We had several issues with Jan Pro. Poor cleaning skills, rarely checked paper towel dispensers to see if low or empty. Never mopped floors. We called to discuss our issues a couple of times and was assured it would be handled. We then pulled out our contract that was signed a few years ago, only a few items in the contract were actually being completed. Once we brought that to their attention they decided we were no longer a customer of theirs and gave us 30 days notice. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. The best janitorial service Ive ever had.

Jan Pro has been cleaning our business since we opened. They always do a great job. If we need a special request to clean because of an event we held they dont have a problem coming to clean after. Jan Pro has always been very responsive to our request. The staff is very easy to work with. I would highly recommend working with Jan Pro and their staff.
