text message saying when he was on his way. Within minutes of arriving, he had diagnosed the problem, got parts from his truck and had things going again. Quick and easy. Costs seemed reasonable. Highly recommend.

I called several campany desperately for air condition repair. The response I was getting was very discouraging. Some told me the earliest they can be there is in two week. I almost gave. However on my last call hertz appliances responded. They came to my house after two hours of my call. With in an hour My Ac was working. The price was very reasonable. Hz Appliance Repair was excellent. They fixed my GE freezer and refrigerator which had a broken motor. Another company had previously come out and could not fix it. The technician Ross was excellent! He was friendly, very responsive and knowledgeable. When we called he came out the same day. He got the part required and replaced it immediately with no problem. I will be calling them in the future again if have any other problems. Great service!
