Truck looked amazing. Employees also took there time making sure they got every nook and cranny and made sure no water spots were left. Definitely will be using there services again.

Body clean is pretty good. The inside clean is good but not good enough.. I expected the car to be as clean from the inside as it would be if I cleaned it.. That wasnt the case.

Spent an hour (you read that right, 55 minutes!!) waiting for a simple ($16) car-wash. Either hire more people, or warn people about the wait before taking their money.

Worst customer service that I’ve dealt with. Left my car @ 830 am for an interior and exterior detail. Picked it up at 12 and had to turn back around immediately when I noticed that there was a button inside missing and that there was minimal cleaning actually done. I waited an hour for people to “help” me and walk away. And when I asked for the manager I finally got someone to respond “oh, he’s gone for the day”. I was told to “come back tomorrow, to fix this” I spent $350 for a quality service that I did not receive at all. I was ignored and not helped and now I have a semi washed, button-less vehicle.

I was giving only two options fast pass($17) or hand wash ($50). First disappointment there was no option of Platinum wash($27) as listed in there website.I went for fast pass where car will be washed by machine and then it will be dried by hand. Then other disappointment was person who hand dried the car, didnt do his job well. There was water droplets over the mirror that too visible at multiple places. I have to clear the mirror again at gas station.Also i cant see anyone applying for ArmorAll Xtreme Shine Wax and Clear Coat Protectant, which was mentioned in there website.

People are great and do good work, mo fragrance though, but perfect value for money. Worth a visit.

After coming here for 15 months and trying many of their services, this was the last straw. Their hand wash is a joke, the workers are incredibly lazy and dont even pretend to do a decent job. The exterior is poorly wiped down, spots are constantly missed and even cosmetic dirt is left uncleaned. And when you point this out to the workers they go crying to their manager. You really need to talk to their head manager to get anywhere at this place. And even after that they do a begrudgingly poor job. I spent almost $200 on a VIP hand wash and interior leather detail, saw the poor results and decided I finally had enough. Id rather drive and go to another place than give them another nickel. Do yourself a favor, avoid like the plague. Dont know how theyre still in business.

I use to come here all the time with my mother and Ive never had any issues. Unfortunately my last 3 times Ive brought my car here, its been nothing but disappointment. You could find a bunch of spots that they skipped not only in the inside of the car, but outside of it too. This last time I went they didnt even dry my rubber mats. I had to ask for them to dry it. Ive loved this place and have gone for years, but I think I need to finally need to find my new go to. Its not worth the price.

I like the quality of workmanship because even with the unlimited plan, they do some hand finishing touch to the wash so that the car looks sparkling clean.1 star less because they close the center when it rains. Although one may dispute on whether its worth visiting on a rainy day, a bird poop is enough to require a visit and I didnt find such information that theyll be closed on rainy days anywhere in the venue.Another star less because the water that they use to clean causes the interiors to stink till I drive the car for a couple of miles after the wash. Please fix that.

I pulled in at 12:20 pm for a hand wash with armorall on the dash and doors. $67.95. I had lunch after waiting 20 min to be checked in. Came back outside at 1:20 and with only 2 cars ahead they havent even started on my car yet... They must be short staffed today because this is not normal. Waiting to see if they do a good job... Now its 2 pm almost finished.. Seems to be a good job...Just a follow-up, as usual fantastic job!! Felt like I needed to give it another star.

Came here to get a hand wash and once our car was done we realized that it wasn’t clean from the inside. They told us there was scratches and that they didn’t come off, but then they said that to take everything off we had to pay an extra $10 but they never offered that when we paid. After they used a cream the “scratches” came off. We had to stay for 30 more minutes to clean the car ourselves while they stood there and just watched and made excuses.

I came here wanting the $9.95 tunnel wash, hoping to get in and out quickly. This package wasnt available on their sheet (if I asked for it maybe they would have done it) so instead I got the basic which included vacuuming for an extra $7, not a bad deal! There were a couple cars in my lane getting a more thorough cleaning so I had to wait longer for them to get out of the way. They did a really good job with the towel dry, but I could barely tell that they had vacuumed, so one star off for that. Since I had already been sitting there for so long I didnt want to have to go back through for them to vacuum better. I got what I wanted, a good exterior wash, but for more than I should have paid for.

I dont usually write reviews but this time I feel like I have to. First off, the service fee of $39 seemed unreasonably high. I also had to go to work quickly, so I couldnt check everything before leaving. When I finally got to check, I noticed there were still many spots full of dust both inside and outside the car. Even though they also put wax, they did not apply it on all areas of the car. Ill never be coming back.

Dont waste your time coming for the special washes in the mornings. The guy at the car wash told me that they dont offer the 20 dollar specials anymore. Then after paying for my wash I wanted their fresh breeze air freshner. The guy at the register told me that they were out of stock. Also for a while back they were no longer doing hand washes. This place sure has changed for the worst. If they dont get their acts together, then they are going to loose another customer. Dont get me wrong, sometimes they do a good job with washing your car. I hope their service will get better in time for the summer. I wont hold my breath. Very disappointed today. A far cry from the excellent service I use to receive last year.

Dont let other bad reviews keep you away, everyone here is friendly and kind. If you do a hand wash they will do thier best to get every bit of the car clean. The service is top notch and I watched them deal with an angry customer and offer them more help even as they got yelled at. I would come back here any time!

Used to be good. Came here several times over the past few years. However, I just had my car washed, inside and out. Inside was pretty good. Outside needed to be rewashed. They never bothered to wash the roof with an actual cloth. The luggage rack rails were DUSTY. And this was an expensive wash---$90. Tried to call to talk to manager...got voicemail two times so far in the past hour, with NO call back yet. Would be willing to give them the chance to fix things, but it will take a partial refund and a heartfelt apology. Not holding my breath.

Went to get my work car cleaned and asked them to do the seats but they did the carpets instead. . Nasty stain on passenger seat that you could not miss. Thought maybe it was forever stained and they couldnt remove it but came off if scraped. Paid $119 bucks for service that was good but not what I asked for or needed.

I think it provides value for money service for higher service levels. This has good seating options and in case you are hungry you can have Subway sandwiches or any snacks. The only flip side is that it can get crowded because of its popularity.

Used to come here and get 40 dollar detail wash, all the time. I came in about a month ago. I purchased their 25 dollar wash and was greatly disappointed. My car still had bugs on it, they were supposed to vacuum and there were still stuff on the floor. It was worse than I have ever gotten it. Granted I came a half an hour before closing. But this shouldnt be an excuse for a really bad job. I recommend the laser wash at rotten robbie compared to this place now i could have gotten the same stuff done for 12 dollars.

I have been using this car wash for all my cars for many years both new and used cars. Over all have been satisfied till now. On Monday November 17, 2014 my wife took in my 2008 Chevy Avalanche truck for a complete wash. I had just taking my brand new 2014 Fusion there this last Saturday to be cleaned with not issue. But this time by truck came out the other side with a cracked windshield. My wife had them wright a incident report and claimed it was that I already had a chip in the glass and that caused the crack. My wife nor I had noticed NO such chip going in. I have tried to talk to the manager Jose Rodriguez for several days. Today he returned my call and said the same thing can be cause by warm weather if you have a chip. I told them I had not seen any chips and all I know is my truck went in the wash with a good windshield and now come out with a cracked windshield. Jose told be they are not responsible. I told him first it is not summer and not hot out. Matter of fact they are closed today since it is raining. Second I asked to you have any posted that your windshield could crack and he said no. I said the only thing I know is my windshield fine going in and not coming out of your car wash. Was told they are not responsible. Looking at some of the other post this is the normal protocol with this car wash. If you car or truck is damaged for any reason it is NOT their problem. I will NOT use this or any other of there car washes again. Unless you want to pay for any damage to your car or truck that may happen while in their car wash. I would not take you car or truck here.

I got the 24.95 basic tunnel wash with the vacuum and hand dry. My car was DIR-TEE and I tipped them a little extra to make sure certain things were done. They had 1 main person on it after the tunnel wash the whole time, and 3 others helping. They did a phenomenal job - especially for the price. These folks are working very hard in the heat and a little extra tip goes gets you a lot. Treat them with respect and kindness and theyll absolutely do right by you. Just sayin. 😊👍

The post says plan your visit ...yes its true. This place is overpriced and the staff takes their sweet time drying and detailing the cars. If you are in a hurry or your time is limited THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE - ...save your time, money and move on!!I waited one hour and 22 minutes for my car!.. and NO this was not a detail package this was the lowest car wash that I selected and paid for.If you are in a budget or time constrain I will suggest to keep on trucking 0.5 more to the east and you will have two more options the Valero gas station and the Shell gas station; both gas stations offer a better deal on car-wash.At the end my car was mediocrity clean, $24.95 for the wash + $5 tips for my hard working Mexicans. They have no part on this scam. They did they part.

These guys are really awesome, little crash was happened under my friend car engine. Which a layer to protect car engine from rust and dust proof, accidentally it was crashed at bump and half part of that cover making loud noise across streets and finally i been here to get some solution for that.One of their engineer received us in a polite manner with smile, we explained everything to him, and later he called his other colleague to check it once. I took car into the workshop garage and he is looking into it . We are front desk talking to the guy about how much it cost, where can we get new cover sheet for that like bla..bla. stuff meanwhile within 5 mint his other colleague said its ready. We are like wow thank you so much. But we are keep asking him to buy a new one for that, where should we get that how much it cost and all, he simply said nothing to do anything and everything fine. And we are ready to pay for that service he said no need to pay anything that was a little help from our side. we got little surprised and said Thank you.and i forgot to mention that i need this place through one of my friend he is use to go here for his car service and all the necessary requirements he refereed us to go here, finally thankful to him and the service. Dont hesitate to try it once.

Horrible customer service. I took my car here for a hand car wash and was in the hand car wash line (they have a separate line for tunnel car wash). When I spoke to the manager, he told me it would be $15 for exterior wash only. I agreed and paid. After waiting for half an hour, I saw him taking my car thru the tunnel. I obviously questioned him and he said he told me there is no hand wash option for exterior washing only. He did NOT. He completely lied about the whole thing and said it would be $45-50 if I want a hand car wash. Or I can just take my car back. Now if there is no such option, where did the price come from?? I told him he has to finish the job I paid for and I am never coming back again. He said thats fine. He couldnt care less about giving me wrong information and customer satisfaction. I went into the store to find out if I can speak to the owner but the lady at the counter told me, he is actually the boss and owner is not around. I left after they were done washing my car thru the tunnel, its a total SCAM!

I have been using their prices loyalty program for more than a year. Now that it was time for me to get my free wash (49.95!) They have stopped it. No apologies. Looking for a new place. Am sure that ilegal behavior but dont feel like wasting my time.

Happy with the VIP car wash I got after a bug filled cross country drive. Interior was vacuumed and wheels cleaned. They will try to up-sell you no matter what you choose.

I do not recomend this places.I paid $80 for a car wash and they do horrible job on my car.I was in a harry and I didnt check the car before I left.They didnt shampoo the carpet, they didnt clean well the windshield or any other windows, was better before the wash .They miss so many spot to clean in the interior and experior.Are so money either places doing better job fir half of the price.Alway is a firts time but also the last tooI feel they stole my money.

They cheat on the pump. I was amazed to see 16 gallons going into a 14.5-gallon tank. The tank wasnt even empty, the fuel light just turned on. Thats good 3 gallons extra. Total robbery!

Got the basic wash( tunnel wash) done. Its 20.95$ for the basic wash. They did an average job. There were a lot of missed spots on the car after the wash which I had to clean by myself.

Very average. I got the hand wash basic package and felt like they didnt do a great job. Staff was relatively nice.When they gave me the car back they left a dirty towel on the hood, had the drivers side mat upside down, one of the backseat mats crooked and the inside had dirty spots they missed.Waited about half hour on Saturday because they were so busy. Should have just gotten the machine wash or gone somewhere else.

If you like your paint, avoid this place. Left small scratches like this all over my car. Of course when I complained they denied it all and told me they were Already There. Spent 50 dollars for a wash the screwed up my paint and left smudges all over the place. My windshield looked worse than it did when I drove in. They probably dropped a rag and didnt bother to get a new one. DO NOT GO HERE EVER.

I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the interior cleaning. I have pictures of dirt and hair on the back seats in my car. I didnt check the back before driving away or I would have insisted on having it re-done. In addition, the roof was still dirty. It looked like the swiped a rag over it and smeared the dirt around. It looks awful through the moonroof. It is a mini cooper, so seeing that it needed more cleaning should not have been a problem. I come to your facility regularly and will not be returning. Now that Im paying over $20 for a basic car wash, you need to step it up not dumb it down.

This place broke my rear mirror. I took the car to this car wash in good shape and it came out of it with the rear mirror cover gone. They broke it i side and took no responsibility for it. It will cost me around 700$ with the door assembly change to fix it. It is a terrible place. No respect from the manager either. He was extremely rude when i was telling him the situation.

They Advertise Fake Groupon deals . I had a horrible experience . Went to this car wash dealer with my groupon before the expiry and they said they no longer accept groupon . How can someone not accept groupon when you already issue a groupon . They want ppl to come there any pay full price and make money. When i said i already paid Groupon . They said you can call Groupon and get your money back . So I wasted an 1 hour in this and later call Groupon and be on the phone for 1/2 hour to get my money back . Total 1 and 1/2 hour wastage of time and not get your work done . Who will pay full price for such horrible experience. Never go to this fake dealer. This place doesnt deserve 3 Stars. I would rate it worse

They were quite fast with the job on Saturday morning.I had to call out dirty spots on tires right before they started wiping off moisture.They charged me 10 usd extra for the some mud on the hood and the sides of the car (it was called out as oversize charge in the receipt).
