WORST PEDICURE EVER.The lady who did my nails, Lynn hurt me so much when taking out my ingrown that my toe has been INFECTED. It’s been 1.5+ weeks of pain. If you have an important week ahead of you, I would highly recommend not risking yourself pain when going to this salon.I’m also disappointed because even the evening and day after my pedicure, my feet were not cleaned properly like most pedicures do. In the last picture you can see my skin has recovered because I have been applying Vaseline and ointment at home.Her mani-pedis are quite expensive and definitely not worth this much pain and a doctor’s visit.

Sassy nail bar is super cute, very clean and nice an quiet! Totally relaxing!! I went in late afternoon/ evening and no one else was in there which was nice. All the girls were nice and friendly. I just got a pedicure and the girl was very nice and sweet. She did a great job and didnt rush through. She took her time and I love that! I know weekends they are usually booked up so call a head to make sure they have an opening. But I highly recommend this spot!!

Leslie is AMAZING at pedicures I was very pleased she took her time, made me feel amazing and made sure all my needs were taken care of. I’ve been seeing Lynn to get my nails done for almost two years now she’s the best with designs and ombré! Any picture you show her she will not only do it, but somehow make it look better then the original🤩 very cute salon, with comfortable pedicure chairs that massage. Very nice atmosphere!💘

Made an appointment for two pedicures and had no issues with rescheduling it to a later time in the day as my boyfriend and I were running late. This place was a little confusing to locate at first because their signage isnt the most visible from the road and its located in a rather sketchy looking lot. (Gun exchange right next door) Nonetheless, stepping inside their salon helps forget the dreary surroundings. Dont judge a book by its cover.Inside is a very clean and modern interior which was decorated pleasantly for the holidays with red Santa hats on the manicure chairs and a white Christmas tree complete with presents beneath it. The ladies were all very nice and it was fairly empty upon our arrival, with one lady finishing up a manicure on a client. Boyfriend and I were offered mimosas, orange and guava so we ended up choosing. A Hallmark-esque movie was playing on their TV and was conveniently directly across from the pedicure chairs. They have a small section of colors available too look at on the wall upon entry but they hand you a color palette where the rest of their selection is available.Onto the pedicure, they offered each of us a menu to choose from which kind of pedicure service wed like. Their pedicure prices are a tad higher than what Im accustomed to seeing, this from a New Yorker. Base pedicures over in my part of the country start at $15, Sassy Nail Bars base begins at $20 but includes a foot scrub and massage so I assume thats where the extra five bucks are taken into account. Not a major deal breaker, just note that pedicures begin at $20.Their pedicure stations include real arm chairs which are cozy but not my preferred kind of set up. Id rather the chair be attached to the tub rather than sliding around when trying to get in and out of the chair. My personal preferences aside, their chairs ARE comfortable and appeared clean and fresh with no detectable odors. The tubs are lined with plastic for sanitary purposes.My pedicurist was very soft spoken so it was hard to hear her at times. But she was very nice and took care of my feet. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our pedicures very much. He enjoyed the sugar scrub immensely. The environment is quite relaxing and I was left to dry on the chair for about 15 minutes after my pedicure was over. My pedicurist came back and sprayed my toes and I felt a bit ushered out of the door because I was not fully confident that my toenails were dry enough. Thats my only negative about this place. They were empty and I dont recall seeing a drying station so I wish I was allowed to stay a little longer. Although, I suppose I couldve just asked but with us being the only customers, it kind of felt awkward? Anyway, not a big deal, I still thoroughly enjoyed my first experience.Unfortunately, I cant speak about their other services as Im only visiting San Jose but if and when I do find myself in the area, Im more than comfortable returning here for any nail pampering I might require. I recommend checking them out– and treat yourself to a relaxing pedicure if nothing else!

My sister made an appointment for us last Friday, and I was a little sketched because of the parking lot. But the place is so cute and small and there were no other people there. It was very relaxing and I felt like they took their time too. I didnt feel rushed and they were super nice. Loved this place and will be returning when Im in the Bay Area.

Walk ins welcomed but they prefer appointments because they want to make sure you have enough time to relax. The ladies here are always sweet and take extra time to ensure that youre feeling pampered. There are lots of nail colors to choose from (usually I get so indecisive because of the different choices).The interior looks very clean and cute with comfy armchairs instead of the salon machines that you find in other places. They have complimentary drinks and a TV for you while you wait.

Fast and high quality work. Nice atmosphere, good prices. When another salon screwed up my nails, someone here saved them and theyve been my regular salon ever since.

Sassy nail bar provided great service during our Mani/pedi appointment. Our nails came out really pretty. The location was a little hard to spot, just look for the little table and chairs set out in front. I will most definitely be back!

Finally!!! Ive been searching for a nail salon for over a year here in San Jose and surrounding neighborhoods to no avail. From knicked cuticles, infection, laughable manicures and so much more, Ive seen it all.Finding myself looking through reviews again I land on Sassy Nail Bar. I say what the heck and set up an appointment. Yay, theyre open on Sunday and can fit me in for a gel manicure and adding a few tips as I had broken some nails. The salon is adorable and staff was friendly. Everything was clean and wonderful. Beverages were offered and you could tell they wanted their clients to be comfortable. Any who, one of the best manicures Ive ever gotten. She was a pro. Im looking forward to my next visit to try out their pedicure skills!

Open until 5 but they take last client at 4 which we discovered after driving 25 mins to get there. Not sure about the service but was super cute inside

I’ve been coming to this salon for months now. The people are lovely and the salon is very clean!

I will never come back or recommend this place to anyone. They have the worst customer service. I got my nails done and 5 days later 2 nails broke off. I called to get them fixed and when I made my appointment at 530 pm. I walked in at 5:33pm and the lady that answers the phone said to me I was late and I couldnt get them fixed. Since she already had her client sitting in the chair. I had my 21 month old with me and I told her it took me 3 min to get him out of the car and she said it didnt matter. The client that was already sitting there was nice enough to tell me its ok and she will wait for me since its only 2 nails that they were fixing. 3 days later I call to make an appointment for a full set and she picks up and says she has a 5 pm opening I say ok let me call you back in 5 ministes to check if I can get a baby sitter. I call back and she doesnt answer the phone . I called 5 times and no answer. These people are just really shady and not welcoming to begin with. Horrible service !
