They always do an excellent job!!!!

Hired them for my windows and they did a stellar job! Shiny and new looking, so great for spring cleaning. The inside of my home is brighter now because so much more sunlight is able to come through. Well worth the $ spent. Scheduling was easy and the team was ahead of time. 20 windows took about 2 hours to do. We moved all furniture out of the way so the guys could do the work! Super easy. Will use them again.

Bought a groupon for gutter cleaning and had them do the windows as well. They did a great job on the windows but not only did they not clean the gutters, they came back to do them and still didnt clean them.The first time they claimed they didnt have the right tool, the second time they only cleaned half of a gutter and left a bag full of debris for us to throw away, and when we called to find out what was going on, we were given a bunch of excuses, told our home didnt qualify for the groupon and then told us to go back to groupon and get our money back because they wouldnt be coming back out.At no time did anyone tell us that things would be an issue. Such a shame that they do one thing well and completely fail at another. So because of their bad customer service and failure to complete the job they were hired to do we do not recommend them. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Terrible customer service. I called them based on a recommendation. After taking my info, the woman on the phone, not friendly at all, said someone will call me to schedule a visit for an estimate. 3 days later, no calls. I called them again and they said their estimator has been very busy. I guess too busy to even make a courtesy call to mention that their visit will be when they can make it. Right after I voiced my surprise, I received a text that the schedule has been cancelled. Maybe they ARE too busy to care!!

I am deeply unsatisfied with the service. First of all, late for 2 hours. Second of all, keeps coming up with items that they are not going to do, such as spot on the window, etc., and asks for additional charge, while I expected they would get the window fully cleaned. I would never hire them again.
