I have all my cars on monthly plan, but thier cleaning service become worse and worse. I also notice thier workers have really bad attitudes. Sharing the interior for just washed car today Aug 08 2021. They just waist your time.

I’ve use them for some 28 years, but intimidating to know they’re in my neighborhood…I always leave unhappy as finishing the job when I get home. Could put a bit more efforts and less carelessness. I still give a reasonable tip regardless.

Always go here for a real car wash! Just wish they would spend more time cleaning down the dash and cup holders I had to clean it better when I got home

So far so good. Havent gone wrong yet. Customer service real nice and helpful, and as for their service I love going in the mornings I feel like the job gets done just right. I used to live on a dirt road so my car was pretty dusty on the inside, but that’s why I paid to have it cleaned instead of doing it myself. This car wash supposedly wipes down the inside of the car but they did such an unbelievably poor job it inspired me to leave my first ever review of a business. The dash, steering wheel, and center console were basically uncleaned, the edges of every door was completely untouched. Even the outside of the car had dirt and watermarks all over. They didn’t even bother to lift the folded weather mat in the trunk to vacuum under it. Pay your neighbors’ kids to wash your car instead of coming here or be prepared to wash it twice.

My favorite car wash ever

I paid for the Platinum Special, and they didn’t even clean my car right. There’s dirt stains all in my back seat. I’m not happy with this place, I’ve came here for years and never was disappointed but today I don’t know what happened. Never coming back again. For what I paid for on top of tips, this is the kind of service I receive? Ridiculous.

I’ve been to many car washes and for their go-to selection, it was like any other between $25-$35, it’s mediocre. In the end, you’ll find your car still in need of additional wipe down work done yourself. The standard selection I can do myself at home. If I need an interior shampoo or that sap or scratch buffed off I’ll go to an auto detailer that does the job well.

I have to give a big shout out to Abel! He took his time to go over the different packages with me, explained further how everything worked, WALKED WITH ME :) to point out the store items, complimentary coffee/tea, and seating area. He definitely impressed me with QUALITY service. And my car came out great! Thank you to Abel and his team!

If I could put zero stars I would. Ive been coming to this place for about a year or two and not once have I had a major issue, but this time I got the Platinum wash and paid extra for them to shampoo my carpets and the exterior of my car looked like garbage. The whole skirt of the car was untouched along with the rear bumper near my license plate. On top of that they hit something against my window that scratched it really nasty.I had to spend about 30 mins going over footage from the cams with very poor quality with what seemed like a manager all for nothing. Of course its not gonna pick up this scratch from cameras. This guy tried saying it was a rock that hit my window. My drivers side window, how is that possible? It was multiple scratches that at first had paint residue along with it. It was very hard to wipe off. And once a the residue was gone you can see the area that was damaged on my window. They took no fault from it of course.Terrible place, over priced car washes that have no attention to detail. Auto pride in damaging peoples cars and providing the worst service for exterior washes.Dont ever go here youre better off washing it yourself

Staff is amazing. Always friendly and accommodating. I get my car seats cleaned and have the monthly pass. Its totally worth it. Best times to come is early in the morning or you will have approx 45 minute wait time. Wish the staff had overhead to help with the hot sun. The staff works so hard and values thier customers. If they have missed anything they are happy to fix it. Best car wash I have ever been to.

Car wash is ok but the detail packages they have are a sham. NEVER EVER FALL INTO THE TRAP. I paid considerable amount for Gold wash and Clay detail which probably takes more than an hour if not 2.However, less than 25 mins after I left the car, I got a call saying my car is ready. Which included vacuum, hand wash, carpet shampoo, dry and clean.When I went there, the car was only washed and cleaned, no hints of clay detail. When I questioned how could the Gold wash and Clay detail could be done in 25mins, there was no proper explanation. Only thing they offered me was a basic car wash for the future, really? for the close to mid 3 digit money I paid?Never going there again.

Going to tag on to the other reviews and admit this is a hit or miss location. Sometimes they do a great job and others I swear I’ll never come back. It is expensive and they get a lot of business, so i think When things get busy, they take advantage of and forget how much people really pay for these services and you become just a number. They push your vehicle through like cattle. If i could Give any advice to this location, I’d say they need to improve on the details and small things. Too much is slipping from the second you pull up to when you get your car back. Attention to detail is huge. Too many missed spots and miscommunication between their staff to get the job done right. Came here for the 1st and last time. Expensive car wash. And I wouldnt have a problem with that if it was a great car wash. When I received my car it had dust all over the dashboard. Windows were streaky and it didnt smell fresh at all. Very dissatisfied. When its busy thier quality goes way down.

Not happy with the serviceThey missed a lot of spots. Rear was the worst one. Its like half of the tailgate was not wipe down or cleaned properly. Most likely will not come back to this place. Sad Ive been here couple of times and they did okay but today was not great. This is not my go to carwash I was just in there area and figured get a wash from here.I saw a dirty area near my mud guard and told one of the employees but it seems like he wasnt happy with cleaning it a bit more because he just slighty cleaned half of it. Im like this is not worth it. Plus this person honked at a customer while she was getting ready to leave like it was a very busy morning. Who honks at a customer? I have my car washed today at 9 am. I paid almost $90 bucks and tips for a silver package and detailed wash. But my car was not clean. I had to get my car back to them for another hand wash. There is still dust and mirror not cleaned totally. Really disappointed

I see the best time to take your cars in to get washed and for them to do a good job is towards the morning. Workers looked a little tired after 2. Theyll do a great job if you tell him what you want and how you want it.

One of the worst services I have ever received. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to have their car washed here. Poor service and not any all worth for your money. From the outside it looked like I would receive the best car wash service, but it is nothing. There are many people involved in washing and cleaning your car from start to end. But I felt it worthless if you do not receive quality service. I wasn’t satisfied with the service and made them do it again, but nothing changed, there was still dirt on my car even after doing for 2 times. I would have made them do it again, but it was already 1 hour I had spent there.

Ive tried many different car wash places and this one is pretty much the same as any other car wash that is decent if you need your car washed come to this place if its was close to you if youre looking for something spectacular maybe do a little bit more searching before you choose this place be specific with what you want and how you like your car cleaned also if you want to save some money do things yourself

Yes, its not perfect: sometimes bugs are left on the front. For the roughly $40, theyll correct any things that were missed in the wash. The staff is friendly. If you want perfection, go drop $350 on an auto detail.

Its really cheap to get a good car wash. They care about their costumers and they always give you a rain check that you can use two days after your visit.

I paid way too much for a job that I could have done better. My center console isnt dry my windows arent clean my interior is oily and I had to have them clean my door by hand. I dont recommend this place and I wont return. Definitely not worth the price I paid.

I paid good money for my car wash and my interior look like they didnt even touch it. My windows still had streaks of dirt. And the exterior was semi ok but my rims had spots of brake dust looks like they cleaned it with their eyes close or didnt even touch them at all.

I paid full price for a car wash and they did a sloppy job. Some water-dripping marks on the outside and too many streaks on the windshields on the inside. They also only spot-clean the floor and seats and there were little pieces of paper on the floor. This type of service deserves one star or less. Not recommending to anyone.

The staff is friendly. They have a nice waiting area. Prices are fair. The actual cleaning of the car however, can be sloppy. Last time I went someone left a cleaning rag on the rear passenger seat. The dashboard was a hit and miss since they complerely missed wiping the area on the driver side. I usually dont pay much attention to detail but the mistakes were too obvious. Oh yeah, I paid for piña colada fragrance but didnt get anything. Too bad i did not notice until I was on the road. Did I mention it was not even busy at the time I went??

This place is horrible. I paid $30.99 for a car wash and I ended up washing it when I got home. The dash was half wiped down, the whole skirt of the car was still dirty, and somewhat vacuumed floor. Terrible place to take a car for a wash. I wish their employees took PRIDE in their work.
