I was able to schedule a service appointment within a few days of when I called, and they were friendly and organized. I got an appointment reminder via email. Richard arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of the washer to diagnose what the issue was. The service call fee was also reasonable. I would call them again for appliance repair.

Professional, thorough, and polite. My teenager thought it would be great idea to pry open the locking mechanism on our washing machine thus breaking it. The washer was also sounding like a freight train on the spin cycle. Richard took it apart, fixed the bearings, and basically refurbished the entire device. He was professional, thorough, and polite. I put his contact information all throughout the house so we can easily call him if ever needed again.

If there’s an award for someone who depends on electrical appliances for everything, I will definitely win it. I got one of the biggest shocks of my life last week when my darling washing machine ditched me. All the water was there on the floor and there were strange noises. I was so worried. Our Genie Profile refrigerator/freezer had a leak and a big iceberg was building up in our freezer and we could not shut the door. Richard came right out, immediately diagnosed the problem and quoted me a fair price and stuck to it even though I think the job was a little more difficult that what he thought it would be.
