This guy is the best! Fixed our oven and refrigerator. When the repaired Refrigerator wasnt making ice, he came right out and discovered the temp in the freezer was wrong, based on the former condition before repair. Simple adjustment but he checked his work anyway. Joyo covers all the bases and is informative regarding the problem and the fix. I would recommend him for all appliance repair needs. This guy is tops.

Loved everything about our experience with Joyo! Our refrigerator went out one week and the next week our dryer went out so Joyo was out to our home twice in two weeks. He was quick to respond, very friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done. Prices were fair and I didnt feel that he tried to sell me on anything we didnt need. There was so much wrong with our fridge that we decided to purchase a new one as it is probably about 10 years old. We were able to confidently make that decision with the help of Joyo to weigh the pros and cons. I made the appointment over the phone and from there he was always communicative of his timing for our upcoming appointment. The morning of, he sent me a text reminder of his arrival time and ultimately showed up on the dot. Not only did he got the job done in a timely fashion, he made sure that we were educated in the adjustment of our stainless steel freezer panel and fully satisfied with his work before cleaning up after himself and leaving. Great Customer service is something that is hard to find. I was amazed at the level of customer service they offer. I was called on a Friday to schedule an appointment and they came the next day on a Saturday! When we had a separate issue, they came on Sunday to fix it. First they fix my Viking Refrigerator and j will never use another company to fix my appliances!

I am very glad to find Joy Appliance Repair. Joyo is very knowledgeable, police and professional and his price is reasonable. He arrived on time for each repair. One time, my Fisher & Paykel refrigerator is not working. He told me upfront it is not worth repairing. Save me some money to buy a new one.Another time he came to change my Daycar Stove top igniter, He carefully took everything apart and replaced all the parts. it works beautifully now.

Our refrigerator went out on Sunday after the PG&E outage. We called several places but none were opened. We were lucky that Joyo picked up our call and came to our house right away to access the problem. Its determined that the computer board went bad and needed to be replaced.
