David and Top Tier Roofing is top notch! After several quotes from other companys, we just felt Davids honest feedback and quote was the right fit. He was patient with us while we worked to have our solar panels removed. Once we secured the removal date, he worked with us on setting the install date. He and his crew were on time, respectful and thorough throughout the entire process. We saw David multiple times durning the installation and ensured all equipment and debris was cleaned up after the job was done. I’d recommend David and Top Tier Roofing again and again!!!

Our 60 year old single story home was in dire need of roof and gutter repair. We solicited bids from four contractors: three small businesses and one general contractor. The three small business contractors’ bids were quite close in price and estimated schedule. The general contractor’s bid was 50% higher in price and they estimated that the job could take up to two weeks to complete.We selected the bid from Top Tier based on how well David communicated. He spent the time to patiently listen to our questions and answer them. The bid from Top Tier was the most detailed with price options for various grades of shingles and had the gutter replacement listed separately. We had thought that our old patio cover would have to be removed in order to replace the gutters. David said that his crew could work around the patio cover. David estimated that the job could be completed in four days, including repair of dry rot and termite damage. The schedule was important to us because we needed to board our dogs for the duration of the job.David was able to start the job about a week after we signed the contract. The demolition crew showed up at 11 AM on a Monday. The demolition crew was particularly impressive. In less than eight hours they trimmed some overhanging tree limbs, removed two layers of old shingles and thousands of nails, removed the old gutters, and meticulously cleaned up all of the debris that had fallen into the yard and into the garage, leaving them significantly cleaner than before they arrived. All of the construction material was delivered the next day. All of the dry rot repair, new shingles, new sheet metal flashing and vent covers, and new gutters and downspouts were completed by 3 PM on Thursday. David thus beat his estimate by about a half of a day. David stopped by each day to inspect the progress and to ask if we had any concerns. It was a comfort to know we could have contacted David via his cell phone at any time if there had been any issue. As a bonus, David installed flashing between the new gutter and our old patio cover. As another bonus, David supplied and installed a spark arrestor/cover on our fireplace chimney.How does one rate a contractor who exceeds one’s most optimistic expectations? I contacted several roofing companies to get a quote for replacing our roof. My husband and I met with David, who is a genuinely nice person and extremely knowledgeable in his field. He took the time to inspect our roof and went over any questions that we had. In his quote, he provided several pricing dependent on the type of materials. His pricing was extremely fair and he was always in contact with us. Another reason we chose his company is because David is a very honest businessperson and he did not upsell us anything. During the roof installation, we either saw or spoke with him everyday. He also did some extra things for us without any charges. His respectful crew also did a great job in keeping our property clean. Our new roof looks amazing and we are grateful to have worked with David. We definitely recommend Top Tier Roofing! I just had a total roof replacement by Top Tier Roofing. I appreciated that Dave came to meet me in person. He gave me several options for the roof replacement and took his time to explain the differences, the advantages and disadvantages. He explained the process and this is exactly how it was done. The replacement was done VERY efficiently and without any problems. The crew was very friendly and polite. I am super happy with the result and can highly recommend Dave. If ever I need a roof again (which in the next 10-15 years I hope not to) or if I need some roof repair I will get it done by Top Tier Roofing.

We work with insurance companies, providing emergency services. We were called upon to do a tree removal after a tree had fallen on a house. After cleaning up, we were able to see the damage that was caused to the roof and gutters. Since we do not do roof repairs, we called a couple of roofing companies, and only Top Tier Roofing responded, and was able to come out right away. They were able to provide an estimate within a couple days, and after getting the insurance approval, they were able to start a few days later.They were easy to work with, and had great communication. I will use this company again, and I would recommend them for other jobs I may come across.

I looked up one day to see a cracked skylight. Not a good thing during this smoky time and with the rainy season on its way (hopefully). Reached out to a few companies for quotes, and decided to go with David at Top Tier Roofing. He gave me several options in his proposal, which I greatly appreciated. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, fully explaining the process and reasoning behind his suggestions, with pictures from my roof to show me what hes talking about. He and his crew came out to get the work done very quickly and efficiently. I have a concrete tile roof, and they even took the time to make sure to replace any visible tiles with good ones from elsewhere on the roof so that the roof still looks great (30 year old tile colors are impossible to match exactly) and any tiles that arent an exact match arent visible from ground level. The skylight and any cracked/damaged tiles have been replaced, the gutters cleaned and repaired and everything was cleaned up when they were done like theyd never even been here. Im so pleased with their work and will keep them in mind for recommendations and future work.
