If there was a “ZERO” star rating, that would be my choice. A “crew” was suppose to show up but only ONE PERSON came and spent 6 hours “cleaning” our home.He did not clean cobwebs from crown molding, or the base boards said he could not clean ceiling fan because he didn’t have a ladder (who comes to clean a house and doesn’t bring a ladder?!)! He must have used dirty WATER, not a “cleaning solution” on our floors, and did not wipe down walls. When I asked if they wipe walls he said, “No. if we did that we’d be here all day.” I’m talking about cobwebs from where the tv was and behind certain furniture. Nope!When he was finally done, he said that he never quoted a price, but they list standard pricing on their website AND he charged AN EXTRA $40 for “dog hair”! We have a 5 pound teacup chihuahua... DIF HAIR?The only thing I saw him actually cleaning were our windows from the inside only, and even those didn’t come clean!Streaks and missed spots on our mirrors. Streaks all over our stainless appliances and did not wipe cupboard shelves in the kitchen!Stay far, far, FAR away from these guys. We got so ripped off for, I’m still mad about it and it was 24 hours ago!

When i called this company, recommended by someone, i was shocked by how they answered the phone. I explained im calling because i heard great things about this company and wanted to use their service. After a conversation that didnt go anywhere, we disconnected. He called back right after now realizing what i was saying so we set an appointment up for a deep clean and carpet cleaning.He didnt accept credit cards, so please check check on his more recent payment options. It might have changed.I wasnt there to check the house after but we had someone else and they said it looked good like brand new. They didnt do the carpet cleaning as agreed to though so that was a bit irritating because we had to then find a last minute carpet cleaner before our move out date 2 days after.The day before he said he calls to confirm, but it was getting late the day before and he didnt confirm yet so i reached out and we were confirmed.Overall, the customer service is alright. If you were to decide on using them, just be aware of the attitude like others have spoken on. Their cleaning seemed good which is the point of going with them, and i would double check everything is understood in terms.

BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE EVER!THESE GUYS ARE SCAM! They went into a property did the cleaning the worst job a cleaning company in my experience have every DONE! At a glance the job was good but once we looked closely there were still grease everywhere in the kitchen. The counters still had little hairs from the cleaners left behind. They did a basic wipe down and that was pretty much it. We paid them as promise because we saw that the job was decent but as we took a deeper look, a basic wipe down was at best on what they did! I gave them the opportunity to come back to make it right but the owner/phone guy told me that I was basically lying. Pictures do not lie. There are more but these tell the story. Business is business like what the owner said.....so heres to your business karma going forward.Just dont use them ever!

The gentleman who take the calls has serious emotional issues, he is rude,short on the phone, get defensive if you ask ANY questions.. and I am a returning customer. They use Zillow to determine the size of the property, I explained that the lower street facing room is a retail space (The property is a live work loft and the retail unit would not be cleaned.. this guy Terrace lost his SH!TI literally got the no soup for you deal from him.I could have had my wife call and book the appointment after all cleaning companies are a dime a dozen and I see no reason to do business with someone this unprofessional.The workers did good work last time I hired them but this Terrance is terrible.

Avoid this guy at all cost. He does not know how to treat customers professionally. I wish business like this are marked as extremely rude in google and yelp.If you look at all the replies from the owner, it is done within an hour while those reviews are from a year ago. How can the business owner remember everything from a year ago? All the replies are fake and made up to attack people.

Hello all: Headed out to work this morning, but I wanted to give a BIG thumbs to All Move Cleaning Services for the outstanding cleaning job they did on our townhome Sunday. (12/1/2019) These guys did an unbelievable cleaning job on the whole house, but I definitely want to point out the work they did in our bathrooms. We had a pretty nasty mold and mildew area on the shower walls and around the toilet, they clean it so well that we couldnt even tell anything was ever there. These guys are AWESOME and well be using them again next month to clean our rental home in Santa Clara. Thanks All Move Cleaning for a job well done !

We thanked our lucky stars for the same day service this company provided. We had to be out of our rental home by 1pm yesterday, we called at 7am, they were at our place cleaning by 8.30am. They cleaned our home from top to bottom in 3 1/2 hours. Great cleaning service, we recommend these guys to everyone.A Big Thumbs up !

We just had these guys clean our rental town home here in San Jose last Tuesday and I must say I was very impressed. We asked that they send all women cleaners,but they sent two women and a guy. Im sooooo thankful that they sent a guy cleaner, because he was willing to clean one of the bathrooms that neither one of the women would clean. The next time we use them I may ask all guys, this guy cleaned just as good or better than the ladies. Once they finished with the kitchen it seemed as the whole house had received a face lift, yes it look that good. Choose these guys if you want a 5 star deep cleaning

Excellent, excellent, excellent house cleaning service. This was the 2nd time weve used this company in the last 4 years and we received the same great results each time. What I loved most about the cleaning is the attention to detail. Simply the best cleaners

All I could see were purple shirts once they arrived. Maria and the ladies performed a pre walk through of my home to see what my concerns were as far as cleaning.They started in the back of my home cleaned it spotless from back to front. I didnt know they going to clean the sliding glass inside and out,but they did. All in all, I would RECOMMEND All Move Cleaning to everyone looking for a move out or move in house cleaning.

I called to get a quote on move out cleaning. The guy who answered the phone was very unprofessional. I did not like the way he was speaking to me so I disconnected the call. He immediately called me back and left a voicemail and texted me saying that I was “CHEAP, broke, NASTY” amongst other things. Do not use this service!

Just talked to this guy. What a jerk. Very very rude! I can’t even believe the way he spoke to me and all I did was call for services. He even hung up on me. What a horrible experience. Wanted to call him back and give him a piece of my mind but I didn’t. No class what so ever. Terrible way to run a business. Would give no starts if I could.

No-showedI called after I saw their Craigslist add for same day service if you call before 3:00pm. I called around 1:30pm. They told me they would be here around 3/3:30pm. They called back and asked if they could come tomorrow instead. I said no because I wouldnt be available. They said they would still come today but would be a little late. I said that was fine. I waited until 5 and called back. They didnt answer the phone. I texted and they replied that they cant come today. I wasted a day waiting for them when I could have gotten a different service and other things done. The man I spoke to on the phone was also very rude. I only contacted them because of their offer of same day service.

Worst cleaning service, you need to watch what they tell. The guy is rude as well

My wife contacted this company about there services the gentleman who answered the phone was very rude my wife was simply asking questions about what they do because she was interested in getting work done and he got angry was laughing at her and hung up on her I’m also a business owner and I would never treat a customer like this horrible people and business skills don’t call this company find someone else
