Great place if you want hand wash your car with self service pump. The machine takes credit card and cash. The facility is well maintained and next to detail plus professional shop where you can have your car detailed.They are very fast and lot of guys working at this place. They all are professional and detailing. I have opted for deluxe detailed wash, they cleaned like a full detailing. They cared each and every inch of the car. I was surprised after seeing after they opened the front of my car and cleaning it.Definitely I would suggest this place for hand wash.

I have utilized both locations. The San Jose location has a great team. So thorough. The car looked great when they were done with it, inside and out.There are spots to sit inside and outside for people while they wait. Air conditioning. Sun. Shade. All the options.Go early in the day to reduce wait time in the que. Go on a weekday to avoid any que at all 😉At time of writing all staff is masking. Most customers were as well.Stay safe. Be kind.

This place is a ripped off! The price they posted on their sign was not what they charge me for. The wait is not worth it. They charge $75.00 for a regular car wash instead of $50.00!

Took my car here today to get detailed. The service and quality was incredible.. They went above and beyond even cleaning my headlights that havent been clean in 5 years. They exceeded my expecations and this will be the only place I get my car detailed at from now on. My car has never been so clean! I will be back 10/10

Pacific Hand Car Wash has been my ultimate favorite place for some time now. Been a customer for over three years. They have great prices for the quality of car wash you get. Their customer service is amazing from the time you arrive to when you leave.They take about an hour per car and they are very attention to detail. So worth paying for the price to leave you with a great looking car to drive around town. I would never go to another car wash in San Jose. Highly recommend and you won’t regret going here.They have hardworking employees and it is great to see the owner working on cars too! They are not a budget car wash, but what you get for yor money, it is a value. Professional when it comes to the work. Compressed air for hard to reach clean. It is a hand wash only service starting at 35 with basic wipe down and packages go up to clay and enamal service including full interior add ons. I got the basic wash with poly sealants costing $200. It was a nice job and my first time. Maybe do the clay next time.

They do a really good job but the $50 wash is almost twice the amount of other car washes so it is what it is. Its almost like a mini detail. The car did come out looking great.

I’m a regular to their Campbell location, but, off late, they’re getting very busy and the usual wait times are around 2 hours now.So, today I thought I’ll try this new location. It took about 40 mins for my car to get the Exterior wash and interior vacuumed. The attention to detail by the staff is crisp and they did a beautiful job with my car wash. Friendly staff and you get the same service in probably 1/3rd time compared to the Campbell location. ✌🏼

Weve been getting our cars washed here (at their other locations too) for about 7 years. All hand washed using clean towels. No scratches, no broken items. (see all the towels they used on my car in the photo.) They take their time and do a through job so be prepared to wait. But it is worth the wait.

Dedicated staff, great attention to details to finished car, removed every stain on the car and the leather insides. Took a leather clean and deluxe wash package and got 100$ in discounts. Will definitely come back.

Looking forward to trying the other exterior detail services.I’m so glad we found this place because this is probably one of the best basic interior, exterior cleaning jobs you can find in the South Bay. We usually have the cars cleaned at home, either by us or a mobile service. It’s nice to know there’s a place we can bring it to, pay a reasonable price and get the same level of care (if not more).We stopped by Sunday noon, and there were 3-4 cars ahead of us. We opted for the $50 basic exterior, interior cleaning, and we waited about 60-75 minutes. The indoor waiting area is clean with 3 (?) table tops, and there are two benches outside with shade. We didn’t anticipate that it’d take so long, we thought it’d be 30-45 minutes. However, after seeing how thorough of a job the team did, we didn’t mind the wait. Our engine bay is covered by a window, and this thing is a pain to clean... it’s always still dirty or has noticeable streaks; the staff here did a phenomenal job cleaning the window, and they wiped down the engine bay!!The people here really went above and beyond for a basic wash, and now we’re inclined to come back for other services because we trust them.Highly recommended!

Pacific car wash by far the THE BEST 100% all hand car wash.During covid I neglected my car, due to not having to commute to work and naturally didn’t see the need to get a car wash. BIG MISTAKE!Thanks to Pacific Car wash my car looked and felt brand spanking new inside and out. I was AMAZED! Their team couldn’t of have done a better job.

This place has lost their minds. Their location down the road was amazing, was getting my car washed from college all the way until they closed. Stopped in at the new location, and noticed the prices have increased significantly. OK, figured I would help a small business anyway... up until they told me if I wanted my car washed, it was going to be... wait for it...$90.00. Not the $35 or the $50 on the sign, no joke, $90.00. I was told it was a $40 mark up for an suv. I literally have a Subaru outback, and an ascent, which are very similar in size...i dont see how they cost $40 more in work for either of them. Im not in there with a semi truck, but a basic crossover car. If you are looking for a car wash at a decent price, there are plenty around that arent gonna charge you a mint. Pacific lost a long time customer with their pricing shenanigans.

My second time here and I want to say they definitely are consistent with there detailed car wash. The first time was very thorough cleaning so i wanted to see if they would do the same the second, i notice they really focus on learning the time really well since my car has brake dust all the time. They always air out the mirrors too really well so that makes a big difference . Inside wise I notice when its dirty they air out the pockets which is very cool and smart. Will be back and highly recommend this place

My first time here, use to go to the Campbell one but this one is closer to my house, they don’t have that much of a wait time since they are a new location so you can get out under 40 mins, it’s a brand new facility and man it’s clean!! Location is great just got off the 101.Get the clay and sealant package ! You car comes out brand new!!

I think they used to be less expensive when they were at Santa Clara and 5th. But the service quality hasnt changed: fast and excellent
