I sent a package to Vietnam through UPS and I was charged $245 plus customs charged me another $40. I sent the same size and approximate weight again to Vietnam and Vietair Cargo charged me $41... Both trips took about the same time to get there. Awesome price. However, with Vietair, you fill out your own paperwork. I love vietair Cargo.

Just completed two seperate transactions with VietAir Cargo. Both boxes arrived in VN safe and sound. Great communication and the process was easy being my first time. Very cheap compared to UPS and fedex. VietairCargo arrived in just 2 weeks! Very fast. The only bad thing is the import tax on items is not fair, but i think this is a government thing not their fault. I will be using again! Thank you.

Awful service. I have been using Viet Air Cargo for a couple years and I they used to provide quick and excellent service. My packages had a quick turn around, even during Christmas time. These past couple times its just been constant calling on my end to receive updates on my packages that have been sitting around for a week. Depending on who answers, its always a different excuse, workers are on break. The computer is down, its too late in the day to check. Stay Away from Vietaircargo!

The price range between 3-5 dollar depends on what u mail... Thats the only inconsistent I dont like... But fast receiving and my items get there.. Thats what matter to me... I shipped on that day they told me would go out that day and within less than a 7 days, we my relative received it

When we ship they said one week will arrive but until two weeks the package is not arrive yetWe call many times and not pick up the phoneFinally someone pick up the phone and told to call back but hour later no call

They did everything for us, I expected this to be a long stop for us with a bunch of paperwork to do but they did everything for us. Our package arrived with now issue.

I prefer the lady manager to do the service than all the kids in there. These kid are not paying attention with people money and just scan through the progress so quickly but left so many mistake. Doesnt even tell me whether if money receive going to be USD or VND. I gave 2 stars just because I used to have good service there but I will have to consider now if I should continue to use them in the future

This business has done great on marketing online. Top on search engine, bunches of good reviews and stars. To me, its bad. Used the service 3 time. 1st time is ok (5 days). 2nd and 3rd time, upon receiving goods, they have all promised to delivered within the week (I have fruit) to get the order. After that, all arrived at the 10th day. Money paid, goods are throw away.Felt like they just say sweet things to get the order. Then do what ever they want with your goods because you can do nothing. People keep coming to them for have too good on online marketing. But in fact, many other places have same service and cheaper price.

The shipping duration is getting longer than before. We have to pay higher taxes for everything. A vitamin bottle cost $5 used to be $1.00 tax, but today they charged me $1.90 for each. This is so rip off. Promise myself to not shipping anything back to vn again. Those vietnamese communists will never rip off a dime from me again.

Never use this carrier. On 3/4 I used their service to ship my package to VN, they told me the pacakge will deliver to VN on 3/10. However, until now( 3/30), the package has not yet arrived VN. I tried to call them many times and they always ask my to wait and no solution to refund for me since my VN customer has already rejected the package b/c of late shipment;(.They keep asking me to wait forever. The way they treat the customer is very unprofessional. I use the service from other vendors that they have never shipped the package late more than 2 weeks. If over 2 weeks, they will refund for me since they do not want me to wait anymore.Never use Vietair Cargo service again!Instead of refunding me $300, they are willing to damage their business brand name!

They keep on saying the shipment is on the way but it’s nowhere to be seen. Best alternative is ABC Cargo on Senter road. I have been working with them for 10 years and my package always arrive in 6-7 days (to small cities, faster in HN or Saigon)

Invoice has been made for a week now and no shipping label was created for me to send out the package. Sent them several email and phone calls and still no response. Irresponsible.

I sent my brother on Nguyen Trai Street, District 1, two boxes of items. one box on August 18 and one on August 20, but until today it is Tuesday, September 7, 21 and still have not received. Meanwhile, Saigon has allowed the shipper to return from August 30. Why so late? My family members waited for the medicine but waited forever and never received it. I suggest that the way of working should not be discredited further. Called the sender, but did not pick up the phone.

I have sent goods 5 times to Vietnam since 2019, (From Indiana to Hue and Saigon, Vietnam) the last time is at the end of 6.2020. During the time of the Wuhan pandemic, there was no direct flight from the US to Vietnam but the goods were still delivered to the recipient in the Province after 20 days. Normally the goods are delivered after 10 days to 2 weeks.

The way of answering questions of the staff (male) is very unprofessional, not disassembling, but the employee still tries to harden the voice to the customer and squirms with very uncomfortable attitude. For nearly ten years, I send a lot of goods to Vietnam every year through Far Eastern Shipping, Vietlink Shipping, Sunshine shipping ... and VietAir Cargo. Of all the shipping companies, I think VietAir Cargo has the most professional way to charge customers. There are lots of unreasonable surcharges and unreasonable pricing methods & differences between goods sent from online store to vietair and from home to vietair. So in the end, the ship price to the recipient is higher than the common ground. Some employees are unprofessional, lacking in etiquette when dealing with customer questions. I have tried ship at Vietair Cargo 5 times and I have never been satisfied with the way I work. For me, the fee per lbs of Vietlink is higher than that of Vietair but there are not too many hidden surcharges, the way to work is very professional, the price list is clear. So of all the shipping companies about Vietlink, I think is the most professional and reputable company.

Just sent goods to Vietnam for the first time. Usually I send a post because my area has no Vietnamese service. The company quotes quickly, sent to VN is also quite fast. There was no problem with my shipment. In general, the goods are simple. I checked through Amazon, sent a link to Vietair Cargo, got a quote, agreed, then sent 50% of the total amount, the company received the goods, I forwarded the remaining 50%. Lost items to the present 3 months k 1 explanation.

—- Update: I received the item—-Lost goods. I use VietAir Cargos self-service order, tracking orders from USPS, the goods have been sold for half a month, even though I have email contacts of all kinds. In short, I ordered via VietAir Cargo to lose the goods.

The service was very competitive at first, so my Mom changed from ABC. From April onwards, every time I always return to Vietnam from 3 weeks to more than 1 month with many reasons. Unprofessional. Do not use this service if you do not want to be disappointed and lose credibility with people.The service used to be competitive at the beginning so my Mom switched fron ABC to Viet Aircargo. Since April of this year, the average time to receive packages sent from San Jose to HCM city or Ha Noi is from 3 weeks to 1 month. They never call to inform the customer why it takes much longer or give a straight answer--always the B.S. if you dont want to be disappointed and lose your reputation with friends and family, dont use their service.
