I wanted to give them 4 or more-stars based on their quick service, but the price they quoted while i was in the car at the service venue was different from what they have on the website. Semi-synthetic oil change was shown on the website as starting from 45.99 (and in fine print says 45.99-52.99 based on location) and similarly for full-synthetic oil change it says 75.99-82.99, but the guy quoted 87.99 for full-synthetic and 57.99 for semi-synthetic, while they had already started the service!! i dont like surprises in price like this at the last minute. i dont know if they inspected anything else. When asked about checking tire pressure (which is indicated as being done as part of oil-change) the person said it was broken!!

Yesterday the service guy forgot to remove the hood holder of my car and broke it, and pretended nothing happened. I noticed it late. Lost plastic part (Hood Support Prop Rod Grommet). Where can I find it now?😾Hey, if you are reading this, you should know: mistakes happen to everyone and I would not make a scandal, but I would find a detail and put it in its place.Im very upset. 😿

This place is outstanding, in and out in maybe 11 minutes total... the guys were friendly and informative, I had questions about the type of oil they had chose to put in, they printed out where the manufacturer recommended the proper oil for my car.... I have been to other places that charged a great deal more, which apparently wasnt necessary. I highly recommend this place😊❤

I got my oil change done here for the first time and the service was great. They also have military discount. I’ve been to other drive thru style shops like this, but this is the first place I’ve been to that also checks the basic things on your car too (aka turning signals, headlights, brake lights, etc). 10/10 experience and definitely would recommend to others especially to the service members out there!

Its been a while since I have came here. I thought going to the dealership was getting better quality service but I thought wrong. Im realizing what a rip off they are (Capital Ford) The service here is overall 10 times better and will continue to come back. Not sure why the dealership is always forgetting simple steps when performing service when i always pay over $500 on a visit usually. i had mentioned this to my friends and they couldnt believe i was paying that much. I made sure to tell them about Oil changers and how the people are extremely nice here. Not only that, i get good quality service and spend less time dealing with things there. i will not waist another dime at the dealership. Id rather find a mom & pop shop before going back to the dealership to be ripped off. Oil changers is a great option and i always feel comfortable coming here.

I strongly recommend this place for your regular oil changes. Its fast and customer service is great. The workers are always friendly and they suggest any additional services you may need. Oil change is about $55 and they check you lights, fluids, and they clean you windshield.

This guys are great at the work that they do. Saw that I was in need for an oil change, pulled in and it only took them 15 minutes and gave advice for whats next to stay up to date with my Honda 202. Thank you guys for the quick change and advice

So the service is ok, been here before a few times. The guys here are not really sharp, I mean theyre oil changers.Today tho, I go to leave and theres this horrible sound coming from under the car!!The forgot to replace the skid plate under the car.They say the guy under the car didnt loosen it, but cmon!!!The car drove fine, no noises when I came in!!If they can forget something this simple, beware!!

Came to Oil Changers around 10:40 AM and it wasn’t busy at all. Only waited about 20 minutes to get an oil change! The guys there were super fast, efficient, and thorough. They answered any questions that I had. Would definitely recommend especially for anyone that is on the go and needs quick service.

Great business model. The worst part about servicing a vehicle during a pandemic is that you have to figure out where you’re going to go while the work gets done, since all lobbies are closed. Here, you just drive into the bay and hang out in your vehicle while they sort you out. Late Sunday morning and I was out of there in under 45 minutes. Reasonably priced for the area.

I had an okay experience here. Damian did my oil change and he himself was professional and kind. I have no issues with the service but I just left feeling a little off. I went in for an oil change and was recommended, based on my mileage, to get a fuel injection cleaner. Their oil change for synthetic oil was $80 (i pay $75 at Jiffy Lube - if I had gone there today instead, it would have been $59 with current coupon) and the fuel injection cleaner was $90... which just seems ridiculous and pricy considering. Again, its my fault for agreeing to it! The service was suggested and encouraged but by no means was it pushed aggressively. Immediately after I left, I had to go back because my car was not accelerating properly and was even feeling shaky, but it was resolved. I guess come here if you want a fast oil change but I wouldnt suggest taking up their other services.

I had oil change on 05/11/2020 and they did not installed front bolts for the engine shield, so I lost it the next day right on a highway. I came today, July 12, I stood in line for more than half an hour, then drove into their box, opened the hood and after 5 minutes they told me that they did not have a filter and they could not change the oil ...I talked to their manager or someone who called that he is a manager who said that he is not in the shop today and offered me to leave my contact information that they could contact me later. Then someone of their staff asked me to leave my phone number, full legal name, and my home address (???) - they wanted me to leave my full personal data on a piece of paper. Thanks, I dont want.

I paid $120 for full service oil change (full synthetic) and the additional pre-change prep service (recommended because they said my engine was smoking, which I didnt see but approved anyway because i knew I did need it). The full service includes a tire pressure check & windshield cleaning, which were not performed—no one was waiting behind me, so it wasnt because they were busy... They did use the correct synthetic oil and my engine received the correct amount required. Total time spent for the change was about 15 mins, after a 15 min wait for the car ahead of me to be completed.Staff is friendly, and they accepted my $5 discount coupon from Google.
