Like the other reviews I read before the appointment, I am very happy with the result.We have simply accepted a fair and reasonable bid from Stephanie without countering it.Her crew were very good and friendly. They finished the whole house in half a day. Note that we have lots of windows in a big three-story house. Compared to the window cleaners we had before, they are much superior and efficient.My wife and I both had a couple of medical appointments at the same time. Stephanie volunteered to come with the crew to coordinate the work -- identify all the windows that need to be cleaned since she was the one initially coming to our house to do the free estimate. We really appreciate her extra help in our absence so we could go to our doctors appointments.They also fixed a couple of broken screen windows when they were here. That saved us a couple trips to the shop to drop off and pick up.I also appreciate their quick response after I called for an appointment. I definitely would hire them again and recommend them to my friends in the future.

Very pleased with the service that Diamonds Window Cleaning Provided. They came out to clean all of the house windows, tracks and screens as well as our roof and rain gutters. They were very responsive with an estimate (even on a holiday) and arrived with full PPE in light of COVID-19. My windows are old and they still managed to get them sparkling clean! We just had our windows washed by Diamond’s Window Cleaning Service. They did an incredible job!! We have a two story Tudor with some built in antique leaded and stained glass windows and a number of skylights. This is the best they have ever looked!! Josh, Rubin, and the third young man, (whose name escapes me) did a very thoroughjob, including tracks, screens and skylights. Not only that, they were punctual, courteous, and accommodating. These people are first class window cleaners from beginning to end. We got a quote back in minutes even though I contacted them late in the day. They came on time on our preferred day, wore booties in the house, did an incredibly thorough job and conducted themselves as friendly professionals.
