Quickwash is the best place to go to do your laundry. Its always clean. Jon-Jon and Jenny do a great job and service for us.

Best costumer service!! The place is always clean, there is always someone there to help out clean. They do wash and fold for a dollar a pound which considering cost of soap, fabric sheets, and the cost of machines itself sometimes makes way more since. You do of your clothes they weigh them out in front of you and you pay when you pick them up, they normally can have your laundry done within 1-2 hours but if not rushing can pick them up next day. I honestly dont take my clothes anywhere else Ive been coming here for 2 years now and unless someone comes cheaper with same or better service then Im a customer til they leave

Was afraid i would have parking issues but there are several to the side. Business provides quarters as all machines take coins. Washsoap can be purchased at counter and on machines. Neighborhood location. Temperature not too hot inside which is a plus because of the mask requirement. Provides wash and fold service that i did not use. All front load machines most are operational.

My dryer broke. Need a local place to do my laundry. Convenient and cheap

The gentlemen who runs the place is great. Dont go to Laundromat on 10th and Williams place is. A dump new owners every other month. Pooooor customer service surprised they are. Still open. Come to quickwash clean. And friendly

There are lots of washers and dryers, with the washers being different sizes and speeds so pay attention to which unit you use (higher cost means a larger load size or faster speed).4 stars because the washers take coins but the dryers use laundry cards. However, its good because theres a change machine that worked with my $1 bills and on a $20 bill. They also have detergent (liquids, powders, and pods) and dryer sheets for sale. The male worker was nice and helpful when I was investigating the dryer.

Lots of washers with many different size options. Dryers are hot. I like they do not use coins but you load a card and then get the difference back. No more lugging around quarters. Disappointed at how many machines were broken but plenty others to work with. Gentleman at the counter was very nice and quite helpful when i had a question. Location is close to places to eat so nice to be able to leave and return.

I love this place, the workers are very nice and helpful. Different size Machines are there and they will help u with washing and paying. Free wifi the password is very funny lol don’t be scared.

I just did a video review about this place and let me tell you go here just go here drop off your laundry and roll yes the parking is a little limited the only have like four or five spaces but Im telling you the best thing to do here to drop off your laundry and go and Ill tell you why its only $1 a pound no joke last washes at 9:30 so remember that also the folks are really really super cool about it and theres actually a real person here thats actually on site so youre really safe if thats a problem for you. Seriously the future is going to be having your laundry done for you Im telling you it will be one less thing for women to do aint that great feminism totally works in mysterious ways. Thank you feminism for showing men not doing common household chores like laundry is oppressive and horrible. Lol

Best customer service ever. They will help you at anytime. They dont recommend the most expensive washer they recommend the best one for the amount of clothes you have. One time I was given free fabric softener! Stand up people

Warning !!no warm wash or clean clothesDeliberately Deceptive Business!!Poor equipment &poor spiritPositive = near House of BagelsThe machines wash in cold water... what are you paying for?!When I tried to get warm water in a cup to rinse soap from the chute into the machine I was verbally attacked by the staff (I assume for discovering the lack of hot water)Separate visit: (because they are across the street from a good bagel shop)When the machine ran it still had soap in the window while rinsing and spinning. I showed the staff. The kept saying the machine is not broken. I asked for them to run the rinse cycle again. They wanted me to call the manager/ owner. They refused to resolve the problem.I guess the people who drop off clothes to wash never discover that the machines and the building have no hot water..

My third visit, was less than satisfactory.. First I was told the 4.00 dollar machines took quarters. ( My mistake). Then the 4.00 dollar machine didnt wrong out all the water from my clothes, I was told I put to much soap...? So the little young lady, proceeded to ask me if I wanted to put a dollar in each.. Without thinking I said yes.. Seeing itd probably take that much to dry, my usually 2.25 wash load. And .75 dry time.. She didnt even offer or give me an extra quarter to help dry what their machine didnt.. Ugh, what usually cost me 3.00 dollars at the most is costing 6. Plus dollars.Be careful what you do here, everything is misleading..

The place had great potential but the less than friendly service is enough to make you want to go elsewhere. I accidentally put tokens in a machine that was broken but was not marked as such. When I had asked the clerk to help me or, maybe just switch the machines she went on to say that I shouldve looked before [I] put my money in. looked for what? I dont know. The machine was not marked broken. I went and asked if I could put a sticky note on it so others know not make the same mistake I did and she continued telling me I should have looked. If I wasnt broke and living in my van I would have easily parted with the four dollars and went elsewhere.

Expensive dryers, just a average place nothing extra.. Staff not rude but definitely not on the friendly side... Coin machine doesnt work so they chang bills manually, i asked if i could exchange 1.00 in change for 4 quarters but i was quickly answered with a sharp NO! No explanation or apology.

Been washing here on and off since 2010 still a great place plenty of washers when I go I’m here no longer than 60-90 minutes I like the cash cards keeps everything less cluttered

I absolutly LOVE this place! The staff here have ALWAYS been super friendly and go out of thier way to help. This is THE BEST LAUNDROMAT. In all of san jose in my opinion!! I will continue to wash here as long as they are open!!!!

This is my place of choice when it comes to wash and dry. I do my own laundry here. Its fast, a good clean, and not overly priced. Also, they have free wifi for customers.

The best laundromat in San Jose

First of all. This is a card/coin operated laundry. I was on my way to the Sharks game and I had my laundry in the car, so I found this place on my Nav. The lady was very helpful to me when I put my laundry in the card machines by mistake. She also helped me move my laundry into the other machines (these included my pads and any blader, boarder or biker knows the smell alone can kill anyone). Any who, the machines were as expected and Tiffany was friendly and helpful. I

Used their wash and fold service. Im not big on scents and perfumes but I think laundry should smell clean. My laundry didnt smell like it was washed.

Nice friendly staff and uncrowded. I definitely will be coming back.

Our go-to laundry place!!Tip: use the side loading washing machines on the left side of place. Side loaders wash more thoroughly imo but depending on which cycle you choose- faster too! Only 28 minutes for a normal wash. Then you can use the dryers that are on the side wall without having to lug your clothes that far.-Depending on how much you put in the dryer, it takes at least 28 min for my stuff to dry. Dryers take their card, not coins.-Another tip & should without saying but make sure you pay attention to each machine and what payment method they accept. I loaded my washers and thought I could pay with card but they were coin only machines =_= nbd, you can just ask for change at the counter.-My routine was to go early in the morning. It can be a hit or miss cuz others have the same plan. One time it was actually more busy at 8/9am than it was at 10am.-There’s a parking lot right behind it along 10th street.-Put in your laundry then head to HoBags!

Downgrading my rating as there is not even the possibility of having heat at this location since the area where the wall reaches the roof at the storefront is completely open to the outside. Never noticed this since it is so high up.

Plenty of machines, low cost and very helpful, friendly staff.

Dropped off laundry and it was clean when they said it would be, however the clothes were not particularly clean. You could still see the spots on a pair of jeans I had spilled some gravy on thh night before.

Attendants are friendly and helpful. Card system for machines works well.

I agree with others that this place has some growing issues. It is in need of a remodeling or something. Generally it gets your clothes cleaned and does the job, yet this laundry mat is starting to show its age.
