Never never use this company. I made a bad choice in selecting them to do a deep cleaning of carpets and general cleaning after our tenants moved out. The carpets had streaks of dirt all over especially at the stairs. Response was that dirt had gone in too deep to clean out. A separate company that came to do the upholstery cleaning thought the carpets were not yet cleansed. Even some visitors thought so too. As for the general cleaning, the quality was very low. Window sills were cleaned but where the windows came down to the sills were not. Microwave and ovens were haphazardly wiped. If there’s a NO Star I would have chosen it. Finally, Joanna has a very bad habit of telling you to compare prices even after you have given her the job. Very defensive. I mean, how hard could these cleaning jobs be? That’s what I gave them the job that cost me just below $1000! NEVER NEVER EVER USE THEM. FAR FROM PERFECT. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO AVERAGE. GRADE D-!
I recently bought my first house and needed to do a move out and move in cleaning. My realtor had used them in the past and recommended. Joanna answered the phone and was able to coordinate both houses around my moving schedule and send out a carpet cleaner too! I thought this would be a one time thing, but they offered to come back once every four weeks (didn’t push me for more often) and I’m glad I did. Today marks four weeks in the new house and nice and shiny again! Not sure why google reviews are so bad, but the yelp is accurate!
Both ladies came on time to clean my 1 bedroom place and made sure to use eco-friend products.
Worse customer service and worse cleaning service ever. Do not recommend this company.
I hired the Perfect Shine Housekeeping to clean my small, former office and they always did a great job!More recently I decided to have them do a monthly cleaning at my apartment. I am so happy with Nikky hard work! She really gets the place feeling fresh and clean! She never misses a detail and I am never disappointed! She even puts the clean dishes away (carefully and correctly) and makes the bed.I look forward to cleaning day every month! The pricing is fair and they do the job right! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a chemical free/green clean!
My emailing exchange with Eric was very informative - Ive never hired house cleaners so I had a few questions! I had to reschedule a few times and there was never any issue. Mary and Maria showed up on time and were very nice. They did a wonderful job! My apartment looked amazing. I will go back to PSH (and ask for Mary and Maria) any time I need cleaning.
I was a bit hesitant and uncomfortable to use one.I looked to Yelp for recommendations & Perfect Shine Housekeeping. I am so glad I did! Eric and Monica were organized, professional, efficient, and understanding of my situation. I knew my cleaning needs might be a worst case scenario due to quite a bit of neglect on my part. The two of them tackled the problem areas and my expectations were exceeded. Not only that, they were kind and empathetic, plus I got some great down-to earth advice as to how to maintain the hard work they did.
I’m just extremely frustrated. I used Perfect on Groupon last November and was very impressed with their service right from the first contact to make the appt with Mike.This time the appt was made to clean my sob’s Home before move in, but it has been delayed and I needed to cancel; such a simple task. Whoever now is doing the intake is far from customer focused. I’ve had to call 3 times over the last week where I have been told someone would call me back to confirm. As you can tell, I’m still awaiting that call to confirm a cancelation! I can only assume the appt hasn’t been cancelled and I can imagine people are going to show up to clean and expect to be paid because I supposedly didn’t cancel! Someone please call me back!!!
The cleaning crew usually does a decent job. My main frustration is the administrative staff. Guaranteed mistakes if you make any changes from your normal schedule. The worst part is same mistakes repeat over and over again. That reflects bad customer service and poor administrative process.
This had to be the worst cleaning service I have used. Broke things, left early with floors still dirty, scratched marble, did not show up for cleaning within 2 hr. scheduled cleaning, then got upset that I wouldnt let them clean 3 hours late!
Worst management and housekeeping service. Always they cancel or postpone the appointment.
They arrived at the incorrect time, took 5 hours to clean what they estimated at a 2 hour job, and did not provide a receipt afterwards to itemize the charge. Avoid if possible.
