Art Appliance responded quickly to my call and was able to diagnose, order needed parts and repair my high-end refrigerator in two days. Every specialty repair company I called could not schedule me for a week or more to diagnose the problem. I really appreciate Art’s willingness to work with me and make my repair a priority. Best technician for LG refrigerator ~~My LG refrigeration was out of order last week and contacted LG service center by calling the number I can find in the refrigerator. The service center told me if this problem is due to compressor, it would be free of charge to fix including labor charge. They picked Art appliance Repair to fix my refrigerator . He came to visit my place next day, and found the problem was compressor. He ordered the part, and today, he came back with the part to fix it. It took around 40 mins and he even clean all the dirt remained on the ground. YES, all fix was free of charge. He explained how to maintain this refrigerator to use without any problem in the future. He was very kind, professional and punctual. Under this SIP period, thanks to fix he issue on time. I and my family are very happy on the result now :) Hope you can keep this business forever. ~~

We have a Viking professional series gas stove top that cannot ignite. The first time we had a technician trying to fix, but failed, and told us that the part is discontinued (which is wrong). This time, based on google and yelp the reviews, I found Art Appliance. I made an inquiry online on 1/16/2020, got call back within 10min; scheduled on site checkup two days later. On 1/18/2020 the owner came on time. They identify the issue quickly and the BIG plus is that they had the part on hand(no need to order). They replaced the ignite device in 15min. They also fixed the messed up wiring (caused by previous technician). Everything is done within an hour. We appreciated their smart and efficient work, and thanks for sharing some maintenance tips with us. I highly recommend them to everyone.

My LG refrigerator was out of order but the problem was solved very well. The service man was so friendly and professional. He scheduled the appointment as soon as possible and came to my house on time. Then, he diagnosed the problem quickly. The problem was a compressor problem and he start to fix it right away. He cleaned up every trash made from the repairing work after he fixed the refrigerator. He also provided me some tips to prevent the same problem happening again. My refrigerator works well now!

The day did not start off well - as my refrigerator/freezer “cried for help”.I called Art Appliance Repair in San Jose and spoke to the owner Atoor.He said he could come by this afternoon.He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it right away.The icing on the cake was that he charged me a very fair price.He was cordial and professional and I clearly would use his services again if needed.

Couldnt be more happy. My refrigerator wasnt cooling and we called Art at 730pm on a Monday night. He was there within an hour and fixed the fridge quickly. There were two small electrical parts that needed replaced and the charge was reasonable. Art warned that other contractors would up sell the job by replacing a perfectly good compressor and I could believe it. How would I know? I would definitely call him again.

We had an issue with our LG gas range. In one of the burners the flame was going out with gas still on. Art came, cleaned it up, identified a problem with the base burner, ordered a new one and replaced it when it came in. Now it works perfectly. Thanks Art!.

I called Tuesday morning and Art arrived in 30-min! He quickly diagnosed the issue with my Sub-Zero fridge and made the repairs in 30-min. He *could* have told me the compressor was bad, but being the honest man he is, replaced a faulty relay! Wow!

I have had Art over to my house several times now to fix my ice maker in my Kitchenaid refrigerator, my Bosch Washing machine twice for 2 different reasons, my Kitchenaid double ovens and my Bosch dishwasher. There is a reason I keep calling the same person to fix all my appliances. First and foremost because he has the knowledge and ability to fix a wide variety of appliances. Second, he is very responsive. Half the time he was able to come over same day and always within 24 hours. Lastly, he is fair and reasonably priced. Add those up and he is the only person I call for my appliance repairs and as a real estate agent, the only person I refer to my clients for their appliance repair needs.

Great experience with Art Appliance Repair. I called for service on a Saturday at 11:30 to fix my gas oven, he said he will be able to come to our house between 4 and 6 p.m. and He arrived before 6. He fixed the oven w/in 45 minutes.

So at first I read all of the reviews and thought to myself theres no way Art can really be this good. Let me tell you it is all true. My scepticism was quickly gone once I first met Art. He knew exactly what he was doing, diagnosed the problem to the igniter literally in 10 min or less. Art went to get the part from his truck and changed the part in an hour. Im sure he would have been done faster if it were not for the oven being stubborn with rusted screws. Art was very professional, nice and cleaned up after he was done. If I have any other repairs in the future I will certainly cal Art again.

These guys came out on a cold rainy night and within minutes my Bosch dishwasher was working again. It may not seem like a big emergency to some people but in our house with 3 teenagers, we need our dishwasher! Dont pay attention to Yelp! These guys are smart and follow-through.

After a recent power outage, my 10-year old GE Monogram was no longer able to hold the temperature to the target settings. So I made a request from the internet and Art promised to come up around 9:30AM 2 days later, and he did show up, with a Freon meter and backpack on shoulder at my doorway. The first diagnostic was Freon leak since the pressure was low. I was offered 2 options: (A) change the evaporator and (B) fill up new Freon. So I picked the “quick and dirty” option B with half of the cost than A. But after service B, a new problem popped out (and quickly identified) the Freon circulation was jammed. So Art did some additional cleanup and finally everything was working fine as promised. The best part of my experience was the feeling of dependable (or trust if it’s not too strong). I did have an issue of writer dripping from the copper pipe looping back to the compressor so I texted Art, and as always, Art showed up at 9:30AM 2 days later. I was again given 2 options: (A1) release some Freon or (B1) put a vessel under the dripping pipe. I again picked option B because it’s “quick and dirty”. The dripping water was because my Freon looping back pipe was too cold, which is a positive sign to me.

Art was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, quick and his visit was a very pleasant experience and not a financial disaster for me either.

ART did a wonderful job on our SubZero refrigerator, and was so knowledgeable we brought up two other problems which he also easily fixed, and at a good price. The high-end fridges came with the house and when I went through the manufacturer to get their approved service guys out, all those guys wanted to do was sell me a new model! Completely unhelpful. Art diagnosed the problems quickly, explained them plainly, quote a price he stuck to, and fixed them. I was missing a part on the broken icemaker and he even fabricated a replacement piece rather than insisting we re-order the whole mechanism. Very very pleased.

The Best Service Provider Ive ever seen.

Art came though in the clutch when all other companies did not. My freezer broke down and I had all my 2 year olds food (who’s on a special diet) in there. I couldn’t get anyone to come and all said not until Tuesday (it’s saturday)!!!!! No one cared, Art changed his schedule around and made it happen!!!! This guy seriously saved us today!!!!

The worst service I have ever got, no knowledge at all about Viking refrigerators, spent less than 5 minutes diagnosis then asking for thousands of dollars to fix compressor and turned out the compressor is perfectly fine, I would definitely not recommend him.
