I have been going here for a while now to get my vehicles washed. I noticed last trip that they have a large billboard in front of the station that states they honor competitors coupons. I presented a coupon from Tan’s car wash in Santa Clara and they said they could only give me a $4.00 discount. The equal service at this car wash is $34.95 PLUS a $5.00 SUV Charge. Tans does not charge for a standard SUV which mine is. The coupon from Tans is for $27.99 which is what they should have “honored” based on the advertisement billboard. I contacted the “owner” who was not the owner and was told to come back to the location Monday through Saturday 1 PM to 4 PM. I won’t be back but thought everyone should know they do not HONOR competitors coupons!

Great service from the car wash. Since I have a low profile car, it requires hand washing.

Car wash is rip-off I did hand wax with wash it they don’t even clear the front bumpers Do to COVID-19 for the Poor Mexican works so I still pay and tip them but don’t go wax they don’t know how it should be done professionally.$50 deal end up like drive through car wash. I stopped there yesterday on my way to a doctors appointment to use their restroom the women in the card detailing section were so nice it was obvious I have an emergency so they opened the employee restroom so I could use it Im going back there and having them detail my car to faint them

Used to come here all the time for car wash but I fortunately will not come again. Came for a wash on Saturday and had a FasTrack toll tag sitting on the dashboard. They either stole or lost it (though I do not understand why they would even take it out of the car when you are just wiping the dashboard). Went back for it and was told they dont have it. Would not trust the place with your car for such carelessness or poor management of employees

Their cleaning doesnt even worth ZERO STARS! 80$ to the trash ... Better to close this “business.”

Just okay. If youre coming towards the freeway, its hard to get to. Either go all the way down the street and do a U turn or get on the freeway and immediately get on the exit to come back and enter.

Hand car wash. You care about your paint, those machines will scratch it up. Get real people to do it. Prices are fair and start at 29.95 which dont include trunk and rims for this price. Has 13 seats in the shade with tables. Come on a Sunday morning, everyone is nice and chill. Hand wax and clay bar is $99.95 if you dont feel like breaking a sweat for 2 hours and doing it yourself.

They have a wash/detail here which is relatively inexpensive and does a very good job.

Rates are pretty low if you pay cash. The pumps are clean and in good condition, staff is also pretty friendly.

The most pathetic car wash. They dont deserve even 1 star. Had been here on 5/21/2017 and chose to get VIP Hand wash. Their website said $21.95, but they said their prices recently changed and I had to pay $24.95.First of all, the people who wash the car are not informed about what kind of package the customer chose. I had to explicitly ask them to clean/ brighten the tires as my car wash package included that. So many things were undone and when I started pointing out the parts which were not cleaned, they were annoyed. I paid a $5 tip just to realize that they had not vacuumed the front seat. Attached are the photos. When I called them back to vacuum the front, they just totally ignored me and left. The people here are very rude, this place is not worth a single penny. Just wanted to try this place because it was a hand car wash, but its just money down the drain. I strongly recommend anyone to not go here.

I came here to pump gas at 8:56 on a Friday night once. As my pump was still going, it suddenly stopped. Then the attendant started shutting the lights off and locked the door. I wasnt sure if I got charged; the machine didnt offer a receipt (dont worry, the gas station did in fact charge my card for what trickle of gas I actually pumped). I understand the guy may have wanted to go home, but dont let my pump even start.

This review is for their car wash: Friendly staff and fast service... so fast, they missed multiple spots, there is still dust everywhere and, on top of that, I see a couple of scratches on windshield and side front windows... I hope this is only marks from the wet/dirty fabric they used to dry the car... There goes my $39.95 I wish I was more confident and brave so I can go back and ask for my money back ;(

Does decent job for the money but the employees and managers talk to much instead of getting customers in and out. I guess they care by getting paid by the hour instead of paid by the amount of customers coming through (tips). I would give them a higher rating if it didnt take my whole lunch and a half to get a single car washed. Employees move way tooooo slow.

The Car Wash at Valero is one of the best in the neighborhood. The cost of getting the interiors and rest cleaned without the coat prevention and tire cleanup jazz came out to be $30. The work was done to full satisfaction.

Constantly the cheapest gas in this part of town. The convence store is pretty well stocked. Havent tried the carwash but it looks like one of those good old fashioned one with all the attendants wiping down your car afterwards. Looks like a great place to get a wash...

I dont think they do a good job washing your car at all . My rear view mirror, my side mirrors, my front windshield mirror, and my interior was not cleaned properly. The mirrors had smudges all over from the cleaning and my interior cup holder was not even touched. I paid $40 for a ultimate carwash which said interior and exterior clean with hand wax(whatever that means). I was just trying to get a full car wash which I paid for but I dont like the fact that I still have to clean the car by MYSELF. So it was just waste of money to get it washed and Im not coming back again.

Paid for VIP Ultimate Car wash 35.95. They did a very poor job. Still had bird stuff on the hood. As I was leaving notice it was not ready, I had to remind them of the floor mats, car creme and back window...The attendant said he didnt know it was the VIP package. A month later, I thought Id give them one more chance, website indicated they close at 10pm, took me 1.5 hours to find they were closed. They said they havent changed their website. Im done with them.

The access in and out is difficult when this place is busy. Its not wide enough to go around someone still fueling. Exiting from the driveway closest to Hwy 880 is dangerous as cars drive fast off the freeway there.The station itself seems well run and clean.

Cheap gas but restroom is either closed or missing stuff. Seriously when all the cashiers are driving nice cars you dont open the restroom to public that is just greedy.

Tried three different gas pumps and all of them said Pinpadfault try another pump, and the fourth pump was wrapped in caution tape.Highly recommend if you enjoy not getting gas and wasting 10 minutes of your time instead.

They offer a complete hands car wash which is very hard to find in the area. The quality is pretty good on most days but can be very patchy as well.

Aggrega car wash, left water spots on the windows and at back. Some not so visible stains were not cleaned. Interior vacuam was good. All in all would say that at $30 its a decent place if you dont have time to find a better one.

I come here mainly for the reasonably priced gas and car wash...The hand wash is reasonably priced and they do a great job of it.

Well I seen the reviews and I told myself it cant be that bad well just know that when I got back to my work I noticed it was not washed properly. I didnt notice at the carwash cause it was under a canopy/shade. I had to wipe down the car again- not good when Im in business attire. $24.95 +$5 tip.Needless to say I will just continue to wash my own car going forward since I do a better job. I really dislike leaving reviews but this really irked me.The 2 * is for the good attitude they had while I was there.

Good and affordable hand car wash.

Went here on a weekend afternoon when it wasnt very busy, and yet it took a decent amount of time and the cleaning wasnt thorough. Since the basic package didnt include window washing, I opted for one of the upgraded packages which did. The end result was that it was a waste of money since neither the windshield nor the back window were touched. The exterior of the car was nice, but then I cant say it was any nicer than the $8 automatic washes you can get at many gas stations in the area.

Nothing more than a SCAM to me. Worst car wash I have ever had. They literally use just water to wash the car and put no effort cleaning the marks on your car at all. I was looking for a hand wash for my brand new car end unfortunately ended at this place. They made me wait almost 45 mins and put water stains all over my brand new car and had no idea how to get rid of them. I asked the guy to please wash it again with the actual SOAP but he kept refusing it and handed over my car with all those water stains. Please avoid going to this place because its not only about wasting your money but your time and energy as well.

NO NO NO. UNACCEPTABLE CAR WASH SERVICE. For the benefit of the doubt, I gave this carwash place 2 chances. BUT THE RESULTS ARE ALL DISAPPOINTING. I spent more then $60 for car wash service & tip. Yet, DUST is still VISIBLE as u can see frm the pics :((( what kinda carwash place is this? I also have to ask for the paper mat that they FORGOT 2 times. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME & $$, and go somewhere to get your car wash.

Paid $21.99 +tip for a car wash. They did a beautiful job on the exterior of the car, the trim, the interior and the wheels... BUT the glass was awful both inside and out! It was all greasy and smeared like it had Armor All on it. It was like they used the same rags on the trim as they did on the windows. It looked fantastic at first glance, but once it was dark and headlights were shining on my windows it was awful! I had to clean all of my windows after getting my car washed. That kind of defeats the purpose of paying for a car wash.

The old Idian lady is so mean. I came inside the station and request her 20$ for # .. and she asked me “why people dont use the cards to pay at the pump?” Like she dont want to serve us. Everytime I see her she was like always mad. And never comeback there

Terrible Car Wash. They were not busy at all and I was still there an hour -these dudes stared at me with contempt while they walked around as painfully slowly as possible. Paid $30 for the VIP SUV wash and detail. The car was dirtier when I left than when I came in. Used the same dirty towels and haphazardly cleaned random spots all over the car. Avoid this place.
