A year ago, I bought a Groupon allowing me to test drive a couple of fitness places in my area. I was recovering from a health issue and was looking for something to energize me. I liked My Fitness Boot Camp set-up, very motivating and challenging. It was exactly what I was needing. It was a slow beginning but I got quickly hooked and love the great feeling after a session. After a couple a weeks I was able to see a difference in my body and particularly the extra energy I started to have. Danny and is team are great to work with. They know how to challenge you, encourage you regardless of your fitness level. I highly recommend My Fitness Boot Camp!
I absolutely love My Fitness Boot Camp! The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable; the workouts are diversified and challenging; and the clientele is dedicated and motivating. I had a regimented workout schedule prior to signing up, but I decided to try something new and now I am addicted!!! The instructors have never want me to stop or quit. They have always had the power to push on me only a little more and to study my limits. I highly recommend My Fitness Boot Camp. The instructors are great and highly motivating! The workouts are always challenging and the classes are different each day, targeting different areas (arms, abs, legs, cardio, etc). There are also many class times to choose from which is extremely important for my work schedule. It is a fun group atmosphere that keeps you wanting to come back for more.
I was introduced to My Fitness Boot Camp with a Living Social coupon and was hooked! Attending each session is a challenge and no 2 classes are repeated. Danny and his Team are great to work with encourage everybody to push themselves to the best of their ability. I highly encourage everybody to try this Boot Camp class!
I started tested drove boot camp with a groupon offer and have not looked back. As a middler, no one ever told me the benefits of lean muscle and the importance for woman as we begin to age. The results from BC have been amazing! I am much stronger and my agility as improve more than 100%. The workouts are fantastic and always challenge me. Coach Danny and Lucas are the best. Come to boot camp.
I first started my fitness boot camp through a groupon. And after the first session I fell in love. Danny is a great motivator and coach. The exercises were always different and he made it fun while he was kicking my behind. I left feeling sore and accomplished and couldnt wait to go back and do it again the next day. My husband and I bought a Groupon to see what bootcamp was all about. I have a membership to a traditional gym and often get bored of my workouts and end up not going. My initial thoughts were Holy Cow...what did I get myself into! Keep in mind, I was not exercising regularly. Danny was great in that he offered us some personal training with him first before we dove into the class. It has been great since - hard- but very rewarding as Im toning up and seeing great results! Ive also had a prior knee injury and wrist issues but Danny helps me modify and tailor the exercises to what I can do. I also like that there is such a variety of different circuits that you never get bored! I highly recommend My Fitness if you are looking to get healthy!
I was first introduced to My Fitness through a friend who had a Groupon. I didn’t even know this kind of gym/bootcamp existed except for something like CrossFit. I’ve always belonged to big gyms but mostly gone to the fitness classes. I like being able to have the accountability of a class time as well as the support from others in the class. I still belong to a big gym but I wasn’t happy with my results and the repetitiveness of the classes, so this opportunity to try something different was well timed.I love the diversity of equipment and exercises that we do in class. Each class is completely different, yet I am getting such a great overall body workout each time. I am sore after every class and I like that because I know I am making progress. I love this! I have more energy, feel great and look toned and shapely in my clothes. The other reason I love this is because I know this will stick with me long term. Not like going on a diet, loosing 5 pounds and then gaining it back in 1 week. Converting fat to muscle takes a lot longer to reverse!In the first 8 weeks of Danny’s bootcamps I converted 6 pounds of fat to 7 pounds of muscle. It has now been 9 months and I am continuing to stay fit. I have never been able to show those results without seriously dieting before. I have modified my diet and tried to eat cleaner but that is the hardest part for me. I was surprised I could see those kinds of results from mainly hard work in class.If you are looking for a personal training type of experience, but don’t want to pay personal training rates, try this class out. Im so glad that I found MyFitness Bootcamp - Its the first time Ive ever found group exercise classes that work for me. Multiple classes, morning and night, make it so that I can still fit exercise into my crazy schedule. Both Danny and Lucas create great workouts every day building strength, flexibility and endurance - and they make them fun. Thanks to Bootcamp Im in great shape and have managed to break my previous PRs in 1/2 Marathon and cycling events.
I started going to My Fitness as part of a 6-week groupon deal and quite honestly I didnt think I would like it. The word Bootcamp is scary in itself, but I forced myself to at least test it out. I have tried out so many gyms, studios and group classes previously and now 8 months later, I go to My Fitness Bootcamp about 4-5 times a week, feel great and I am ADDICTED!Why you might ask? Ill list them for you::1) Danny and/or Lucas will do a body assessment before your first workout session so through time you can see your results in numbers and percentages.2) Danny and Lucas workouts are never the same and I get a full work out every time I attend a class. I used to go to the gym but got bored with the same workout routines and soon unmotivated to workout.3) The trainers really know your capabilities and limits and will push you to it. Although youll hate them for it, at the end of the day, youll feel the difference and will be glad they did. On another side, you are the only one that knows your body, and what I love most about Bootcamp is that, if you feel that you have reached your limit for that circuit, take a breather. Everyone has different days, just let Danny or Lucas know and they can even modify the workout for you!4) My Fitness Bootcamp are group classes. And I love that there are different types of people, ages, and sizes that attend the classes. Everyone is friendly and helps/motivates one another when workout out and It feels great!5) Lastly, I love the amount of classes that are offered throughout the week! I work in an industry where my schedule is NOT Monday through Friday, 9-5, and I love that I can plan my workout hours around my schedule!All in all, its a pretty great place to workout. Im sad it has taken me so long to find a place where I am motivate to work out, love it, and feel great, but Im sure glad I did. Thank you My Fitness!
I highly recommend this bootcamp for beginners, people who need a kick-start into getting into a fitness routine again, and even people who are fit and want to try some structured circuit training. I attribute this place to getting me back into a consistent fitness routine and reaching my strength goals.I found My Fitness through a groupon deal and did 6 weeks with a coworker of mine. I was the type of person who always had a gym membership somewhere but wasnt sure what I should be doing or if I was doing it right and ended up just doing some cardio and leaving feeling like I could have done something else. I wanted to focus on building my strength while keeping some cardio and these classes were perfect. I came in with a strong cardio base from endurance running, but I was still challenged cardio-wise because the exercises focused on both cardio and strength. I was also worried that I wouldnt be able to do exercises because I am petite and not very strong, but the instructors always offer alternate exercises that you can do (like an easy, medium, and hard level or something to do because you have a weak knee, bad wrist, etc.)I left after the groupon and tried the gym thing again, and found that I really missed the structure of bootcamp. For me to stay fit, I wanted to just be told what I should be doing without having to plan ahead myself. Plus, it was super fun to be a part of a small class with people you see regularly instead of going to the gym solo. The best part about it is that the deals that my fitness offers are really affordable and fit into my schedule pretty well. Ive definitely gotten much stronger and stayed lean over the 6+ months Ive been there since coming back. Theres a diet plan and you can get measured to track your progress and Ive seen lots of people lose weight/change their shape/get stronger over time - my brother and I included (who I dragged with me the time I came back and now he loves it too!)

This guy Danny helps me loss 40 lbs in 4 months! Yeah.. the bootcamp is something to look for when visiting My Fitness in San Jose California. Now i could wear my old jeans!
