Waited like 2 hours, and they charged me 80 dollars because they didn’t have the pink i showed in the picture, and used some powder for the pink like what? do you not have a pink nail polish anyways please listen to me and don’t go if you want to lose your money, also this was in quarantine, so it’s outside with some tent. horrible left me waiting 1 hour and only 2 people there

Be prepared to spend a lot of time and money here, no joke. One nail bling $20!Jen is always over an hour behind, which id unprofessional.Her pics on Instagram look so pretty but her work and nails cracks, lifts and last time there was a hair under the top coat of my $70 nail job.I wont be back.

I’ve come here twice and both times I’ve had pretty mediocre experiences.General info: Cash only; wait times are on average 30mins. ; manicure gel is baseline 30; ombré set is 45; powder is 40; full set 40The first time I went in to replace an acrylic set. That time, the technician used another plastic nail to remove my set which hurt a lot. I asked her to use acetone which she reluctantly did after I asked her 2 more times.Today I went in for a manicure gel. The technician used her own nail to push my cuticles back which was a first for me and not very impresionable. Overall my nails look ok but with a few air bubbles. I asked for foil and they charged me an extra $6 dollars for 4 nails.I think their prices are high for the sanitary aspect but it I one of the few places around here that offers powder and designs.

Unfortunate to say that the woman working here today is extremely Rude!!!

Young lady had an attitude before even doing my toes and was rough rude and not helpful. I will not be coming back. Customer service is mandatory and here you will not get that.

One of the worst nail experience I have ever had, lady was very rough & cut my pinky. My nails also look terrible, I barely noticed this right when I walked out five minutes ago.... looks like I need a fill already when I JUST got them done.

I just got a fill yesterday and my nails peeled. the lady said to come back if anything happened and she said she will fix them for free, so i went back to get them fix and i ended up getting some plain black and those came out beautifully, but the ones that i kept before, which were all powder glitter, PEELED AGAIN. i just got them 40 min ago TODAY.update: i changed my rating because i realized that they have fixed my nails three times for free.even tho i had to come back they didn’t give me any sass.all they did was say “how can i make it better for you” i just don’t recommend the black powder glitter.

I wanted to get my nails done, soI asked people I knew where they thought was a good place. I made an appointment at 4:30 and they attended me at around 4:50. They were very nice and fast. The lady who did my nails made them very nice. I had a few air bubbles but other than that they were fine.

Took off acrylic nails and put beautiful gel nails on

This was a fantastic experience!!! Everything related to K3 Nails & Spa is convenient - from the online appointment booking, to the lockers for my personal items, to the curated nail colors. I also love that my appointment time was respected. Ill just say that Ive had problems with that at many other salons in the past.

Fast service and good job. Unfortunately, they only take cash. Also, its a little more on the high side of prices - compared to other places Ive been that do a wonderful job.

The staff is so rude! Tried telling the lady what i wanted 3 times, but she kept talking louder to the lady sitting next to her! Also wasnt even a full pedicure they just cut my nails and polished them! Definitely wont be back.

Very unhappy. I wanted to have fell over my nails. Simple. The lady cut my natural nails down and didnt file. I was shocked by stubby jagged nails. I immediately complained and the manager said, she no cut nails, just take off gel. No. She said to come back later. No. Do not waste your time or money.

Went to get my nails done and everything was fine until they had to take the chair that I was sitting in away and I had to be on my knees while finishing up my nails. I guess they had to take my chair away.

Only 2 older asian ladies working here but the lady who did my feet was amazing. Took her time and was very gentle with my feet. Most people are rough but she was very kind

I got a pedicure and a new set, the pedicure was great. My nails are another story the tips are barely on my nails I have curved natural nails and the tips are not on the end of my nails they look like they are pointing at the ceiling . Oh and they only take cash!
