Green USA Cleaning LLC has been cleaning my house every other week for the past few months and always do such a wonderful job. The staff is super responsive and very professional. I truly trust them cleaning my home.

The job they did was amazing. Everything was extremely clean and you can tell they care. The buildup in the corners of the bathroom shower were spotless which shows the attention to detail. One quick call, set and appointment, and the workers were on time, efficient, quiet, and did an excellent job cleaning windows on a 2 storey home. I was super impressed by even when they moved an items to clean, they placed it exactly where it was when they were finished. I have a rental home which was in extremely poor shape. Tenants were there for about 20 years. The smell was absolutely like nothing I have ever experienced. Walls were black, urine and droppings from 2 cats all over carpet and floors, kitchen had oil all over ceiling and walls from cooking, mold on floors, and windows/blinds were filthy. Green USA came in with their crew and after a few days the house was so much better. We had our skylight windows cleaned recently.I wish we didnt have to ask to go back and finish the job. It was substandard at first. But when we asked, they were friendly and didnt argue. Once they corrected their mistakes, everything was shiny and spotless.Next time we need those washed, we plan on calling them again. Would recommend them to my friends.

Today was my first time using Green USA Cleaning Company’s services. Right from scheduling the service with Daniel, the entire process was very smooth. They even send you a reminder of your service which was very cool.Anahi, Gabriella and Andrea did an excellent job cleaning my home today. They reached on time and got to work immediately. They split up the work and did a spectacular job of making my home super clean and shiny. Really, all my appliances are sparkling clean. They did a thorough job cleaning the bathrooms. One little detail that I really loved was the fact that they cleared out all trash and put in new trash bags. They also did a great job cleaning my plantation shutters that I have throughout my home. Daniel and GreenUSA Cleaning did a fantastic job doing a full home “spring cleaning”, which included the inside, the windows, the kitchen floors/appliances, and the garage. They were thorough, used less intense cleaning materials, and did such a great job that we have now signed up for a regular service with the same team. Below is a picture of the tile cleaning machine that Daniel used in the kitchen, which transformed the kitchen tile grout. We highly recommend the Green USA team.

All staff were responsive, timely, respectful, and did a great job cleaning my very stained carpet. Called on a Saturday regarding one small second story room with pet stains and odor, odor being the main concern. Got an appointment for the following Tuesday. Two gentleman showed up 5 mins early to the appointment, and were very polite, professional, and confident. Service took barely and hour, and the results are fantastic. The lead technician [I didnt get their names] was concerned about a few smaller stains that they were unable to remove as they were too old [Although Im not worried about them.] I will be using Green USA again in the future.

The cleaning services were excellent. They did arrive 2 hours late because prior job took more time ( things happen) but they did a very thorough job. Whatever spots were left they gladly recleaned. I had originally written a review stating that the first few times i used this service were amazing but the quality had declined from there. Upon writing the review the owner called to understand what happened and apologize. He really empathized and was able to listen to feedback to help the team improve. Because of that level of service I changed my review from 2 to 5 stars. It’s common for companies to make mistakes, but the way they handled it speaks highly to their ethics and standards.

Very happy with green USA. They came wirhin 24 hrs of me calling, were right on time, and professional. Was nervous to have people in my home during covid but they wore masks, double gloves and the owner reassures me they were doing everything to disinfect equipment and treat workers and customers with safety in mind. A few things about the service:1. They wanted to switch my appointment from Friday afternoon to Saturday at 8am. I told them its not ideal, and asked why we couldnt keep the original day/time. I was told that everyone wants their houses cleaned for the holiday and they would call me back. They didnt. I called the next day to confirm my appointment and they told me Saturday at 8am. I luckily got it pushed to Saturday at 10am, but it was still confusing as to why I couldnt keep my original appointment.2. Our tub got clogged the morning of the cleaning. We said its probably best to skip the tub. We were told it would still cost the same amount. I thought a slight discount would be granted, even just $20 or so.3. The ladies did a fabulous job overall, and we tipped them well, but I still noticed some cobwebs and baseboards that had spots after they left. I loved how well they cleaned my kitchen. The oven was IMMACULATE and I was very impressed with how much they did in such little time.4. I enjoyed the look of my house when all was completed, so thats a bonus. I wish the cost wasnt so high, and that I couldve kept my original appointment.

We had our travertine and grout cleaned and sealed. It was amazing how bright they were able to get it! I would definitely hire them again for that service. The office staff is great as well. Very responsive and easy to work with. Booking was easy. However, we also used their move in deep cleaning service. I would not recommend them for that. I found myself cleaning after they left. For the price, I expected better service. Communication was tough with the ladies as well.

The three ladies reached on time, they worked on the areas that we instructed and had no intention to stretch the time beyond what’s needed. We like the service, will call them again when we do regular cleaning.

I have been using Green USA for at least a year now and have been very happy. They do not use chemical cleaners, and have a steam cleaner that leaves every surface in my house clean and shiny. The ladies are all lovely, always on time, and flexible with tasks. The main office folks have always been very patient and accommodating with any schedule changes.

Overall, the cleaning was ok. Excellent job cleaning the stove top. All carpets areas vacuumed and hardwood floors mopped. Hard water stains are still present in the sink bottoms. Its visible only if you look closely at it. Our glass shower wall wasnt cleaned well. There are water stains still all over the glass walls in our shower.

Tried there deep cleaning services and it wasn’t up to the mark at all. No attention to detail or thoroughness shown to clean the house.The front door of the fridge wasn’t cleaned at all !Cobwebs were not removed !Kitchen slab had lot of stains !While the deep cleaning services included vacuuming the upholstery, they didn’t do it until asked !
